A Catherine wells helped me with my purchase. She was one of the nicest people I've ever met. She really knows what she's doing when it comes to what Is ingredients that are in the different scents. She was able to find my mother that has COP D something that wouldn't suffocate her. She made me really enjoy the experience.

My experience was really good. The person that checked me out was amazing. But the girl that checked my sister out said some things. I'm not gonna name any names just to be nice. But she said that it's nasty that people can bring back there old products and exchange them for free. Well honey, you choose to work for that store and nobody is stopping you from leaving. So in the future you need to rethink what you say lol. But overall everyone else in the store was really nice and helpful.

I went there on 6/7 and I had the most wonderful experience. I was there to exchange a lotion that I didn’t like the smell of and of course left with a lot more LOL. A sweet lady named Beatrice (I think?) I didn’t get a good look at her name tag. She showed me some new wonderful scents and was just all around a wonderful salesperson. She deserves a raise 🙂

Cashier #1548776 was a super rude older white lady. We bought three things and usually the other cashiers prompt for my phone number at the beginning of the transaction, but I had to ask her to put my phone number in and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Then my boyfriend paid with a new $50 bill and she gave us an inked over $10 bill. I asked her for a better looking one because I honestly don’t think a lot of stores would accept that $10 bill for how bad it looked, and she pretended she was deaf. My boyfriend was upset but I was just over it at that point and wanted to leave. I will never come here at night again, I work retail and I would never treat my customers the way that cashier did.

I called this specific store this morning and explained I bought 3 sprays a body scrub and shower gel in christmas scents and ask if I could exchange them mind you 3 products were brand new and two were used maybe twice and the the lady on the phone stated of course not a problem. So when I go to check out I got the rudest lady I've ever in countered in my life she literally looked like she was having a stroke when I told her I was exchanging and it was so rude I almost wanted to just leave. She made me so uncomfortable and I'm so mad about the level of customer service I just received. I will never come back to this bath and body works ever

I shop on a regular basis at Bath and Body Works. I always receive great customer service. This was very special for me today because not only get customer service I received but I truly want say thank you again to Amanda, the store manager for her assistance in downloading the Bath and Body Works App to alert me for sales and for my daughter's birthday gift. I will always be a repeat customer. 🌹

The store was very nice and clean and it ended there. Staff not only lied about the return policy but refused to return my candles. I spend way too much money at BBW to be treated with the disrespect that I received from this store. I love BBW and I have never had a bad experience until I decide to go to this Shelby NC location. Cashier #3653924 told me the return policy had changed just days before which was untruthful and she was extremely argumentative to the point I was going to leave the store but thankfully another cashier took over the situation. Needless to say she wasn't much better. If I had not had so many wonderful experiences at BBW I would have never went back. Needless to say I will never go back to this store.

Just in there yesterday, BIG sign says "$8 for all single wick candles". I found one I fell IN LOVE with called "laundry day". I unknowingly took the candle with the "TRY ME" sticker on top, (not that you can actually try the candle) but to sniff at least. I go back to find one that isn't the "tester" and was informed that they don't even sell that candle with that fragrance, it's only for the wallflowers scent! The candle had a price tag and all on the bottom of it, with dozens of others JUST LIKE IT that they do sell! On top of that, I was told all body products are either buy 2 get 1 free, or buy 3 get 3 free. No, complete lie/false advertising!
