Cava is falling off!! Went a few weeks ago burnt Brussels … nasty Said I’d give it one more try today and hard lentil seeds…. Almost broke my tooth 🤬😡 could have took it back to the store but I live across town… what a inconvenience… it’s over for Cava for me and I’m sad cause I loved them

I went here for the first time today. I told the lady helping me I was new to this establishment. She was not friendly and did little to help me decide what to get. My bowl was okay. Think if the customer service was better I would have given you 4 stars. Not sure I'd go back.

I love CAVA so much I come at least once a week. It’s such a consistently delicious, healthy, and filling meal. I usually build my own greens + grains bowl, and you really can’t go wrong with any combination of the ingredients they offer. I’m from CA where paying $15-$18 for a salad this size is pretty typical, so getting all the toppings I want for $10 is a steal.

Delicious & filling. We placed an order for curbside pickup last night and as soon as we called the number provided to us and let them know that we arrived, a really nice girl with pretty pink hair came out and brought out the order. When we got home we saw that all our food was there, the order was correct, and they were really generous with the toppings! Everything was great and I was able to get two meals out of my pita.

If you show up with children, you will get child size portions at the full cost of the meal. This was not enough food to feed my 10 year old. It was only half full and I kept asking if they could add more rice or something, but they wouldn’t without charging extra.

I REALLY like cava I can eat it everyday but THIS LOCATION needs to stop burning their food (I get the sweet potatoes). I get that it’s roasted sweet potatoes but no it’s not roasted it’s burnt. Nobody wants that burnt taste in their food. BTW I go here every week and it’s like the everytime I go. Other than that I recommend.

One of my favorite places! Great vegan and vegetarian options too! We usually order curbside and it’s ready when we arrive.

We love CAVA! This location is really busy around dinner time, even on weeknights. That is for good reason, too! Building your own bowl with grains & greens topped with Harissa Honey Chicken is the best! I add roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki, and crazy feta, which really blend the flavors together. After throwing veggies in there, you top it off with pita crisps and lemon herb tahini and garlic dressing. My wife and I had our first date in a CAVA, so it will forever hold a place in our memory!

Food was yummy. Was told by a friend that it was like a Mediterranean chipotle, and it was better than I expected. Service was friendly and the portion sizes are actually pretty good for the price. I got the spicy chicken and tried some of my friends lamb. Both were phenomenal. I'll definitely come back.

Man I love the food but productivity and service is slow as heck. Line is always wrapped around to the door and there is always only 2 servers on the line with 1 cashier. I don't understand why the store manager doesn't think it's an issue. Because as a repeat customer who always comes daily between 12 and 5 its ridiculous. Even when there's only a few people in line it takes forever. Took me 15 minutes to get my food standing in line with only a few people. As I'm typing now I just walked in and am standing in line yet again at the door. I'm hungry and angry at this point now I have to find something else to eat on the regular

I never leave reviews but I feel this one is definitely warranted. First time visiting cava and it was amazing! The food is great, the price is amazing but the one thing that will keep me coming back was the service! The manager, Mecca, was beyond helpful and so sweet! She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted despite how difficult I can be but she was so patient and kind with me the entire time. When I do go back, it’ll be solely because of her. 😁😁

I've never been disappointed at Cava until this store. Burnt roasted vegetables. Huge cabbage pieces. Power greens instead of requested arugula and no falafel. A wasted of time and money and no lunch. I called to ask and she said she put the falafel on there, she doesn't know what happened to it. Nope. No falafel, just nasty burnt veggies.

This was the 1st time w had ever experienced eating grape leaves. I’m not sure if they always come as something served as cold but I’d like to see how they taste warm. The food was decent and we were pretty filled up. I do wish they had more vegan/vegetarian dishes to choose from though.

I got the greens and grain bowl with “yellow rice“ spicy chicken, baby spinach, cucumbers, cherry tomato pickled salsa ( not sure if that’s what it’s called) corn, avocado, tzatziki sauce, and garlic sauce. The chicken had a great bit of spice to it, which I don’t mind but it overpowered the other flavors aside from the cherry tomatoes, those were acidic and helped fight the heat. The basmati rice was seasoned well but it was just the white rice mixed with brown rice apparently. The guy that was servicing me spoke very soft and I’m not sure if they offer yellow rice or if that’s all they had, but he explained it’s the two rice’s mixed together. He did give me a drink for free. I tried the blueberry lavender and pineapple mint drink. They were a little too earthy and sour for me. Next visit, I will for sure try the lamb meat balls and regular chicken maybe with some hummus. For $16 this bowl is just okay.

This place is really clean and the food is super fresh. The staff was super nice even though I struggled given it was my first time there. For those who came here for a professional opinion, this place is better than chipotle. Thank God this place is nearby. The pita bread is really good if you reheat it.

I frequent a Cava restaurant several times a week. Today I ordered via the app at the University location and had the worst experience! The bowl was messy, and the portions were not what I usually receive. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they stated I needed to request double servings on the app. However, I never ask for double portions when I order inside. I’ll never patronize this location again. See the picture below. No, I haven’t eaten any of it! A waste of money, and I’ll definitely trash it! I suggest visiting one of the other locations in Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

It was my first time trying and I will say that the food was alright. There are several sauces and stuff to choose from so customization is nice. I do think my bowl could be better so I will update my review when I go try again!

I finally feel like I can give a just review for Cava now that I've tried their Pita for the 1st time yesterday. I've been an avid Harissa Avocado Bowl lover of theirs for quite some time now, and I must say, it's been very hard to pull away and give anything else a try. However I finally gave in and purchased their Sweet and Spicy Chicken Pita yesterday (alongside the Bowl lol ... aye what can I say? Lunch? & Dinner am I right?) I bet you're wondering why not 5 starts then right? Well...for starters, sometimes they forget my free Pita bread with my Bowl. I'd say roughly about 4 out of 9 visits I'd gotten home and it wasn't in my bag. It's always a surprise to me when it's not because I visit Cava spread out. Sprinkled throughout the year, and consecutively I've had my Pita. So the off chance that I don't have it, of course it wasn't on my mind to check the bag to see if it was missing. Surely I didn't need the Pita bread anyways, so it wasn't a huge deal to me. Also, it's free, so I just assumed they could've been out of stock. Last but not least, I always go for their SuperGreens Mix for my bowls. not only because it just sounds healthy, but also because it just tastes good! However, what's with the overload of sliced Brussel Sprouts? I did a little digging to find out the SuperGreens Mix is mixed up of these particular ingredients: 1/4 c Broccoli 1/4 c Kale 1/4 c Brussels sprouts thinly sliced 1/4 c Chicory thinly sliced Everything is mixed in so well, that I would've never been able to tell you what was in the SuperGreens Mix without looking it up...well all is mixed well except the overload of Brussel Sprouts. It's not even that I don't like Brussel Sprouts, they are delicious! It's just they put wayyy too many in the bowl for anyone's liking in my opinion. Otherwise, Cava is the most healthiest, mouthwatering and flavorful, Mediterranean, unique establishments that you're ever going to visit for a unique tasting Salad Bowl or Pita! You know that saying, "Don't walk, run?" Well in this case... "Don't run, DRIVE! Lol !" I hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Loved it. It had a long line but fast. Price was mid range. Food portion is just perfect. Taste was great. They had Mexican Coke which was awesome. Not many place had the Mexican coca cola. You can have unlimited drinks. Atmosphere is cozy and staff is friendly. Had lots of parking. Service was fast.

Busy place with high energy. Incredible and quality food options. Like all there ingredients and sauces. The food options are healthy, tasty and offers the level of quality you could expect. Line could be long during peak time, ordering online could save time. Ample parking, but could be hard to find spot during peak time. Highly recommend.

Top quality and wide selection of options to build your own bowl or choose one from the menu. Excellent choice for vegans and vegetarians, but delicious enough for anyone. Dine in or take out. Comfortable seating indoors or outside.

👍👍 It was delicious, exceptional drinks, I expected a heated space, as it was cold. I definitely recommend wearing more then 2 layers in the Winter. 👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
