I’ve been wanting to try The Melting Pot in Charlotte North Carolina for a long time. My boyfriend and I just decided to take a ride. It was a Monday night and believe it or not, it was still pretty busy. Our server Liam was unbelievable. He was so funny and courteous and very knowledgeable. He was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. The food was really great as well! We had the four course meal and of course had to add a lobster tail. Everything was really delicious and fresh. The dark chocolate fondue might have been my favorite. Will definitely go back!

We had a great time!! We did the Thursdate full course meal and it was well worth it. The drinks were good. Our waitress was very knowledgeable. She was kind. The ambiance was nice. We are definitely going back.

The food was excellent. Service was phenomenal , our waitress was great. We never run out of anything she was very attentive. We where a party of 10 you have to make reservations for that. Many people. I would highly recommend the melting pot Midtown. Charlotte NC ..

First time ever coming here, and I'll have to say I was extremely impressed. The meat quality was great and so was the staff. I definitely recommend!

Our service was amazing! The waiter we had was named Jackson and he was extremely kind and attentive and helped us through all of our ordering! It was our first time so we have a few questions but he was patient, helpful, and made our experience delightful. We will definitely be coming back soon. Food was amazing!

Wow! What an amazing experience! We came to Charlotte for our 12 year anniversary weekend. We live about 2.5 hours away and planned on returning home Sunday. Due to the impending weather back home we had to change plans at the last minute to beat the snow. Unfortunately with the Melting Pot being super busy for Valentines weekend they couldn’t move up our reservation to an earlier time. We decided to go anyways and planned to drive straight home after. Ryan was our waiter and was amazing! He made awesome recommendations and took very good care of us. Since they were unable to accommodate our last minute change they did something super special for us. We will never forget it! We will definitely be returning. Ps. The Belgium waffles in chocolate fondue is to die for!!!

It was my wife and I 3rd year anniversary and the staff made our date night amazing. Our waiter Will was spot on with everything. He was so helpful explaining everything to us and he had a great personality and attitude the whole time. He made our night so enjoyable. It is a very nice place and we will be back.

Enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner for two. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner “experience”. This was our first time visiting Melting Pot , and it truly is a fun experience. We ordered the dinner for two : Spinach and Artichoke cheese fondue was so tasty. Our next course was a choice of salad, third course was our meat; we ordered the classic and one build your own, both came with vegetables to grill. We enjoyed cooking our meat and veggies on the cast iron skillet. Lastly, was the dessert , chocolate turtle fondue . We dipped strawberries, bananas, brownies, marshmallows, pound cake bites, cookies in lovely chocolate. In the end, we left stuffed and with left overs. Our server was Cherokee and he had a funny and yet knowledgeable personality. He was attentive and answered ever question we had. His ability to connect with us was outstanding, and made our experience much more enjoyable. In addition, the manger came around and also checked on our experience. I suggest you make reservations in advance . For the amount of food,the price was reasonable.

This place is fantastic and such a wonderful experience 🤩 It truly is an EXPERIENCE and unlike any restaurant I’ve ever been to before (this is even better than Korean BBQ)!! The waiter is part of the dining experience and helps put together your broth and other aspects of the meal. They had an exorbitant amount of gluten-free options, which I was very, very grateful for! Our meal was 10/10! Perfect place to go to for special occasions and birthdays 🥳

My wife and I had an amazing time and meal. It was our date night. Liam was an awesome server!! The food was amazing and fresh and the wine was perfect! This is not our first time there. We always have a really nice time at the Melting Pot!

First time coming back to Melting Pot in over ten years. We requested a more private table which was accommodated. We ordered the “bigger night out for two” and it was fant!! Our server, Natasha, provided us with phenomenal service throughout our experience. All of the good was fresh and the salads super yummy. See you all in the future and thank you for a great date night!

Went for a surprise date night! Was really impressed! Our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable. Made our night perfect! Can't wait to go back soon!

Food was amazing, the flavors and pacing of the meal here is great, if you've never tried the dairy free cheese fondue it's pretty good. Our waiter was super friendly! My only issue was that the manager brought out the wrong bread (celiac) thankfully I caught it and he was apologetic. It was our 9 year anniversary and they used to do more private spots for anniversaries but we were seated right on the floor, just something to be aware of if you make a reservation expecting to be more isolated. Overall it was a good experience and we will be returning, we just miss the atmosphere of some of the other melting pots we have visited.

I just had my 1st wedding anniversary here and they made it extremely special. The experience, food and service are beyond amazing. The tables are designed so intimate that you wouldn't know any one else was there. Just an amazing experience to have the food cooked on your table.

This place is an experience! Not just eating out. Our wonderful friendly very informative Server “Natasha” explained everything to us since it was our first time there and we got the whole sha bang ‼️ meal. She brought everything to us on time, even our drinks. We didn’t have to wait on anything and she checked on us several times in between courses. The food was delicious. Also “Steve” the manager for that night checked in with us. We also told him it was our first time there and how helpful Natasha was, and how great everything was. The atmosphere was nice, kinda dark, but I got use to it. I highly recommend going for a new experience.

This was our first visit to this location, and it’s worthy of a special occasion. We were very impressed with our server, Trey. It was so much fun and so much food! Valet parking is convenient.

We had an 80th birthday for my husband last night. It was fantastic! I had 15 people ages 13-80 and they all loved the experience. The food was amazing and the service outstanding thanks to Jackson and the manager. Would not hesitate the recommend for any occasion.

This was my first time and it was the best! My husband made a reservation for our anniversary and they decorated the table and signed a card for us, it was so sweet! Scotty was amazing and explained everything to us. The food was delicious and I cannot wait to go back!

I had a wonderful time at the melting pot. I actually proposed to my gf here, and the melting pot made it an even better experience. All thanks to its staff and service. The food was superb. The location was very nice, cozy, and a little dark.

I have been here a few times and enjoy it every time. The food is always delicious and there is plenty of it. I love the fun twist of being able to cook it myself at the table, makes it more interactive. Tonight Liam was my server and he was amazing. Very polite and friendly. He never let our glasses go empty and made sure we had plenty dippers. When we got to the desert portion he brought out a chocolate covered strawberry with a candle for my birthday. Absolutely love coming here, it is expensive but worth it for special occasions.

5 out of 5 every time, every store. Long, leisurely meal. Melted cheese, bread and veggies in the 1st course. Cooking meat of your choice, mushrooms, potatoes and zucchini in the fondue pot full of a bouillon is next, followed by a dessert fondue and a tray of sweets to dip. Our server Thomas took great care to explain the menu and the sauces (there are 6). Everything was delicious. Wish you could nap here! Nice restrooms.

Took my wife here for her birthday. It was very nice and our waitress was awesome and helpful. They had rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries, and candles on the table when we arrived. The food was delicious and the drinks were great.

We went there for my daughter's birthday. We were nervous to eat out as she's higher risk for COVID but they said they could give us a more isolated table and they did. The restaurant is deceptively large and has lots of tables, but it isn't one large noisy open plan layout. The layout is great for making it seem smaller and more intimate. The staff again were really nice, informative about the menu, and generally pleasant. The food was amazing, the fondue cheese, the mains and especially the chocolate dessert were great. We paid a little more to have balloons and chocolate strawberries on our table for the birthday celebration. My whole family loves coming here. It's great.

I've been to the Melting Pot in other areas/states, before. Seems to have lost some luster. Or, could've been the waiter we had. My date had not been before, so we looked forward to his input on what we were getting/cooking styles, and any recommendations. He voiced a lot of "Yo's" but no real substance. Food was good. Waitstaff, not so much. I recommend reading the menu ahead of time on-line, so you can get a good grasp of price structure and food types offered.

Love this place! We had such a good time; great food, service and atmosphere. Our server was wonderful, very helpful and made the experience better. We tried lots of things and shared it all so we could try everything. Great place for family or dates. Looking forward to going back!

Amber was our server (highly recommend asking for her). The food was great, the lobster was my favorite. Our daughter and her bf were in town from Finland and there is nothing like this there. We had the best time. 🙂
