    Very good Lowe’s hardware store!! A few things I was looking for were not in stock, including a security light that looked returned (only one there) but was missing the stake for the ground. Helpful staff!! However, the store was unbearably hot and I curtailed my shopping because of it. Outside it was 71 and overcast inside it felt like it was 80. Follow me for reviews - have over 29 Million views to my photos and reviews here. Saw the Mgt reply - thank you for responding! Indeed it was quite stuffy when I visited. Felt bad for the workers. Store was very clean, and well staffed. I love Lowe’s!!!

    This lady was too busy having a conversation with another employee. 🙄 The other lady was on the phone with another customer and even asked for her to help me... She then proceeds to tell me my order wasn't there. Meanwhile, a much nicer guy comes by and goes straight to where it was and hands it to me. Won't be back to this location. UNREAL.     I ordered a new microwave, and the order was fulfilled by this store. I received a scratch and dent microwave with the REDUCED sticker attached with a price cheaper than the original price I paid. I spoke with corporate customer service who assured me I would be contacted by the appliances manager within 48 hours. Its been 72 hours and I have not been contacted. I have called the store 3 times. First I was hung up on. Second I was told that they were busy and an associate would call me back in 15 minutes, it has been 4 hours. Third time the associate I spoke to was rude and said he was too busy to help me and he would need to call me back. I have no faith in this store to provide quality service. I just want the product I paid hundreds of dollars for.

    Lowes, why, oh, why must you consistently slow down the checkout process. First, you only had less than 50% of registers open. Then, you had one register open and installed self-checkout stations. Today, you have no registers open and 8 self checkout stations with 4 roped off and a line of people waiting to check out. When I asked the person working the self checkout, if I can use one of the roped off stations, she looked annoyed and waved me through. Geez, some of us just want to buy our products and check out.

    Always love going to Lowe's, and usually walk out with far more than I went in for. This is a great Lowe's, it's clean, staff is friendly, and they have a great variety of products as well. Mark was extremely helpful cutting keys for me. Thanks Lowes team!

    Kudos to the Associates!! Every time I went into this store and couldn't find an item, when I stopped an associate they helped willingly. They either found the item or searched in the system to see if any were in stock and available at other stores.     I just left Lowes Pineville location . Only ran in to purchase light bulbs. The sweetest lil ray of sunshine ODETTE assisted. She has such and a sweet Spirit so kind and helpful. I made sure to make the manager aware of her SUPERB, OUTSTANDING customer service. That is how customer service should be. Make sure she gets a nice bonus and raise.SHE DESERVES IT.Such a Blessing when you encounter people with such beautiful souls.

    Not a large store, but love the hometown feel! We’ve purchased from pretty much every department and have encountered the most helpful employees! I even came with a list of appliances I wanted from a competitor and the super helpful salesperson ignored where my ‘shopping cart’ was from, looked up each item and found me everything I wanted… at a lower price! Being a daughter, wife and mother of veterans, I’ve always tried to shop at Lowes because of their commitment to those that serve and have served, but my 5 star goes beyond that- this group at the Pineville location is exceptional to work with. I would also like to say that I’ve had to contact the customer service line two times and they were professional, respectful and went above and beyond to help me.

    Went to store 11/21 ready to by a gas stove. Was told I could not pay for it until someone came out to measure for new stove. Person came out on 12/1. No call from lowes so I went in this AM. Have pics of sales price and recipt from 21st. Because of new price manager said no on honering price on day we setall this up, ust walked away, no explanation or sorry. Had to leave store, was so pissed. Went back when I was of sound mind and talked to another manager. Got sales price
