    This location sucks! I will never order from here again!!! Save your hard earn money and go somewhere else. Made an online order with 8+ toppings for pickup and just received chicken, rice and lettuce………Are you kidding me? Are the people that work there illiterate or just don’t care? For Christ sake you make taco bowls/burritos for a living how hard can it be? I will eat a jean jacket dry before I ever return here!!!!

    Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat.. especially on my lunch break! But this location SUCKS. I been here 4 times different days of the week and there overall environment sucks. The staff is never professional. There is always a huddle of workers at the end of the check out area, talking their personal business loudly. The workers are unproductive. I will say, the seating/ dining area is clean but the workers are not sanitary. I saw one of the chefs holding the cutting board on his side with one arm (the cutting board was touching his clothes). The workers need to be retrain and a new manager or lead associate.

    Most disgusting food I ever tasted from chipotle. The guac was old, I ended up scooping it off because I couldn't stand the taste of it. Meat was burnt, rice and other toppings were stale. I ended up throwing the bowl away, I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Not to mention the chairs were already up with an hour left before closing, I guess nobody could eat inside. Place was already being "cleaned" way in advance. This place needs a lot of home training and service etiquette.

    Chipotle should close this location and clean and restaff and start over. It’s understaffed, the staff doesn’t care, isn’t being managed and the store is filthy. In addition to the homeless sleeping on patio and sitting inside. Went midafternoon this time and they are out of half the items as usual. As dirty as it is, we should question how they have an A food safety rating. Are these mouse bait stations in the dining area?

    I will not eat from this location again!! Me and a couple of coworkers order some food online 2 days ago for pick up, it was 3 bowls and an order of chips and queso. We sent one person to pick up the order. Once she was back we realized there were issues. -My 3 bowls came with no lettuce at all (if the restaurant was out, they could’ve specified at pick up and it would’ve been fine), not to mentioned they were all THROWN inside the bag, not stacked, so everything was shaken. - bowls were nowhere near halfway full. I felt ripped off. - We didn’t get our chips for the queso. - the queso dip seems was thrown in the bag (just like everything else) and it spilled all at the bottom (attached picture for this) I tried to call this location and it was impossible to speak to someone at the actual restaurant. I will try to put a complain with corporate, because I have never received an order in such a manner, from any restaurant. If I could leave Zero stars, I would.

    Ridiculous service and arrogant staff. They are busy and I get it, but also not attentive or efficient at all. There are generally no forks or spoons or napkins to grab. I stepped to grab the napkins and no one paid attention, and then I had to cross the line and grab myself. Then someone from the staff got really annoyed and spoke to me in a derogatory tone saying I should never cross that line again, but he won’t admit that there are no napkins stocked for people to grab.

    Love chipotle and I go to many locations weekly. Usually consistent from location to location. This one is an exception. First few times I noticed things were a little off but figured it was just employees having a bad day. Unfortunately, every time I’ve come to this location they’re consistent on bad body language and consumer service. Never warm greetings or smile. Definitely will avoid this location going forward. It’s a shame due to its amazing location.

    I love chipotle and work in restaurant industry so I understand most things. But this chipotle doesn’t do it right. They stopped making my bowl halfway through to go to the back to grab a manager just to come back and tell me that “it’s not my fault” but I need to wear a mask next time. I’m not mad about the mask issue, I get it. But half employees cared and others did not. The employee at the cashier didn’t have their mask on their face at all. To make it worse, right after I agreed to the rule for “next time”, the staff was rude to me and when I asked for guacamole on my bowl, They gave me the smaller slab I’ve ever seen so I felt that I wasn’t treated fairly to a rule that was implemented halfway through. Like I said, it’s not a situation of the mask it’s that (like other comments said) you either follow the rule or don’t. And don’t miss treat a customer because he didn’t follow.

    I never leave reviews - but this place is so bad I unfortunately have to. It’s likely the worst Chipotle in the country. I am not exaggerating. They can’t fully cook rice and are always out of random ingredients (how does Chipotle run out of lettuce??). They also sometimes randomly decide to close the store to walk ins just to only do online orders. But when you online order, food is consistently 30-45 minutes late. Do not waste your money here - I have done so way too many times over the last ~5 years.

    Went to this location at 3 pm and the store was so filthy. I wanted steak and they were out of that, out of guacamole , chicken, pretty much everything u can think of. This is ridiculous. No manager was around to speak to either. This is a terrible place to go after lunch because they literally never have any food left. I would not recommend coming back.

    Extremely understaffed, 1 hour behind mobile orders, ran out of chicken, cook coughing on the food being cooked on the grill, manager yelling at customers. If it wasn’t a chipotle it’d be out of business.

    Arrive at the pickup area and I’m greeted with, “Name?”. They hand me my bag and I leave. Where’s the, “welcome to Chipotle!”or goodbye, have a good day? Too much focus on churn! And then the food…this picture hopefully captures a plate half full. Waste of a dinner.

    Unfortunately, this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and several toppings for pickup through the Chipotle app. When I opened my bowl at home, it was just a bowl of rice!!! And this was after waiting for over 30 minutes IN the restaurant after the app said it was "ready for pickup". This location needs A LOT of work. I should also mention- an employee locked the front door so nobody else could get into the restaurant at 7:30pm on a Saturday night - this location is chaos.

    I walk in and see the face of disgust on the employees, this was a nice greeting to prepare me for my lovely dinner. Regular line was shut down and couldn’t even see the product. They make the food steadily but when I get home to enjoy it something is off, just didn’t taste how chipotle usually tastes. I’m not sure what happened to almost all of the ingredients I love but the flavor was not there today.

    I’ve been coming here roughly once a week for lunch and wow! I always get fresh, delicious, and great size portions. There seems to be great people working here. I love coming by on Mondays to start my week off right.

    The Chipotle crew closed the inside of the store by 7 pm and made it online orders only. Due to “capacity”, however, there was only a max of ten people in line in the store. Ordered the meal at online at 7:05 as instructed, did not receive it until 7:50. No way to cancel the order so people were just leaving their orders after 30+ minutes of waiting. Out of what seemed 5 crew members, only one of them seemed to be cooking. While others appeared to be closing up. Don’t bother eating here. Not the first time having issues with this restaurant. It would be quicker to drive to any other Chipotle.

    Placed a pretty simple 5 item order for carryout. 2 of the 5 items were missing when I got home. Also their large queso is a joke, 2 small queso’s does not equal a large queso.

    Management is completely bottom tier. Had people standing outside for 45 mins plus bc they had ZERO organization and couldn't keep up nor GIVE OUT the 40 orders they had just sitting there. Also they have put MEAT in my VEGAN bowl numerous times. Not a fan at all.

    My friend and I tried to get chipotle and she had planned on using gift cards. We got to the location and not only was it mobiles order only but we had to stand in 35 degree weather placing our order only to find we couldn't use gift cards online. We knocked on the door and one of the workers looked up, rolled their eyes, and talked to their coworkers. It took almost 8 knocks and 5 minutes for someone to come over but by this time my friend was so fed up she just put the order through on her phone and we ended up paying more for food than the gas to get there. Disappointed.

    Chipotle- 2109 Charlotte, NC. Go ahead order online, we will take your $$$ and we will make it very difficult for you to get your money back. and you will have no one to speak to. I have to select 1 star to post this...otherwise....well you know... Ordered Salad online for pickup at 1:20 pm. All set & have it ready in brown bag, picked up and went back to office. Opened it and it is not Salad. Because one would have all time in the world from a lunch break .. I drop back, asked for refund as I have no time to wait around for another order. Learned NO REFUND for online orders in store. THIS IS THEIR POLICY. Employee did not have the energy to apologize for the order they F-UP! Contacted online for refund, the ONLINE PROCESS is another award winning process. NO PERSON to talk to on the phone, called the number at their HQ, automated machine saids...to go online and call ended, and this is their Corporate phone number. wow ! I submitted my receipt, lets see their response time on this service...stay tuned !

    They made me wait outside for my food which is fine. Took about 25 min. I finally got my order and excited as I love chipotle. I open the bowl and notice there is no chicken . I search through bowl and find two small pieces. I asked the manager if he could give me more chicken. Because I had opened the bowl he said he couldn’t . I told him to give me my money back as I was not paying for this . Long story short make sure you have your full order before leaving the store. FYI the manager did go back and make it but I was interrogated and had to be a Karen :/ . Chipotle is good but this location was far off on quality, temperature and customer service .

    Staff seems like they don’t want people to come - every time I come, there seems to be more than one person who is short-tempered. The cashier also tried to charge me $17 for a bowl the last time I visited. Either management needs to take better care of its employees or they need to get better ones. The Cava across the street seems to be a better choice if you want better customer service.

    Honestly this chipotle is a consistent disappointment. Would 100% advise not to order pickup or delivery from this location. They consistently provide incomplete orders such as missing drinks, chips, completely wrong burritos, no guac, etc… And when trying to resolve for completely incorrect orders or missing items they simply compensate with “free guac” next time that they likely forget to add.
