What
an
incredible
dining
experience
at
Heirloom!
We
were
welcomed
by
every
staff
member
who
introduced
themselves
by
name
and
were
so
attentive
throughout
our
evening,
especially
the
manager
who
stopped
at
every
table,
connecting
and
ensuring
guests’
needs
were
met.
The
restaurant
interior
design
is
smart,
modern,
and
hip
with
brass
&
pipe
fixtures
and
a
beautiful
motif
of
honeycomb
wall
tiles
and
bees,
which
we
learned
they
keep
nearby
to
provide
the
tastiest
honey
(the
warm
rolls
with
honey
butter
and
sea
salt
are
not
to
be
missed!).
We
ordered
four
starters
from
the
new
fall
Asian
inspired
menu
also
demonstrated
high
degree
of
attention
to
taste
and
presentation!
The
pork
belly
was
tangy,
sweet,
crunchy
and
well
presented;
the
foraged
mushroom
soup
creamy
and
perfectly
balanced.
We
ordered
the
pork
chop
(which
was
as
large
as
a
tomahawk
steak)
was
perfectly
cooked
and
juicy,
the
duck
(served
medium
rare
was
tender,
juicy)
and
the
Amber
Jack
fish,
which
was
flaky
and
tasty!
An
innovative
menu
with
farm
to
table
freshness
evident
in
every
bite.
We
were
so
fortunate
the
chef
came
out
to
visit
us,
which
really
added
a
personal
touch
to
our
dining
experience.
