Someone in our group was in the mood for a beer, so we stopped here for a quick cold one. The place has a great atmosphere, as in your typical pub. We ordered a platter to share and was kinda tasty. It's basic good pub fun in the middle of SOHO, if you ever thirsty around the area.

If you want to have one experience of british pubs, it is quite good choice. It is in the soho and to find the place to seat is hard during night, if you wait you would get it. The vibe of pub is typical british, tasty food, friendly services. Highly recomended fish and chips, and mulled wine, if you want to try. Up stairs just to have dinner, and down stairs to drink and have some things to eat. Give change to try it, nice pub.

I had a fantastic experience. The chips were crispy and flavorful, and the fish and chips were some of the best I've had. The beef burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lively and bustling, making for a great evening out. Highly recommend this spot for a delicious meal in a vibrant area.

Allergy friendly food options! Great pub. Beautiful decor, flavorful beers. Quiet second floor seating area. And VERY thoughtful staff. We lost a ring and Michal searched through the allergy forms to find our number and return it! For those without allergies, I highly recommend the duck pie.

Lovely place, we only stopped for a quick drink with colleagues before heading to the restaurant, but great atmosphere.

Charming little pub in the heart of London. Good beer, friendly staff and the pies looked amazing!! Good place to rest and watch the world go past or wait for the wife as she does her shopping near by.

A really lovely, traditional pub. They had got the Christmas decorations up and it felt so cosy. We could have stayed there all day. One member of staff was a little clueless to say the least, but manners and cheeriness more than made up for it. All the staff were friendly to be honest. We had the festive burgers and the flavour was amazing. Great beer too. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from the staff at The Clachan, along with a fantastic atmosphere, great music, reasonable prices, and a clean and cosy environment with beautiful wooden decor. It's a pleasure to step into a historic family environment like Nicholson's. In my opinion, as a local guide, The Clachan is a unique and iconic pub in London with a warm wooden style, fascinating stories, and charming personalities. Thank you for creating this amazing environment, and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful setting. Had lunch here with my wife on our anniversary. Lovely time. A good selection of vegan food and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as for those who like meaty things. A big thanks to Johns, Patrick and the rest of the team.

Hard to get a table at a pub in London on a Saturday night be the Clachan managed to seat us without a reservation. Tasty food, tasty cider, friendly service, decent prices, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend the steak and ale pie - perfect pastry and tender beef in delicious gravy. I would skip the landlord's platter, which was mostly bad.

Food: Between the three of us, we ended up getting three pies. The lamb shank shepherd's pie and the Steak pie were both really good! The one pie that missed the mark was the last pie that we had which was the boar and chorizo one which just fell flat compared to the other two. The drinks were decent and my friend who does drink beer seemed happy with his selections! Service: Decent to good overall. They were helpful when helping me figure out where my booking was and were helpful when we needed it. Atmosphere: We got a table at 18:30 and the atmosphere was amazing! There were a lot of people and everyone seemed to be having a good time! We ended up staying for a few hours and it got a bit muted as it went along, but that's to be expected on a weekday. We had a lot of fun here and would probably bring more people to swing by!

Nice pub, has some nice ales to choose from. It is a shame they close at 11.30 on Saturday. Beautiful ceiling.

Decent pub and good atmosphere but the bar staff were terrible. Group of 10 of us and a couple of the guys ordered drinks, after handing over 2 Coronas they said the bill was £xyz but when asked to read what's been ordered it turned out there was 6 drinks we didn't request. So they went through it and revised it but took a while as they wanted us to pay or they wouldn't pour further drinks. It was sorted in the end and the bill was less than what they had asked for originally. As I said, decent pub, good location but won't be visiting in a hurry. Haven't had the food so no comment on that.

The dining room never disappoints, I've been a returning customer for a while now. Our waiter Johns was exceptionally nice and servile. We don't have a trustpilot account so I hope this review will do as well. Five stars!

Love the Clachan, great inner city London Pub with some original features and a good measure of charm. A welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding shopping area, especially when you're in London with your two daughters and your wife 😉 Didn't eat there on this occasion but have before and found the food above average for a pub. A good selection of ales are always at hand. Highly recommend The Clachan and will return.

Lovely authentic pub, good choice of music, not too loud so that you can have a conversation with people at your table. Nice Mortimer cider too. Friendly staff and not many tourist about. Highly recommend !

Great traditional style pub. Good selection of drinks and the fish and chips is tasty and a good portion. Upstairs is a dining room which has no music, so you can chat and munch with ease.

I stopped here for a friends birthday and ordered some food, for some reason there was a mixup. In the end I decided it was best to accept what was offered as the kitchen was closed. The staff gave me extra and a free drink, so in the end it was a good experience

Very nice pub, friendly staff and good food. Popped in for some mulled wine advertised outside - it was really lovely, just to my taste. Ended up staying to have a small meal - they have really plenty of good options and nice dining room upstairs. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Great pub to grab a Beer 🍻 and have some burgers. The butter chicken burger is very recommendable. Overall very nice vibes and I can imagine this only increases in the evenings.

Great London pub in an excellent location. Lots of nice nods to libertys next door. Traditional decor with big bar on ground floor and additional bar and seating upstairs which was lovely. Good selection of bar food and snacks which was good quality! Only not a 5* as natchos used the orange burger cheese instead of proper cheese which was a bit disappointing other then that a great experience.

Unfortunately, we chose to pay on the app and it malfunctioned, sending our order to another pub. When we asked at the bar what could be done (and showing receipt as proof) we were met with quite a rude response, and the manager seemed taken aback that we had asked for their help to resolve this. Whilst I accept that they didn't need to honour the order, it was a shame to be met with a standoffish approach at primetime on a Saturday night - especially since we had booked our table a couple of weeks in advance for our friend's birthday. About 30 mins later when a friend brought a round, we were given a slightly better apology and 10% off our drink which was appreciated as a gesture, but of course we are still going to have to try and get that money back. They did say ‘we don’t have a way of sorting that internally’, surely there's a customer service quick fix for this kind of thing which would have left none of us in the lurch.

Such a lovely pub. The staff were very polite and welcoming. I want to thank Victoria for the amazing service she provided. I fully recommend the Mulled wine as well :)

Nice traditional pub. Were out of the beer (London pride) and the toad in the hole meal that i wanted... But the pie and doom bar were good.

A fine traditional pub. Down from St Helens in the North; very handy for the Palladium. Observing people from all walks of life and ages (inc. Children) being warmly welcomed. Great choice of drinks and although I haven't tasted any, the food looks great too. Good pub, good staff - will call again some day 👍

Nice old pub close to Oxford Street and Regent Street. Busy with lunchtime drinkers downstairs, with an airy dining room upstairs. Good traditional pub food including a variety of pies. And some interesting guest ales too.

Really lovely pub in the middle of soho. The food was delicious. Was disappointed that all the pies at the time was sold out but overall could really recommend for dinner.

The Clachan is a beautiful, traditional British pub. It has Amazing staff, beautiful atmosphere and big variety of beers food and spirits. Located in the heart of London on Kingly Street, within walking distance of Carnaby Street, Oxford Circus. Music was great. I enjoyed the match and beer with my mates. We ordered some nibbles and they were good. The Clachan in London is a bar, famous for its cask ales and premium gins, serving breakfast, seasonal pub food and afternoon tea. Though it’s winter time but I enjoy in summer the most. I try to visit once in a month atleast.

It has been a while since I was last at The Clachan so I was very pleased to be back. Our table for 3 was initially booked on the ground floor (which would have been fine) but the staff graciously moved us to a table in the first floor restaurant area. We were very comfortable there as the floor plan is thoughtfully designed and not at all cramped. We lingered over lunch and I particularly enjoyed my garlic chicken schnitzel. So tasty. Our servers were very friendly and kind. What a lovely lunch and catchup for myself and my two long-time friends. We'll be back!
