This was a little hard to find. It was located inside the food court of the convention center. Once we foind it it was great. Service was quick

That wasn’t brisket. Charge for brisket and serve crockpot roast beef

Very good but did not come as the photo suggested. I had to go back and buy avocado as it is a very very slight spread. Bacon is not thick cut either.

Had to order the food by pointing at picture , poor customer service no one greeted me no one smiled it looked like they all had their period , miserable looking females food was cold. And the checkout machine has the nerve to ask for a tip ! Only good thing was the coffee, manager was there shooting the breeze with someone other bloke. And not supervising staff. Will avoid this brand while staying here in Charlotte.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering counter service. Cashier had a very rude attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Meanwhile she didn’t get half the order right. Bags were unlabeled, too, which just added a bit to the frustration.

2nd day here at the convention center, where the Einstein Bagels is the only close option for breakfast food, and it's only gotten worse. Ordered 1 burrito that I had to point to on the picture on the wall for the woman to even understand (same rude, disinterested, robot from the day before. 10 mins later and a folks behind me getting their food I asked another woman (standing behind the counter doing nothing but drinking her coffee) VERY politely if #192 was in progress. She said yes without even turning around. 10 mins later nothing. Had to ask for money back as my meeting was starting. Just complete incompetence and indifference to the customer at this place....I know..because I got watch them for 20 mins !! And no food

Disappointing "everything" bagel... Should've been named "some things" bagel. May have just been a bad batch, but it was rough.

Einstein Bros Bagels does not exist at the location given. Buffalo Wild Wings only eatery at that location.

I went to this location twice in one day. I ordered a bagel with honey almond cream cheese, and a large coffee. I wasn't thrilled with the quality super early in the morning. There was a good 2 inches to spare from the top of my large coffee cup, and my bagel didn't have very much cream cheese on it. I'm not sure why they skimped on those. Later I went back just because it was the most convenient location for me to get a drink, and I got a strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was quite flavorful and refreshing and a reasonable portion

Not sure if this is the right location for the one at uncc’s grad school business campus in uptown but this place is GOOD. Good food and great customer service. There’s a gentleman there that know my order by heart (2 aquafinas and a purple gatorade) he has them rung up for me as soon as he sees me enter the building. Give this gentleman a raise please. 😊

Located inside the convention center. Very close to Starbucks and the line was much shorter. Good food options. My pumpkin muffin and pumpkin pie latte hit the spot. Service was timely as I had to get back to a meeting.

I discovered this place by accident when I was wandering around uptown, just playing tourist when I noticed some people walking by me carrying a bag or a cup of coffee that said Einstein Bagels. I was thrilled. I asked where Einstein Bagels was. A woman pointed to the building and off I went. I bought six bagels and headed for the Transit Center and home. Happy me! Great bagels, great variety of cream cheese. Mmmm, that makes me hungry.

The schmears are amazing and the bagels are so fresh...but their service wasn't a lot to write home about. The CC service wasn't online, so it was cash only. Two of the employees spoke fluent English. I bought a bagel box and had to request that they dill my tubs of schmears...they were 3/4 full.

If you are looking for a good breakfast this is not the place. Avocado bagel was not great. College's egg sandwich was bad as well.

👍👍 It was delicious, exceptional drinks, I expected a heated space, as it was cold. I definitely recommend wearing more then 2 layers in the Winter. Despite everything, this this is arguably the better rooftops in Charlotte. Delicious delicious drinks, decent prices, casual atmosphere, amazing times....

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
