Best steak tacos ever!!! Super authentic restaurant and great prices!

This place is very understaffed. There was yelling from the moment we walked in. The hostess was practically begging someone to seat us. We were then told to walk to “that” table by pointing. Unprofessional. After waiting like 9 minutes, we were asked for drinks. The waitress barely knew what drinks they had. We received our drinks different to what she had described (extremely expensive by the way). Things were dirty. We had to wait a long while to order our food. The waitress did not write anything down and came back 6 minutes later to ask for our order again. When we received our food, which was okay, the meat was undercooked in some parts. Each of us had ordered a plate. One of the plates came when everyone else had been eating and when we asked for a box for the very late entree, the waitress was bothered. We proceeded to ask for a second box for some of the other left over food. She forgot. After ten minutes of waiting we asked another waitress who then yelled from our table at someone to give us a box and the check. Our original waitress came back and asked bothered if we had asked for another box. Yes, we did ask HER over twenty minutes ago. We received our check and at the bottom it said the tip was not included when it indeed was. Not only that, the tip is included AFTER 5 people not with 5 people. We talked to the cashier and she said there was nothing she could do. Tip is also included after $100 which we did not go over nor near. They most definitely did not deserve the amount charged for the tip. Apart from that mess, there wasn’t any knives or forks ready. This I understand since they are understaffed but to be annoyed at our asking for something to eat with or some milk for our coffee is rude and unprofessional. On the positive side, maybe their to-go service is better or just as bad. I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Also, no one was wearing masks as they spoke over the food.

Out of a 5 I give Morazan a 3.5, but I rounded it up. The restaurant was clean and the servers were nice. The service was a little slow on how long it took us to get our food. There are no refillable drink, so if your really thirsty get a glass of water as well. I got the Pollo Frito (Fried Chicken), which was good, just a little dry. The beans were my favorite part to be honest.

We had a great dinner! Service was excellent, food was delicious, ambiance was awesome. We will be back regularly!

We have eaten here before and the food is goos but no amount of good food makes up for terrible service. My family of 3 were taken to a back area where we were forgotten. While we waited for the waitress, some lady harrased us with a picture of someone in a terrible condition and asked us for money. She did not move until my husband gave her money. We ended up leaving without eating. Lesson learned. Order to go!

Good food and price but the service is not good at all, the servers are not taking real care of the customers. I waited for about 15 minutes and I have go to the front to have somebody to get my order.

Terrible customer service. I have ordered from here for years, always paid for my food and always gave a good tip, called and they had blocked my number claiming I cancel my orders! I have never canceled any orders with them, this is ridiculous! Their food is delicious but their staff is the worse! God know who’s canceled orders on them and they flagged MY number, they use pollo campero anyway and campero delivers, I’ll spend my money on them instead of these rude people!

Ok I went in to have a drink and order take out. First I was left at the bar until a second person came. I assumed there was a language barrier which is fine. The second person was not friendly or personable. She quickly said no to menu questions and never checked back to ask how was my drink or did I have any more questions on the menu. I am AFRICAN AMERICAN. I just brushed it off and just asked can I pay for order and quickly leave. She takes my card then leaves for 10 mins. Then she comes back and sais I charged your card for someone else's bill.let me give you cash for the difference.?????? Huh There was only 5 people at the bar. How you do that!!!!! If I wanted to pay cash was never offered I pay certain bills with my card and I watch what I charge. I don't feel comfortable going back to this location because the manager was very dismissive when I brought it to his attention While the bar tender was in our face and they were not speaking English. I will never go back and I suggest if your African American you don't go there either....... I'm a server for 15 yrs I know good customer service. This is not it But I still gave a tip!!!! What makes it so bad is I tip well because I am a server And know the value of a good server or bartender. This girl didn't even try. Foe me why?

These people charged me my bill and someone else’s. It was a haste to get my money back and the lady at the register had a nasty attitude when they realized it was there mistake. Will never return

I've ordered many times here. They have a strong problem with people of color. Imagine being in a predominantly white place, and you're the only one with color to your skin. They stare u down as if you don't belong in their restaurant. Very few will smile at you. Maybe 1 or 2. Every visit is the same. Its like they've seen a ghost each time. They do not engage with you like they do with their people. Customer service is not there unless you're their people. When you call in a order, they become irritable an rude when they realize you don't speak their language. And, For whatever reason, they take even longer just to charge ur card after receiving your food. All while staring you down. I do feel like it's because I'm black. I've seen no one of their kind have the same treatment. Ever. I literally live up the street from this place, so I've been more than 8 times. I call in everytime. Food is good. But no, I wouldn't recommend unless you're fluent and not African American.

Not as good as to watch the first time I went service is not as good and the carnitas was actually fried instead of actually stewed like this supposed to be fried so hard that I couldn't finish my plate will not be going back.

Very good prices for the portion sizes. Most plates are big enough for 2 people and I have never been disappointed by something I ordered here. The staff mostly speaks Spanish but for me that is not an issue. All in all it’s a very cozy local chain and this location has undergone many great cosmetic rennovations. I ordered a quesadilla mixta and an horchata

My son and I came in for dinner. After waiting for about 10 minutes for a server. We waited another forever for our water and non refillable coke to come. No ice for either water or coke. Our chicken chimichanga had super dry chicken wrapped in a fried shell with what appeared to be ketchup and cheese sauce. Not very tasty. I had 3 very dry little chicken enchiladas. Supposed to have green sauce and cheese sauce on them. Only had melted cheese on it. Again very dry chicken. No tasty sauce to help it. We didn't see our server for about 30 minutes. We finally walked to the front to pay our bill. Waited about 10 minutes for no one to even look at us. Our server zoomed past us once. Didn't even look at us. I could clearly see everyone of Hispanic decent getting served smiled at. Talked to. Acknowledged as a paying customer. So I acted like a ghost and walked out the front door and left. I will not be back. And we love Hispanic food. Just not from here.

Seems to be authentic Hispanic cuisine. I say seems only because I do not have the knowledge base to know authentic Hispanic cuisine. The clientele seemed to suggest the authentic nature of the location. Plus, Spanish was the primary language of the staff. We did have a hiccup or two due to language barrier. We were pleased on many levels. Food was served hot and fresh. Flavor profiles were rich and deep. I had the seafood soup. The actual name of the soup eludes me since it was written in Spanish. It was delicious. Very hearty with plenty of shellfish to please my desire for seafood. The papusa was shared and we both agreed it was a highlight of the meal. My wife had the chicken burrito. Although the chicken was a little on the dry side it was flavorful. The fresh ingredients made up for any dryness of the chicken. The overall makeup of the dish was fresh and flavorful. The sanitation rating was posted at 86 or a B. Initially this was a concern. Unfortunately, I feel this rating may be a direct result of a language barrier since the place seemed very popular and our food was excellent.

Amazing place!! Everything comes in huge portions for such a cheap price!! Fresh and tasty!! Highly recommended!!

Food was good. However, our server was not the most attentive. Fortunately, there was a new server beside us who took better care of us than our original server. I will come back and ask for the other server.

The food was pricy but the portions were incredible, you definitely get what you pay for and then some. The desserts were a bit lacking, the Tres Leches was missing 2/3 leches, but it was decent.

Food is always good. Service is the WORST part. Your servers need some really good training. Sever did not came once to check often on us. I had to go look for her so I could get more drink. Learn to anticipate your guest needs.

Fresh food... Great servers... Great price... all around Great experience... the Chimichanga is quite delicious

The salsa was literally ketchup. Tasted and smelt just like it. The food we ordered tasted old/expired and just not fresh. Did not have a good experience here…
