Great Sides, Bland Steak. Between the four of us, we ate half the menu and nearly everything was very good. The street corn was superb, the desserts were amazing, the seared tuna was perfect, and sliders were fantastic. The steak however... I've had better steak at a gas station diner. I would have assumed it was a fluke, except there were two at the table and they were both bad. Normally I wouldn't ding someone so hard for one element, but it's the steak and I expect that to be my favorite part, not appetizers.

I went to Fahrenheit last night for a solo date night & had a wonderful experience. The ambience was beautiful & the food was DIVINE. I drank wine next to candlelight while enjoying dinner. The wait staff was kind & the rooftop view was breathtaking. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant for date night, business meetings, girls night, etc.

Great experience overall! It was four of us and we went there for brunch. The menu wasn’t bad and the prices are relatively low for the brunch menu. The food could definitely use more seasoning. But the ambiance and the views of the city are amazing. Drinks were pretty good too. The server went out of her way for my sisters birthday and made her feel special. I would definitely come back!

Came for appetizers, was blown away so we will be back for dinner. We were seated early before our reservation which was nice. Beautiful view by the window really showcased Charlotte's skyline. Eggplant was absolutely 🔥! Ordered not expecting it to be so good. Sweet and flavorful. Table also ordered shrimp which was 5/5, oysters were decent not great, sashimi was decent but had good flavor with very little serving size. The bread was so freaking good with that oil they send out , sweet and slightly spicy. Wife got the greens salad which was crisp and refreshing

Great atmosphere and delicious food! My family and I went tonight for my mother's birthday and we had an amazing meal! We made our reservation earlier in the week and were seated right at arrival. Our waitress was super friendly and took her time explaining the meals of the day and what to expect during our dining experience. We sat right next to a huge window and had a beautiful view of the high rises. Once we placed our order we all went outside to get an even better view of the beautiful skyline. I ordered the Seared Duck Breast. HIGHLY recommended! The bread and seasoned oil you get for an appetizer is great! The Apple dessert was a perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, five out of five stars on all categories! Our family already agreed to come back here on our next special occasion!

BE PREPARED TO SPEND…The ambiance and vibe of this place is really chic and beautiful. The view is absolutely breathtaking and I LOVE the music. There’s not a wide variety of items on the food menu but you won’t be disappointed with all the options on the drink menu. I recommend making reservations, as they tend to get crowded quickly. My only complaint is the customer service. The female bartender wasn’t attentive and gave me another patron’s receipt and card! She kept insisting it was mine but I assured her it wasn’t and she frantically started looking for the owner. She then tried to blame another bartender (which it wasn’t his fault). None the less this is a great date night spot for drinks.

We had a great experience at Fahrenheit! The food was great and our server Colette was awesome. She gave us some great suggestions for our meal since it was our first time there and took time out of her busy evening to snap some photos of us on the rooftop. We will definitely be back!

It was definitely a different experience for me. Never done roof top dining before until now. The alfa and omega cocktail is what I would recommend if you like things sweet. Food wise, I enjoyed most of the shareable and small plates. The entrees were good as well but above all is the service. They were attentive, their feedback for when I ask for recommendations were on point and they were super friendly as well. 4/5 in my opinion

Staff : Our waitress Leah was awesome. She made our anniversary night here awesome! She was very informative of the menu and knew her stuff. She is very cheerful and prompt of keeping us updated on our food. Food : The food was great! I got this Asian-American vibe and it was mixed well together. I highly recommend to come here and experience it for yourself!

Celebrated my birthday here! Definitely make a reservation. We had the wagyu buns for starters and they were super tender and delicious! As well as the jalapeño salad👍🏻(not pictured) For an entree I had the wagyu short ribs on lo mein, also very yummy! My bf had the surf and turf, he said the steak was one of the best he's ever had! They also had a little bday dessert for me which was delish except they put ur age on it!! Haha 😄 As far as the dress code, I was worried they would enforce it but after reading more reviews it seems like they don't. Great place and with better views! We went while Drake was performing at the Spectrum center which was a block away and there still was ample parking! Open late. Will be coming back❤️

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 35 people. Andrea and her staff were very communicative before the event and made sure everything was set up per our requests. The night of the event, the service was impeccable, the food delicious and the atmosphere amazing. I can't recommend Fahrenheit Charlotte more highly. If you're looking for a special place for your event, or even just a nice night out, Fahrenheit Charlotte is it!

Great place for enjoying a meal with beautiful view of the Charlotte uptown. This is a roof top restaurant with nice indoor dining as well as a outdoor space for a great evening dinner. I visited here for a dinner and the sunset was icing on the cake. Food is amazing and but pricy as you could expect for a rooftop cuisine restaurant. Worth a visit if you are in Charlotte area.

The restaurant sits on the 20-something floor of the Hyatt Place hotel and the outdoor terrace has great ambiance and views of the city. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Although overpriced, the Canal Street ($19) cocktail was amazing. I’m not really a bread person anymore, but the freshly baked rolls served with the olive oil dip could well be some of the best bread I’ve had in a long long time. The appetizers were on point, but the main dishes were a hit or miss. The [very large potion] Surf N’ Turf lobster was great, but the steak could have been seasoned more. The Braised Wagyu Short Ribs dish was a complete miss for me due to the lack of flavor. I’m a bit disappointed with the overall food experience. If you go with your eyes wide open, Fahrenheit is one of those places you should visit just for an appetizer or two, a couple cocktails, and the fantastic views of downtown Charlotte at night. Tip 1: The bread is freshly baked so if you want more, put in your request early cause the wait could be 15-25mins. Tip 2: Skip the main dishes and stick to the small plates or share a main dish if possible.

Absolutely incredible dining experience. We celebrated my 40th birthday here and WOW! Expectations were high and they were definitely met! We enjoyed the Branzino, lamb, the dessert and the wine, everything was absolutely delicious and wonderful! Highly recommend celebrating a special occasion here or a very romantic special dinner! You won’t be disappointed. Love love love!!

I went here expecting less of the food but more of the atmosphere and ambient. But the food is amazing. Did take a while to come out, but the manager is nice and came by our table to check in and accommodate us with a free entree and drinks. We weren't in a hurry so everything works out perfectly in the end

Late review 8/30. My birthday man enjoyed his views and dinner. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. We arrived earlier and enjoyed the outdoor. Nice fire pit area. Has a nice secluded corner. Seemed spacious. It’s been FOUR months and I’m still thinking of this place!! The wasabi mashed potatoes were amazing. I want to order some to take home. Regret we ate it all. The tomahawk on the other hand was wayyyy smaller than expected. I’ve had much bigger elsewhere but won’t let that reflect on the amazing service. From start (hostesses), middle (bartenders) and end (our waiter). A much needed experience. We love doing these type of outings.

Great Atmosphere and rooftop deck area. The service was very good and very accommodating. The steaks were very good quality, but across our table most were over cooked than what we requested. The bread and oil was the star of the show.

For starters, if you're looking for a drinks and appetizers place, this is the place for you but probably not a place you want to come for a nice fine dining dinner. This is not somewhere you want to have dinner and chat inside the restaurant because 1, you won't hear eachother at all and 2, the entrees aren't worth the price and maybe it was just the night we went but it was very crowded table to table. It was my first time so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were planning to do valet which is around $20-25, but when we arrived, there was no valet in sight. We waited 2 to 3 minutes, I assume they were on break or helping another customer so we decided to move forward so that we wouldnt miss our reservation time but the small alleyway doesn't give you much room to wait, it's only a single one way in/out. We ended up parking on a separate lot which was fine but you'll have to pay via app or the parking meter which is on the far side corner of the parking lot. Overall, the experience was honestly not the best. Personally, I probably won't come back. Again, if you are just coming for the view, for drinks and appetizers, don't skip out. It still is a very nice place to go for a girls night out but definitely a place to stop after you've already had dinner! The waitress, manager and wait staff were all very kind and helpful which made this a 3/5. 😅 The negative 2 stars are because the dinner entries for the price were quite disappointing and in my personal opinion, definitely not worth your coin.

The beautiful view and the delicious food are the reason for my four stars. The big disappointment was the service. Without going into too much detail, service was lacking from the moment we checked in for our reservation. I had been eagerly anticipating our family celebration dinner at this particular establishment, and definitely expected better service and attention to detail.

The restaurant is beautiful, and I love how you can see the view of the city from the rooftop. We were there celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary. The service was good, the food was good, and we had an overall good time. I also like how they have rules for what you can and cannot wear. They offer valet parking.

👍👍 It was delicious, exceptional drinks, I expected a heated space, as it was cold. I definitely recommend wearing more then 2 layers in the Winter. Despite everything, this this is arguably the better rooftops in Charlotte. Delicious delicious drinks, decent prices, casual atmosphere, amazing times....

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
