5* for customer service as the staff tried to give us our monies worth, but maybe lacking full competence. But our experience was hampered by my first attempt having low volume radio Comms with safety instructor, and second attempt the engine rev counter wouldn't go up to maximum speed. They did however give me a third attempt and the 8mins time I paid for, however the video footage I was given was of my first attempt. My partner's experience was also hampered that she had two video footage failures, and on the third attempt the video footage finally given had no audio on it. If your booking later in day just be aware there maybe earlier bookings having their experiences re-run due to technical failures, so expect delays. Personally I've driven Supercars around a track with more twists and turns, with only 100mph top speed, which I felt was more exciting than doing 129mph in NASCAR around a loop circuit

Staff was very nice and professional no complaints there The driving experience has been toned down from the first time there In 2019 they have limited the cars to 5000 rpm in 2019 I got to 5800 with a second run this time only 5000 two times going it was the same thing both times this trip which was disappointing, I would compare the speed to first gear on a 1000 Cc super sport bike to be honest , felt about the same Cars were nice and safe and newer Gen cars Not the worst not the greatest either would not repeat myself cool to do once that's about it Again the staff are good the driving experience is mediocre

Although I missed my 4pm slot as I drove straight to 6025 Victory Lane which is just their office. I double checked my email reminder and saw that the meeting location was at the Motor Speedway by entering Gate 26. In short, despite my oversight, I was swiftly placed in line to take my "NASCAR double ride along" at 175 mi. The best ever!

Just came back from the NASCAR racing experience and I am still smiling. I had an experience of a lifetime, and if you are thinking about putting this on your bucket list, do it! I cannot thank the staff enough, these guys and gals were great. They made sure everyone was safe and felt safe. I would do this again in a heartbeat. The video was awesome and well worth it. Thanks again for a spectacular day. Rick B.

I have driven faster in my Corvette on the highway. These cars have a governor on the engine and if you are constantly riding the rev limit, the "instructor" on the radio will ban you from the track. Save yourself the money. You are better off going to a driving school where they don't have so many limits in place.

The team is great, there was an error with the camera and the set me up with a full ride. Guys you are a professional bunch, respect. To anyone who wants to do it you need 8mins plus get the full package fir the memory... trust me.

Thankfully I ran into Sharon Bruce!! I was her server at Texas Roadhouse in Florida City. She introduced me to this amazing experience for my daughter! When I told my daughter that she would be able to ride along in an actual NASCAR, it totally made her Senior year surprise! Greatly appreciated, Sharon Bruce and team members! Everyone was awesome!! We'll definitely will do it again soon 🙂

My father and I each did the three lap ride along experience at Daytona during the 2022 Coke Zero 400 weekend. We both loved it and can't wait to do it again the next time we're at a track. As lifelong NASCAR fans it was super cool to get in the car and feel the way it handled up on the banking of Daytona. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating the entire time. We felt safe and in capable hands during our time on the track with the drivers. I highly recommend doing this if you have the chance. We will do this every time we visit a track where it's available from now on.

What an incredible experience! 8 minutes of pure adrenaline. Very professional crew, great communication during your drive, unlimited water (it’s hot in the cars). Tyler was an excellent trainer and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

This was the most disorganized, chaotic experience. I get that it rained and they had to dry the track off - not even complaining that we had to wait 4+ hours to drive. There was ONE person who could make a decision at each of the stops you make as a driver. She was super helpful but you had to wait for her to arrive at whatever stop it was you were needing help with. NO ONE is empowered to make a decision besides this one woman. We had trouble at registration and had to wait for her to arrive to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the line behind us grew out the door. No one told us where to go to get the jumpsuit and when people started getting their own jumpsuits, we were yelled at until the one woman came and instructed us. We got into the video room and had to wait for the one woman to come in and tell us what was going on. We walked to the pit area with no instructions where to wait and we just formed lines - then the one woman came and yelled at us to get in the "right" lines. After driving, you have to check out and of course, our tag had the wrong package on it and we had to stand and wait for the ONE woman to come fix the system. We waited at every checkpoint for this one person to help - what an incredibly mismanaged operation. What if she called in sick one day? Would you shut the whole place down? The driving was amazing, the track was great and the 16 minutes of what we paid for was THE BEST!!!!! The other 5 hours were THE. WORST.

*Read this before buying* Before booking this you HAVE to first go and read the Yelp reviews. We got there 45 min before our time as they requested. No signs for where to check in as driver, but after a few minutes of asking around we found the line. Waited one hour in line just to check in. Finally got to the front and the lady said our driver class had started already. I told her we had been there for an hour waiting, and she said told us was our fault for not getting to the front of the line earlier, the line we’d been waiting in for an hour. They bumped us back and hour to the next class, so we waited another 45 minutes for it to start. Then the class took an hour, and you then go to wait in another line to actually drive, which takes an additional hour and a half or so. For five minutes of driving you’ll spend around five hours in lines and waiting, add on the bad attitudes and zero organization, and it’s just amateur hour. What an absurd waste of time and money. There are LOTS of better places to go, just google “driving experience near me”. If you have any doubt or are still considering this experience, go look at the reviews on Yelp first…..

We did the right along NASCAR experience and Saturday, August 12 from the moment we got there right from the parking attendant to signing in. It was a great experience. We were welcomed at every point of the way. I was very nervous about doing it but needed to cross it off my bucket list while talking to different staff members. They made me feel so comfortable the woman that checked us in Bonnie was wonderful. She was very informative, we had to change the reservation from one name to another,, she did that, without hesitation, as the original driver was too ill to make the trip from Connecticut for his experience. When we finally got in line for the ride, from the video girl , the girl who fitted us for helmets right down to the guys who buckled you in were awesome. The entire experience was a thrill and something we will never forget . We will be back.. I can’t forget a very special thank you to my driver booking number TJPL-300723 Thank you, thank you, thank you

I had the greatest time! This was by far the best birthday gift I've ever had. You get to put on the racing suit. Take a 20 min. class on how to be NASCAR driver. Then you walk out ready to hit the pedal to the metal. My instructor Mark was amazing coaching me thru the turns, Jim (buckler) was awesome preparing me to drive (race, lol) as well as the crew (helmet and gear) keeping me engaged and giving me the expectations of excitement. Zac (manager) very informative regarding the Andretti experience and how it all works. I highly recommend this to those who loves driving fast and are looking for bragging rights. I'm going back (August/ September) to drive the Indy car before it's discontinued. Thank you NASCAR for this is truly an experience Track: (8) minutes Booking ID: MCQP-170723

Sharon Bruce did a great job explaining everything. She went above and beyond. I paid for video but it was corrupted. So I will ride again in the near future. She is 1 in a million.

My daughters and I went to Charlotte Motor Speedway (booking ID DHCT-200723). We were supposed to ride in the Indy car but it went down right as it was our turn. Zach came to tell us the bad news but had even better news... if we were willing to switch to the stock car he'd double our experience! Well that was an easy decision! Thank you Zach for making a great experience twice as good!! Blake and Dave helped get us fitted with helmets and were a pleasure to visit with while waiting in line. I'd go every week if I had the money. Such a blast!!

I really can’t say enough great things about our experience. We had two 8 minute drives and a ride along booked. Zack does an amazing job keeping everything going. It was because Saturday had been rained out. He still took time to answer my families questions and go above and beyond to make it special for us. My son (15) had Ron as his driver and he was such a pro. My son was impressed by the speed and where they were on the track. Rico and Jaylan did a great job talking to the people in line and making it fun. I would also like to think Cerenity for checking our videos and fixing an issue we had. All of the employees really did go above and beyond. Oh, a shout out to Sally for letting me know 5 minutes was not enough. I’m so glad we added extra time. Track Charlotte booking ID MHJM 200422

The drive along was cool, it's not "an instructional drive" as they say it is in class, but still cool nonetheless. I upgraded to the extreme car, which was awesome, but didn't really get what my spotter wanted me to do. Had to go low so the ridealongs could pass, was never told to get back in the drive lines. Was fun, next time, if I do this again, next time I'll know a little better. Also I'll get 10 plus laps next time too, I went 5 on my own, and it just went to quick, and didn't really get used to the car yet with only 5 laps.

I attended the Richard Petty NASCAR Experience at Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. I purchased a 16 minute session and had on of the best experiences of my life at 63. It was well worth the investment and getting into a real NASCAR and having a personal spotter talking to me all the way around the track and giving me tips and getting me up to speed. Experience was awesome and the crew at the track running the event especially Zack and the crew were all very professional and made my time there something I will never forget. You cannot go wrong with this experience I highly recommend it. They also have a ride along experience for people that don’t want to drive and that looked like it would be a lot of fun. After having the opportunity of driving the Charlotte Motor Speedway track that evening I purchased another 16 minute session at the Daytona International Speedway for February 16th. I cannot wait to drive a NASCAR at Daytona with the huge banking it will be exciting for sure. Thank you, Jeff

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money. bought the experience for my husband to drive a Indy car. $850.00 for 9 minutes. $960.00 more to upgrade to 18 minutes of driving time. The car had mechanical issues the whole time. He did not get the extra minutes that we paid an additional $960.00 for. They will not refund my money. Just want to give me a credit to come back. Do you really think I want to come back for another horrible experience. Stand behind your company and give people what they paid for. Never again and I will make sure to let people know how bad it was. Pretty sad! Read some of the reviews before you pay for this. Many are complaining about the same issues-car trouble, bad equipment, not getting the time on the track of what they paid for. Not just me plenty other are also saying the same thing. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Changing my rating to 4 stars (from 3) following the very prompt and professional response I got from Nascar when it posted. Was super impressed by both the fast reply online and the call I then got from them (did not even have to call myself) to address the concerns I had expressed. That type of follow up tells me Nascar is genuinely committed to listening to experience feedback from customers and proactively addressing anything that didn't go perfectly; with customer satisfaction clearly a real goal for them. Thank you for the personal one-on-one opportunity you gave me to be heard and for the satisfactory resolution you offered. I look forward to my next Nascar racing experience. This was not my first track driving event purchase but it was my first Nascar driving event and my experience really didn't meet my expectations. Car was poorly maintained (clutch had to be pumped in order to work), gears didn't shift as smoothly as I expected and - most importantly - the communication system linking us to our handlers during the drive time was working only intermittently and instructions were hard to hear clearly when it was working. Additionally, I could hear in my helmet instructions being given to another driver - making which were for me less clear. Because of the problems with getting good and consistent voice guidance and feedback, something that I've enjoyed before and looked forward to actually became terrifying at times. The fire suit I was given was filthy. Didn't expect new but I certainly did expect clean for the price I paid. Also, I paid for a 5 x 7 photo op I thought would be with the car I drove but never was even offered the image taken in front of a wall that was apparently what was being sold. (Over $1,300 for a 32 minute driving experience and not even a decent photo included.) Fast cars, great North Carolina location, great track ... this could have been such a fun experience had they upped their game on all the other things that could have been and should have been better. Overall, just unable to recommend this experience.

Today I visit the nascar experience at daytona. It's my worst experience in my all live. I'm from brazil and my English it's not for good but before I bought I ask if it's possible drive and received the radio information and someone told me it's ok. We arrived early because I'm very excited, it's a dream drive a nascar in daytona , during the waiting time for my schedule hour a terrible accident happens in pit lane, a woman driver don't brake and hit another car with a old man, first I run to look to wife because her seated in front at the pitlane and everything ok. But look around and the old man wife it's terrified about the acident, I try ask calm down for her and seat her in the chair, no one of the members crew support her. In my time to go to the track I remember again my English it's not so good please be patient, if is possible told me just necessary, but for my surprise, after I entry in my car I can Heard I discussion between spoter and another drive, I not ok after the accident and now I not ok about this, focus I'm my responsability in drive the car and go to the track, nobody told me the radio it's open for all, spoter and drivers on the track. The radio it's a Mess, terrible sound ( the woman drive it's an American redident, what's happen for her don't brake )everyone talk together, again I'm focus in understand the car the track, someone call andy ou andri, my name is andre, I'm not pay attention in the radio because it's terrible understand, the yellow flag flash in the circuit, ( during the training, nobody talk about the flags, it's stranger but ok. But in my moment a flag it's flashing? Ask what's happening look around and everything it's ok, press the gas and new messages in radio call andy , someone ask me stop the car right now,the other car stop in my front and a grumpy old man unplug my seat belt anda ask me you don't ear i respond my name is andre no andy, he think for a fews seconds e call me leave the car, I was treated like a criminal man, all the time I look around all the time I stayed in my line and I practically got kicked off the track. It's unbelievable the treatment with the public the form to help everyone after the acident. I'm not recommend this experience. Sorry my bad english but it's very important share this terrible and worst service.
