My family and I had an AMAZING time at Exit Strategy. Brandon was so helpful, attentive and patient. Although we didn’t complete it, we had so much fun trying. I highly recommend this place for family fun or a night out with friends.

Exit Strategy was an incredible experience! We had a full party of 8 and did the Murder Mystery Room and it was a blast. The room was challenging but enjoyable and the theme was really well done. Big shout-out to our Game Master David! He really helped bring the theme to life with his character, and was really helpful with the few hints we needed along the way. If you are looking for a good Escape experience, make sure to go in!

My children and their mentors had an AMAZING time with Blake!! They beat the room!!! They were pumped up and proud of their team work!! Great finale to a fun afternoon!

I hosted a team building event here on Oct. 20 and cannot speak highly enough of Kate and her team. She played her role well and “read the room” like a champ. Will definitely be back soon.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Exit Strategy the other night! We did Twisted, which was one of the hardest rooms I've ever done but by far had some of the most unique puzzles. It had a great mix of different kinds of challenges that appealed to a wide range of skill sets and allowed everyone in the group to take the lead on at least one challenge. Our game master's sense of humor matched our group's perfectly and being able to joke around with them really enhanced the experience. Rain did a great job, and we will definitely be coming back again!!

Very much enjoyed the room we did - Quest of Honor. Aiden our game master was fun and made our experience even better. We did this room with 3 kids ages 4 to 15 and it was fun for everybody and not too scary which can be a challenge with some rooms. I would say this particular room was about average difficulty and might not be hard enough for some very experienced players, but a great more introductory room. Again - a fun room would def recommend for a group with kids or some newer players.

David, Christine, and Blake were amazing. From the hospitality when we walked in to the top tier character work inside the room, they were great! The room was challenging in a fun way and didn't require exuberant boy-scout knowledge to complete puzzles. Even when we had to ask for clues, they were given in character to not break the immersion. Would definitely consider going back for more!

We did the Quest of Honor with our kids and it was great! Kendall was an awesome hostess and made our experience very enjoyable for the group.

Christian was our game master and he did a great job playing his role! He was super friendly and made sure we knew everything we needed to. We did side effects and it was super unique and super fun for a couple or friend duo. Will be back to try another room soon!

Had a great time at Exit Strategy! We chose this specific escape room because they had a 2 person option, Side Effects. This was my second escape room experience and my friend's first. We were not disappointed. We had so much fun and were appropriately challenged. Elizabeth and Christine were great game masters/doctors. This particular room requires players to be in a dark, small space, but they made us feel comfortable that they were in control. Highly recommend, especially this 2 person experience-- totally unique!

Came on a Saturday evening on October 21st, and we enjoyed ourselves. The six of us did the "Bank Heist" room, where we were split into Team Alpha and Team Bravo. To be honest, it was difficult, to say the least. With the help of our game master (I can't remember his name, but he was so in character), we were able to complete it! The staff was very cool and friendly! Thank you for a fun evening.

We had so much fun at Exit Strategy! We did the Mansion room and were able to escape, with the help of a lot of clues! Haha. Alex and Max were our game masters and they were extremely helpful and fun! The room was so intricate and had us on our toes the entire time. I can’t wait to go back and try out the other rooms. This was one of the best escape rooms I’ve been too! 10/10 recommend!!

Brandon did an awesome job!! My wife’s family was in town for my wife and mother-in-laws birthdays. We decided to do our FIRST escape room and we were not disappointed. Lost in Space was the perfect challenge for the 6 of us. We finished in 42 minutes and used 2 hints which beat the monthly record. We all had a blast and will be back! Thanks for the awesome experience Brandon and the Exit Strategy team!

The murder mystery was so much fun! Shout out to David for staying in character, he definitely added to my overall experience. Will definitely be back!

A group of us were visiting North Carolina and decided to stop by this location and do the ‘Murder Mystery’ escape room! The room was very detailed decorated and the activity was fun. The best part was Elizabeth, who guided us to the room in full character and while giving us clues never broke her role! She was fun and concise! I’d definitely recommend if you’re in the area to give them a try 😊

My family was visiting and we decided to do an escape room. The room we did was "Quest"! It was a lot of fun. Our gamemaster was Rain and they were great. I loved the introduction and setup, they came in as a wizard to explain our predicament, which was a very nice touch. Made us wish we had wore our robes too :-) The game was a lot of fun and really well designed. We enjoyed it greatly and will be back to do other rooms!

It was the first escape room for everyone in our party and it was such a fun time. We did Gone. It was exciting and a little scary. Elizabeth was a great host. She was very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend! I purchased tickets for Mother's Day as a gift to myself. So much fun and will definitely do it again.

Such a fun experience! The escape room was really thought out; challenging but entertaining. Rain helped us out during our experience and was amazing. Acting skills were on point and overall pleasant personality. 100000% would recommend.

This was a fun experience. Loved that there were unlimited clues available but that the clues were genuine clues, not the answers of where to find keys. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was our room (outer space) had one flashlight, which with a group made it hard to share and still all look for clues. We had Kate. She was super sweet and stayed in character which I haven’t had as an experience at an escape room before. She also wasn’t rude when my group was undecided about trivial things like our group photo positions.

This was our first experience with an escape room, our 12 yr old had been wanting to try one for the longest time. Rain was our amazing host in the Quest of Honor room, lots of encouragement and hints were given but no answers. Rain was patient and played along in character which made this so fun! We beat the dragon with only 37 seconds left, had a complete blast, thank you Rain! and thank you Exit Strategy for a great night!

Kate, Kala, and Piper were our game masters for Quest of Honor and we had a great time! The room was great and just challenging enough. We had to ask for a few hints and our game masters did a great job with helping while not giving anything away. This was our second room at this location and we will definitely be back!

We love Exit Strategy! The staff is super helpful and friendly (shout out to Layla for being our game guide last time - she was awesome), and the rooms are amazing. Our team is planning to finish all of them eventually. We've done Lost in Space, Murder Mystery, and Quest of Honor - all super cool and unique. Highly recommend!

IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! My friends and I had a blast! We escaped from Quest of Honor! Our Game Master Brandon did an awesome job! We can’t wait to come back to escape from another room!

My friends and I had SO much fun here! We did their Bank Heist room for my birthday, and it was so fun (yet challenging)! The maximum number of people allowed for this room is 10, but I actually emailed the owner in advance and they were able to accommodate our party of 11. A couple guests were running late because of traffic, but the staff were very understanding and let us wait for them to arrive! As for the room (or should I say ROOMS) themselves, they were extremely well designed, both visually and puzzle-wise. Aiden was a great game master who helped us through the entire thing with the many hints he provided. Although we unfortunately didn't make it out in the hour we were given, he was super nice and said he would've given us extra time, if not for the dinner reservation we had to go to shortly after. I even called the day after to properly thank him (we were literally RUSHING out to make it to dinner, so we had no time to talk to anyone in the moment) and he was very friendly once again and even said our group gave him a good laugh, which I found pretty funny. I HIGHLY recommend this place and I hope to be back here soon!! Thank you for making my birthday such a fun experience <3

My family and I have been hooked on escape rooms for years and have done plenty across several different cities (25 or more). This is the BEST escape room I have ever been to. A little challenging if you are a first timer, but lots of clever puzzles I've never seen before. If you've never done one, they are great for corporate team building, families, and friends. I will be back, and I'm excited to know there are different rooms at the other location in case I run through them all!

My husband and I just completed side effects and it was fantastic! The two-person room was such a unique and fun experience. The puzzles were interesting and mostly intuitive. There was a great balance of things to do for each person. I’ve done about twenty rooms, and I think this one is among my top three, if not my favorite room. Aiden was our game master and did a great job of creating an authentic experience and was super tuned in and ready to help when we needed a hint. I’m sad to only have one room left to do at Exit Strategy South’s location!

Had a great time ! We did the GONE escape room. Has scare moments but very funny with the group I was with . Very good workers and nice. Would definitely be back

This was so fun!!! We escaped from the mansion and solved a murder! There were 7 of us. Really cool room set up! Corey was so helpful and really kind to us. He made our experience fantastic! Christine was such a great actor and really set the scene for us. It was a 10/10!!

What an amazing night!!! We have done many escape rooms in many different cities. This experience was our favorite by far!!! Blake was an awesome game master and stayed in character the entire time.

Place was amazing! Me and a group of friends went having never done a escape room before and our Game Master Blake made it literally so much fun. We did the bank heist and all loved how he played his part and gave us hints without just straight up saying the answer. Should we ever find our way back up in Charlotte we will absolutely be coming by again!

My staff and I went to the Queen City Heist for a team building and social experience. We loved this escape room! With a team of 8 divided in half, we were able to communicate, reconnect, find the diamond, and escape with 10 minutes to spare. And our game host, Aiden, was excellent and giving clues yet keeping us in suspense. I highly recommend!

First time going to an escape room and we were NOT disappointed!!!! We did the Gone room and although a little scary it was tons of fun!! It definitely was a challenge on some parts but we worked together used hints and made it out with 6 minutes to spare. Our “Uber driver” Aiden/tony was beyond amazing!!! 10/10 definitely coming back!!

OMG! My family and I did the Lost In Space room tonight; we had so much fun!!! Elizabeth was great! She was very professional and thorough with explaining the rules. She was fun and helpful with giving hints while staying in character!

Quest was an absolute blast for our group of 13yrs olds & parents. Everyone was involved and our host, Kendall kept us on track with some in-character clever clues. She also had some great recommendations, after watching our play, on which rooms would be good for our group. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is awesome! DAVID was our game master and it can not be overstated how good he is at his job! 10/10 would highly recommend, we did the murder mystery room and loved it. Will definitely be coming back to try our luck with other rooms. Really hope to have David as our game master again!

Played the Murder Mystery room with 4 players, two their first escape experience, and we had a great time. Aiden, Christine, and David helped make it enjoyable and they stayed in character. With a few clues we were able to finish! Will be back for another room.
