There is NO damn playground here! Someone should fix this by either changing the label to a Nature Hike Park, etc. OR actually get Charlotte Parks & Rec to actually install a damn playground.

Very little but very cute. A pity the city has decided to replace it with mixed development.

I like it, good view of the city for photography. There's no parking though, you have to get lucky on the street. I hear in other reviews there's plans to remove this park, and based on how many people were there enjoying it, that plan gives me a very negative impression of the city and there's people that need to be promptly voted out.

It's about average size, but it's not rlly a kid park. Its more so a great place to sit, chill and or talk! I wouldn't say it's great place for kids since they have fountains and a small man made pond that a child could fall in if parents aren't careful. Dont get me wrong tho it's a great place for pictures and has Charlotte right in the background! Perfect place for engagement photos or anything else! I'd rate it however for 8 years old and up!

Quite lovely park on the south side of charlotte, more industrial of a vibe but it’s thoughtfully designed. The water was pretty nasty, could do with being cleaned.

Beautiful view of the city. There is a fountain and little lake. Great area but a lot of bugs around. When I went on a picnic, a cockroach crawled onto our blanket. Also, many many flies followed us. Overall, decent park for just a walk.

This is one of the many parks I love to visit here in Charlotte. Ducks were out today and very few people so we got to really enjoy the open spaces and fresh air.

Beautiful Park! The sunshine, water fountain, & the beautiful skyline view... Come on out and enjoy peace and people watching! I also hear that Good Portions Italian Ices will be there for the month of March on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays!

Nice looking Park area. Parking is a bit dicey and confusing. Park on side street available and we were there to take some photos on the way to kids prom and there was a wedding going on there at the same time so can be a busy place. Be aware that all the parking lots that look like they're associated with that little Park are really parts of businesses around the area and a church and have Gates around the parking area in the parking on the street during week has tollways on hours. We were there on a weekend wasn't clear whether we had to pay for parking or not. We tried to pay at the automated meters where you can put in your license plate and pay with card but it responded couldn't process at this time. So we were never quite clear if it was free to park on the weekend or if the meters are just not working right the signage is very un-clear.

This park isn't what it used to be. It seems pretty run down now in terms of the pond condition and the fountain wasn't working. I feel bad for the ducks living in this park. There's still some pretty cool areas for some decent photos though.

This is a great park for amazing photo shoots, beautiful views, scenery and Charlotte skyline. It could use a little tlc to make it look better aesthetically.

So much potential with this park. Great place to walk around and watch the ducks. Water features and shaded areas for a picnic. Close to many hotels.

Fantastic park. Has shade, ducks, geese, and lots of water. Needs a little TLC. Fountain wasn’t working when we visited.

This is a nice place right next to the 3rd convention train stop , there is a pond with ducks and a fountain , but there aren’t many places to sit with a shade , mostly you will sit directly under the sun, so plan either in morning or on evenings ! Nice view of city as well

Came here for a little run. Beautiful area like others have mentioned that has potential to be something more. Great view and design.

It's right across the street from my job and it's my favorite place to view the skyline with this foundation. I see Photographers there often.

One of the best spot in Charlotte to capture uptown in camera. It showcases the beautiful building as the background. This place never disappoints photography. Definitely recommend to capture beautiful spots. They have nice space for streets parking.
