    We went to this location last night and were very disappointed. We got the ultimate nachos and the sampler. All the food was cold and the nachos were soft and moist like they had been ready made and sitting for hours. They didn’t give us forks we had to ask for them and they Brought us to plastic forks. We got our drinks after 10 minutes without straws, we asked for straws and the waiter brought 2 when we were 3. We are never going there again or recommend this place to anyone. Also, I’m not going back there to fill out the form because I noticed that is the response to every single negative feedback people leave here. They copy and paste the same response to everyone.

    It was a great experience for BWW - the location is Nascar themed and the food was actually nice and the wings crunchy. We had the happy hour specials and some wings.

    Needed some late night food on 1/12/23 and glad this place is open. When I walked in the staff seemed uninterested in me as they were sitting on the bench watching tik toks. After a few minutes of awkwardly standing there the host said “you picking up” and I said no is the dining room open? She seemed disappointed and said yeah come on. My sever Ashley was super cool and made the visit worth it. She’s super nice and seemed to be the only one actually working. There was only myself and 3 others eating and my food took 20 minutes to come out which is fine cause I was starving. There was a duct taped hole in the seat I was in so I was uncomfortable. The fired pickles were wet and soggy cause they weren’t fried all the way so I didn’t eat them. All good tho because Ashley was really nice about it. I’ll come back to see her but maybe not eat

    My friend & I came to this location on 12-20-21 after we stopped by the Sardis Rd location & they were out of ranch. My friend wanted to order Hennessey w/ginger ale; the server told him they were out of Hennessey. He went with Jack & ginger ale. The 1st drink was horrible. The server bought another drink & it was better. The ketchup was brought to us as pictured. I ended up taking some sanitizer & wiped it clean myself. It took a while for the food to come out. It was good once it did, & we were able to see the Vikings-Bears game we wanted to watch. The server was lackadaisical. I don't frequent this location a lot, but the service given wasn't the same as I'd usually receive. Not sure I'd return. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.)

    Where to start?. Walked in and waited 5-10 minutes to be greeted by hostess who was laying down on booth listening to his music and could not be bothered. He pointed to the bar but we wanted to sit at a table. We had to find our own menus. Salads came after our meals and wings were cold, sandwiches were fine. Place was dirty, tables were sticky and floors covered in mess. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Clearly, lack of leadership and care.

    We came to this restaurant one night expecting top qualities! For starters we had to get the rag and spray bottle to clean our own table before we could sit down! Then it took 1 & half hours to get our food! We had to refill our own drinks because no waiter was in sight! Finally when we left I decided to not leave a tip! But a few days later my bank is telling me that my total was updated 40+dollars! The waitress added her own tip after not giving me a receipt or anything! Corporate was definitely contacted

    Waited 25 minutes and no one came to take our order. Multiple servers looked at us but never came over. It wasn't even busy. We went to leave and I tried to wait and talk to someone. Again I waited for at least 5 minutes at the take out desk, with one staff member talking a foot away. Never looked at us. My son and I felt invisible. Just disappointing and we are still hungry!

    The bone in chicken wings we're good. The french fries were cold and a bit crispy. I sat at the bar so that I would get served because people in bww shirts didn't seem to act like they worked in the restaurant. The place was clean but worn out. It is conveniently located next to the NASCAR hall of fame. You can walk from the gear shop directly into the restaurant. I would eat there again because I got my food fast.

    Visiting Charlotte for a cheer competition. We were glad to find BWW so close to the Convention Center for a late dinner. It is in easy walking distance, even in the cold. They looked short staffed, but the security officer jumped right in and helped us! He is surely a favorite around there. Food was great. Service was just okay. Basically take order and bring check. We did have to finally flag the server down to get napkins and silverware after getting our food. We did get our food before it was cold though but it was delivered by kitchen staff. It wasn't overly crowded but we went after dinner time. Not sure if the wait to get table and the inattentiveness was due to being short staffed or not. We would go back again just because we liked the food and the convenience of the location.

    We came here after the Panthers game and managed to get on the list after 20 minutes and then we were told, it would be 20-30 minutes. But they didn't take our number or give us any way to know when our table was ready, so we had to stand in the 5'x5' entrance packed with people. After that, we didn't see an employee for 35 minutes because they were hiding from the crowd at the front. I did see 20-30 people finish their food and leave but still, no one cleaned the tables or made any attempt to seat more people. We ended up enjoying the Brazilian Steakhouse across the street.

    Finally, after years of service and food falling off a cliff we had a good experience at a BW3s. Service was attentive and food was served quickly and correctly.

    Horrible customer service! No greeting/smile by hostess. Just a "how many " with a " I hate my job attitude" Hostess walks away Face timing someone and dosen't return. After about 20 min a server asks us the same question and never returns. 10 min later the guy running the take out area asks same question and u guessed it no return! 10 min later hostess finally shows back up and seats us with no apology or explanation. When asked what the hold up was she replies "I had stuff to do" and storms off. 430pm in the afternoon, place was not close to being busy! We ended up walking out and going to Pie in the sky that has awesome pizza and great customer service!

    If I could give less than one star I would. Waited for hostess to sit us at 10:40, while the establishment closed at midnight. As about 12 other people piled behind, the hostess finally approached saying that was too much? Very interesting. When told we could dine, we were told to sit at the bar, no seats? So I stole mine myself from the dirty tables lying around. I work in fine dining and I know that’s not how people should be treated. Needless to say, seems like people don’t want to work, sadly their gratuities will reflect on their poor performances. Sincerely: Your Less Satisfied Customer

    The service was terrible. She only had 4 tables and paid more attention to her white tables vs. her other tables.. I had to ask 3 individual times for my drink (Pepsi) before I got final got it. So I asked her how much of a tip she deserves since clearly she had ignored this table. (I was with two other people who also had to ask for refills and other condiments several times as well) The overall experience was not good at all. I wish I knew they young lady name!!!!!!

    Talk about late night depression. No one had customer service or a smile here today. We ordered several appetizers and wings. Wings were super dry and underseasoned. Tater tots came out 15 minutes after everything else. I ordered a spicy passonfruit drink. It was so sweet, no garnishes, not spicy at all. Asked the server to had it fixed and she said there was nothing she could do. All in all probably won't be back for a while. They didn't accommodate us well and everything was below standard.

    I wouldn't even give a star if I could. Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Working in the industry I understand how it can be hectic at times so I am very forgiving. However everything that went on was uncalled for. We waited less time for a table then we did to be acknowledged by a server. When we finally were greeted by our server over a half hour later (34 mins to be precise) we were told there is no soft drinks only water. I wouldn't have been so upset if we would have been informed during our wait for the table or while being seated at the table. Not to mention the rush was over so more then half the place was empty with servers standing around so there was no reason for servers not to greet tables but will be quick to complain about the tip they are undeserving of.

    Service was very slow. I don't know if it is bc of the pandemic, but it took over 40 minutes to be served at a table of 4. I admit the waitress was there quickly to take our order but it took forever to get our food. She even complained about how long it was taking. She did a good job serving us though. I believe they sauced our wings in the wrong sauce, bc I can handle medium Buffalo sauce and so can my kids, but we couldn't even eat our chicken. It was toooo spicy. I order the same thing whenever I go to Buffalo Wild Wings and eat it with no problem. At least $50+ dollars of our $75-$80 ticket was wasted. We all ate our fries🙂 they were good. My husband ate his order too bc he didn't get buffalo flavored wings. I try not to be a complaining customer.

    We have given this location three chances and everytime is a disappointment. The most recent time we visited, we ordered an online to go order hoping that we would run into less issues. Unfortunately this was not the case. We waited at the to-go counter for 15 minutes with no recognition until I walked to the bar and asked a server to be helped. After about 15 more minutes she brought us our food (this was after ordering the food online 25 min prior getting to the restaurant). We made it back to our house to realize the only thing we ordered (chicken nachos), had no chicken. To be honest this is something that wouldn’t usually bother me too much except for the fact that we had to pay extra for the chicken. I hate leaving negative reviews but after giving this location a third chance at redemption we were highly disappointed. You would think a fairly popular and busy downtown location would hold themselves to a higher standard. I hope the BWW franchise can acknowledge this. Will not be returning.

    Our table by the window was a bit wobbly, but other then that everything else was good. Our server Ellie was great, took on joking & comedic hijinks, and played along some what. The only other thing found odd. Xfinity Qualifying was happening in LVMS at the time of our visit, but wasn't on a single TV. Found that odd considering that are connected to NASCAR Hall of Fame.

    Came in mid-afternoon. Alone. Places was pretty empty, tables every where. Hostess sat 2 people, then said could only seat you at the bar. They were short of help. Bartender was very nice, helpful. Food came pretty quick. Food is good. Not great or amazing, but Much better chicken than that place that hoots.

    I don't usually leave a review, but after attempting to contact the restaurant about their mistake and receiving no answer, I'd say I'm a little disappointed. Don't trust these guys to get your delivery order right, you'll be missing food, everything will be wrong, and there customer service is bad. It's like they don't even look at your ticket, they just throw some food in a bag and give it to the poor grub hub guy that has to deal with it. Unprofessional; I just wanted a burger and a cake guys.
