Our first visit. The ladies up at the front are very helpful and sweet natured. The museum shop is packed with neat gifts that support the art. We really enjoyed this museum! Exquisite art and a very neat area for local Charlotte artists to exhibit their work. There was a lovely wedding being set up and we got to witness a groom have his photos taken. This place is definitely a must see!

Sadly this is not a museum to bring kids too. There are just too many inappropriate items that I don’t want my children staring at. I do enjoy their temporary exhibits that they change out. I enjoyed the fashion one they had before the most. I also like the fine China room wit all the pretty tea pots and plates. But, otherwise there is just not a lot of art that is worth seeing. If going, I definitely recommend the free nights they have every Wednesday after 5pm.

The Mint Museum on Randolph Street is lovely. It has a lot of history and culture from all over the world. The staff is very professional and inviting. The grounds are beautiful. If you're looking for quiet inspiration this really fits the bill.

As a Charlotte native I’ve been to this museum countless times as a child on field trips, but it definitely hits different as an adult when you can actually appreciate the art in front of you. I had the pleasure to attend a special ticketed event showcasing NC wines and chefs. It was truly an amazing experience and so much fun. Each winery had a special dish paired with their wines and everything married so well. And while sipping, got to walk around the museum exploring the exhibits. Whether you go just for a regular visit or for a special event, I think anyone will enjoy this beautiful museum.

This is really good museum. This has lots of verity from mint to pottery to arts and many more. There are 2 mint museums in Charlotte one is near to uptown and another one is this one on Randolph RD. Every last Sunday of the month there party in park with free entry to the museum And live music with food trucks.

I loved the free event today, giving all the community a chance to explore the exhibits. This piece was my favorite, i love the eyes, the quote from the artist "I LOVE ART" and the swirling faces under the clock. There's so much to see in this one piece but the museum offers so much more.

This is a pretty good museum and definitely worth the visit if you’re in Charlotte! The layout is a bit awful, and it is on the smaller side compared to some art museums I’ve been to, but it was a great stop on my list! (You will spend an hour or so here) Admission prices are fair, but it can be pricy with a large group of people. Definitely check out their free nights (great date night) and ask if they have discounts. I’m military affiliated, and showed my ID, and got in free! Overall, it’s a good museum and worth visiting. Be prepared to look at a lot of pottery! 😂

The museum was really nice mostly art work and pottery from different countries. I enjoyed the outside more then the inside.

Lovely museum, hope to get to walk in the park next time, we were there to escape the summer heat. Beautiful collection and friendly staff, it’s on the smaller side but we enjoyed our visit there, our family loves this one more than the uptown location.

Really enjoyable exhibit space with a good selection of interesting items. Buying a ticket at this location also granted me free(ish) access to the Uptown branch that day and the following day. This location has a significant number of glass art items that were really nice and would have been just as at home in The Corning Museum of Glass.

I went with my partner during Pride weekend and the admission fee was free. If you're thorough and read through almost every piece, you can spend up to 4 hours here! The museum seemingly changes their exhibitions so keep a look out if there's something you really want to see. The establishment also has a little shop downstairs where you can purchase goodies.

There were a lot of porcelain collections from all over the world. The collections were diverse and inspiring. They also offer free admission to military service personnel and their family.

LOVE this museum! I took my boyfriend here last year while he was visiting and we were both very impressed. It had so many interesting exhibits without being "too much" or too overwhelming to see it all in one day. We also saw a wedding being set up on the bottom floor which was beautiful and a great idea.

Loved it! On the smaller side, but definitely punches above its weight in terms of objects and interpretation.

1 full floor and 2 half floors. Interesting mix. Can be done in little over an hour. Ticket here is also good for the other location and for 48 hours. Bletchley will give you a discount and vice versa.

Several Interesting galleries to explore with a variety of mediums. You will also be able to enjoy the greenway nearby. Visited on a Wednesday evening.

Beautiful grounds. Lots to see, but small enough to go through in an evening. Good variety of exhibits. Free on Wednesday nights!

Had a great visit! The museum is full of amazing exhibits ranging from mezo-america to contemporary pottery. Didn't have a chance to see the gardens, but hope to come back soon!

A really good museum. This has lots of variety from coins to pottery to glass to paintings. The layout is a little confusing but once you get it the themes are nice and the descriptions are more informative from a historical perspective.

Went on a Wednesday on their free night (6-9pm). It was great, had a chance to walk around with coworkers and look at a really diverse array of items. Not being guided was an opportunity to go at my own pace and really enjoy what we saw. High recommend it.
