Great place to hang out with friends and family. Also great to rent out for work events and parties. They have bowling alleys, bouncy houses, video games, laser tag and other entertainment activities. They have a restaurant inside that serves pizza, wings, drinks and more. They have a brand new pickleball Charlotte center next door that replaced the fitness connection.

✅Top of the list for sure ✅ A really wonderful, fun, safe and calm place to enjoy and relax. I say relax because, it’s a great atmosphere that is still calm in nature even though there’s a lot going on. It has the perfect mix of attractions, such as bowling, laser tag, bumper cars and climbing, which a wide range of ages can do! Also tons of FUN arcade style games. There were birthday parties going on, a kids fun room and there were probably more adults playing the games than the kids! Not even kidding, and it was so nice to see. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful, so Thank You All! My 3yo Daughter and I had a blast and it was her first time bowling. Definitely a time I will remember 📸🥰🙏🏻

We just had a birthday party here and they were soo great at communication before the event. Emailed questions were answered within 24 hours. They confirmed everything multiple times. We had over 20 kids and they were able to accommodate space for the kids and parents. You can bring outside food in but also order pizza from them for convenience. We did both and it worked out so well. I would recommend if you have a big party, to book the room(s) for more than 30 mins. It’ll be worth the extra $30. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I really enjoyed hosting here and would recommend it! All the kids had a blast! My son can’t stop talking about the bumper cars!

This place was Amazing and Very Very clean. The whole time I was in there the crew was keeping everything sanitized consistently wiping down the games. The kids and I had an amazing time I won 1000 tickets and spent $50. I definitely recommend this place. We will be back there

Great place to take the kids and kill a couple hours. They have a couple of beers so the adults can grab a drink and chat. Also apparently this beer pong game my daughter loved

Packed. Can of sardines, couldn’t step anywhere with our saying “excuse me”. Other than that the place is fairly nice. Arcade is nice, but some of the games glitch and charge you twice.

If you have kids between ages 4 and 12, especially if you're planning some sort of group event or birthday party for a kid in that age range, this place should certainly meet your needs. You can rent private rooms for pizza/cake with your guests. There's bowling, laser tag, and an arcade...so it can best be described as organized chaos when there are 5 separate simultaneous parties of 15 or more children apiece. Wish the arcade was better. So many claw machines! Feels more like a casino targeting youngsters than an arcade to me but I guess I'm just an old man living in the past (aka thinking of how arcades were in the 90s). All that being said, it's a perfectly fine place for kids' parties.

Not a bad place place to go ... HOWEVER.. they need yo hire some friendlier staff at the ticket stand. A girl named SAMMY should definitely not be working around kids.... sure kids take a little time to figure out what they want.. but the huffing and puffing and tapping your fingers impatiently while they figure out what they want when you spend HUNDREDS of dollars to show your kid a good time is definitely uncalled for. To "Sammy"- you should find a job where you don't have to deal with children and be able to talk to your co-workers more so that you are not inconvenienced by a customer.

Paid for laser tag at a designated time. We waited in the area for over 10 minutes with no staff to set up the game. Had to go to the front desk to ask for staff to be called to the area. The staff that came didn't really seem to know what was going on, equipment was malfunctioning, and they had to call someone else to come fix it. Other areas didn't seem staffed either, we consistently had to ask for staff to come to an area for an activity.

It’s a pretty cool place! There’s bowling, an arcade, bounce house area, children’s play area, laser tag, esports area and a court area to play pickleball! They have a concession area, pretty rooms and attendants to keep the kiddos busy and show them all the fun stuff there is to do there! The staff are great! Helpful, friendly and good with kids! I would highly recommend this place for birthdays or just because it’s a Tuesday! Lol!

My kids were gifted a $150 gift card for Sports Connection, and we finally stopped by to use it. The gift card can be used to pay for attractions but not to purchase game cards. This was not explained well, but I eventually figured out that we could just swipe the gift card at each game. It worked, but it was a hassle to make sure each child was able to spend their share of the money at the arcade. I suggest not purchasing large gift cards for families with multiple children and planning to share them. We had planned on doing the bounce house attraction, but none of the kids were wearing socks. I was told that socks are required and that we could purchase some. We decided to save the bounce attraction for our next visit. We purchased the laser tag attraction. My 3 kids were the only children in the room during that time. It would have been a lot more fun with more kids. Next we headed over to the arcade and spent a lot of money. Most of the arcade games are $2, which is really expensive. The games that they played didn’t earn any tickets, so it was disappointing that they didn’t get to choose prizes. We did play several rounds of the water gun game so they would be able to earn prizes. The prizes that were displayed weren’t immediately found, so an employee asked the manager where they could be. I overheard him telling her where they could be. She came back and told me that they didn’t have any more but we could wait an hour for the next manager to start his shift because he might know where to find some.

Attended grandson's birthday party and was happily surprised! The bouncy room was large & fantastic and perfectly tired the 6-9 yr olds, plenty of fun games, pizza & soda was delicious and the safety and staff supervision we're top notch. We'll be back!

My girls really enjoy laser tag and the arcade. It's pricey in the arcade if you're not careful setting what you want to spend in advance. It's like a casino that way with all the claw machines. But the kids have fun. They also have VR, bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, high ropes course and bowling alley.

Set to open on December 15, 2022, this will be the absolute best place to play indoor pickleball in the greater Charlotte region. Heres why - everything you'll need including showers, lockers and sauna's too. Add in a gift shop, private meeting/entertaing space, court viewing areas, seating areas court side, huge televisions playing your favorite sport, amazing sound system, practice areas, ball machine and practice wall. I hear there might just be a little eating and drinking available too. Top all this off with the most advanced flooring found - outdoor surfaces atop traditional cushioned indoor flooring. Yes, you can feel the difference but plays like outdoors. Courts are well divided, crisp clear lines with ample space on all four sides, fencing & netting to reduce those pesky balls that somehow arrive @ 11-10 point. In 2023 look for additional outside courts to become available. Listen, let's be honest, Pickleball Charlotte has never done anything less than over the top, and in this case, well, it's a homerun once again. No longer will pickleballers be sharing any space with other indoor sports, this is only pickleball - all day, every day. BTW, indoor & outdoor pickleball will still be available at their other 2 locations as well. So run, set up a Court Reserve account and look for scheduling to begin soon. See you on the court...

We went there for kid’s friend birthday party. The place was nice and flowing with people. They had booked the bouncy and party room for 1.5 hr , kids enjoyed but it was little crowded with different age of kids. They have a small play area for smaller kids and one smaller bouncy for little kids. Party room was a decent size but a lot crowded even for 10 kids and parents. But would definitely try again to see different games and varieties.

Good luck winning anything in the arcade. Nintendo switch for only 50000 tickets. Best way to win tickets is the wizard of oz game, just farming cards.

Thank you Sports Connection for helping us out with a last minute party change! We are extremely happy with the turn out of our party. We did do a walk-in birthday party as the weather was a bit too unpredictable for our initial arrangement. I just have to brag about the flexibility in every stage of our party! From signing in. To ordering food. To reserving a time for the kids to play. Ordering additional cards. Literally, everything was exceptional! The icing on the cake for me is how the entire staff provided an exceptional experience as well! Thank you all for your contributions! My son had a FANTASTIC time and all of his friends did too! Francine and Rachel were stellar in assisting me with my needs as well! Thank you ladies! Thank you Sports Connection!

Wonderful place for a birthday party! I had my 9 year old's birthday party at Sport's Connection this morning. It was very well run by the staff. It was the most stress free party I have thrown. They were incredibly flexible with any last minute changes to the guest list. All the kids had a wonderful time! Lots of smiling faces and happy kids today. And a lot of the parents complimented the pizza!
