Diamond District has done it again!!!! I’ve always used them for all my jewelry needs. They went above and beyond when they made my memorial pendant for me. Diamonds have always been top quality. I’ve been using Diamond District since Eastland Mall!!!! They are my preferred jeweler hands down.

Hello buyers please stop buy jewelry from diamond district here the reason why, So on 07/02/2023 i went to pick up my ring which i upgraded and gave for sizing on same day i found damage one center diamond was already not there i also told jeweler about diamond is missing from center even my sister also check ring she said yes one diamond is missing from center jeweler check ring and said it good then i wear ring because i have to do shopping i went late at home so i wear ring, i came home another diamond from side was loss i mean how cheaper diamond they athere using i paii didn’t buy in free and today on 07/09/2023 i went to pick my ring again i get to know jeweler put fake diamond in center and still side diamond was loss and how many times i have to do claims and how many time i have go to pick up and sorry to say why you jewelers mutual pay to diamond district because customer are not getting same quality rings why you’re wasting money with those jewelry shop who’s service is bad. I m so frustrated with this i’m leaving 50 min far away from this store from last 3 week, 3 times i went to store for same reason and i have to do claim for same reason. Again today 07/16/2023 i went to pick up my ring i checked ring still diamond was missing i took ring out side because in light you will feel everything is good when i came outside i show to jeweler see diamond is not there they don’t even believe i took pictures and still i call my sister i show her ring she also say diamond is not there but they started excuses, they have not done any thing they are so dumb and they are questioning on my choice i mean are you kidding me that’s mean diamond district i buying cheapest jewelry. I did claims because i have insurance but how many times i have to claim when faults is diamond district jeweler.

This jewelry store is a joke. They list items on their instagram on “sale” but when you go into the store to look at the same item. They’ll give you the regular price until you mention the sale price that is listed on their IG. Even then they come up with different excuses to not sale it at that price. Very unprofessional and not very helpful. Sales rep doesn’t know much and always have to ask the owner. I brought a cross pendant with Si diamonds for $1k and went back to exchange it to get another piece the same price but told me it would be $800 to exchange. I would’ve had to pay the full price instead of the instagram price. They told me the instagram price was “a cash price”. Even though the rep had told me the day before that I could get the instagram piece for $1k. Not good business at all. I will never shop here again. Crazy that they would try to get over on me when I had spent $1600 within two weeks. However, I went to JR diamonds and traded that cross and got another pendant with VS diamonds that I’m very satisfied with!!! Go to JR diamonds instead if you need Jewelry!!! Diamond district is a scam and I’ll never spend anymore of money there. JR diamonds explain things way better, more professional, and better quality pieces for the price.

I recently purchased a ring for my fiancé and she loves it. The staff members were respectful and never pushed me to exceed my budget and also they provide layaway option and financing options. They are very easy to communicate and work with. Will be coming back…
