My husband and I went in on a whim and now we can't wait to go back! It was a very nice upscale bar with nice atmosphere and great music. We tried the Ultimate Chzburger and the Boogan's Bacon Burger. Hands down two of the best burgers we've ever had! The house parmesan fries were wonderful too... Very addicting! Tasty drinks -- we tried the Whiskey a Go-Go and the Lavender Thin Lizzy. Nice and boozy! It was absolutely fantastic!

This is a small establishment but worth the wait. The burgers are their specialty, and they are good. We had family visiting for the Panthers/Dallas football game and came here for the first time. Parking is a little tricky, but they validate the parking if you go to the LAZ parking lot around the corner. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because it was a little dark. So it made it a little difficult to read the menu. Our server was Taylor. She was great. Very patient and knew the menu and beer selections. It was very busy, but it was worth the wait. All of us had a different burger: Carolina Burger - (chili, mild cheddar, cole slaw) Boogan's Bacon - (bacon marmalade, red onion, Roasted garlic aioli) Smash Hit (caramelized onions) Imami- (Shitake mushrooms & caramelized onions) So.e of us had regular fries, but the Parmesan fries were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their selections. I will definitely be coming back with hubby or family.

I've definitely had better. Place is dark and gloomy. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fixed to one guy and basically ignored everyone else. The burgers were mediocre and nothing special. I had the ultimate cheeseburger. Tried to watch the Panthers game which was on every TV however the radio was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. For our first experience, it wasn't a good one. We will not be going back to this place.

This was my 1st visit and it definitely won't be my last. One of our department bosses took a few of the new employees to lunch here today. We had the pretzel bites and the Sinatra for appetizers.... delicious. Then I ordered the One Wheel on a wrap instead of a bun, with the sweet potato tots....more deliciousness 😋It was a little busy because of the lunch crowd but we were seated quickly. I highly recommend this place ☺️

The Elvis Burger was a classic type burger, but it was phenomenal!! The atmosphere was great, but a little loud to my liking. However, if you are going to a bar that's what you should expect. I'm not much of a drinker, so the Mocha (Spiked) Milkshake was enough and it tasted great. Just enough alcohol for me to feel it...LOL! I will definitely visit again on another trip to Charlotte.

We had a group of 16 fly in for a business conference late Thursday night, and were in search of a spot that was open past 10. We were all seated easily with a minimal wait and got right to taking our orders. I was very impressed with the quick service and refills given the fact that we slammed them with 16 burger orders in 5 minutes. The food was excellent. I got a melt and I wish I could go back and have it again. Cheap drinks as well with a great great overall value. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the uptown charlotte area.

Great atmosphere! The GM who was behind the bar while we were there was extremely nice and helpful. We did not eat any food but it did look great while coming out. Very nice bourbon selection!

This place has one of best burgers I have tasted in a long time. The fries were dusted with Parmesan and the burger was flavorful and delicious. The drinks were amazing. I took my family to try something new late night and was not disappointed. Cowbell has a very chill night life. Our Server was named Sidney and she was super sweet. Attentive and friendly. I will be returning with my friends and asking for her. The aesthetics of the restaurant are homely but very classy. Overall, you should give this place a try. The food is priced really well for the portions!

I must have come on a bad night. I will start by saying our waitress was super nice and the manager handled everything well when things went bad. 1st it took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. 2nd I have a dietary restriction and can’t eat diary…3 bites in I realize my burger had cheese. My husbands wrap was also made wrong. They did take these off the tab which was good problem resolution. Like I said before the customer service wasn’t the issue). 3rd We paid for 2 alcoholic drinks. 1 app and 1 meal burger and fries and it came up to $75 which is very high for a Burger spot. They literally were charging for a side of ranch and honey mustard. I’m 100% sure anybody in Charlotte can find a better Burger spot then this.

The ultimate cheeseburger with the pretzel bun was a BLAST. Really fantastic and characteristic place to go to if in Charlotte. The sweet potatoes bites with sugar were exceptional. Also clean restrooms and kind personnel. Definitely would come back. Prices average for Charlotte, the most expensive burger was around 16/18 dollars but you can eat enough with much less.

Great burgers, and cool spot. Very busy when we visited on a Saturday night but we only waited a few minutes to be sat. The fried pickles were delicious but a little too salty. The impossible burger was dry, so I don't recommend. The pretzel burger with habanero cheese was the winner of the night. It was too good, and we ate it all. It took a couple blocks to walk off. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu.

The Cowbell is a great place to end a downtown pub crawl. Their burgers are top notch and offer amazing drinks and milkshakes. The bacon jam on my hamburger really topped it off. The vibe is hipster but relaxed and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back when we are in Charlotte again.

It was awesome, me and my boyfriend went here and had a great time. I ordered a burger (I forgot what it was called but it had a pineapple slice and was a tad spicy) and my boyfriend ordered a turkey club. Both meals had fries and it was amazing, definitely give this place a try if you're in the mood for sandwiches and fries.

Wanted to try a new burger place and Cowbell didn't disappoint. The Parmesan Fries and wonderful. I had an Elvis Burger and it was delicious. You can make reservations during the week, but it's first come, first serve on the weekends.

Food is well made and takes time to prepare, would not recommend for a quick bite. But this place has a great atmosphere and perfect for meeting with friends for couple of drinks or celebration. Their milkshakes, especially oreo one, are divine ❤️

So the atmosphere is very nice. Love the deem lights. The staff and our server was nice. We came around 12 so they offer a Late Night menu from 12-2. The options is fair. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was juicy and not over cooked ( very much a plus). Food came out in good timing. Reason I didn’t give a 5 star is due to music. The music was set to rock N roll and I think diversity in music would have been good.

This was a last min lunch spot we stopped at and were not disappointed! Our server (Joseph) was so friendly and nice. Service was super fast, drinks and food came out right away. Burgers were amazing and drinks were also super tasty. Highly recommend!

We had gone next door to a nearly empty dandelion restaurant. We needed reservations while the entire place sat nearly empty. So we left and patroned this place, instead. Definitely, a far better choice. Walked in, the place was "jumping", good music playing, loud and lively, nearly every table was occupied. We thought we wouldn't be seated again , so I asked if we need reservations and the hostess, said no, with a face reaction of.. Are you Kidding? Right On! We were seated immediately and after that it truly was a great dining experience. The good tunes kept rolling, the beer was extra tasty, and my food was "on point", i liked the rock n roll decor. Our server was the true gem of the whole night. She was very personable, Attentive, and didn't miss a beat. Overall, the food and drinks are great, but the service makes me want to be a returning customer. The adult smores milkshake was amazing with that burnt, smoky flavor throughout the drink.

What an amazing spot! Food is amazing and decor is so fun. The staff is also great! We got some burgers and all of us loved it. My pick was the Melt, to which I added an egg to it and it was beyond delicious, they had ran out of sourdough bread, but it was an amazing burger nonetheless with the brioche bun. Highly recommend this spot!

Great little spot and bartenders were great. Had the ultimate cuz burger which was great and the cheese sauce was very good. Parmesan fries were tasty and homemade ranch complimented it well.

Cool atmosphere. Food was ok, not a ton of flavor in our two dishes. Kind but overwhelmed server. Rough single stall bathrooms - on the men's side - no soap, a mess, overflowing trashcan.

I love this place, I come downtown occasionally and every time I come here they are always great. The burgers are delicious, the bartenders are super nice and friendly. Even if I don’t say anything they will make sure that your glass won’t be empty. Thank you so much.

👍👍 It was delicious, exceptional drinks, I expected a heated space, as it was cold. I definitely recommend wearing more then 2 layers in the Winter. 👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
