The review is directly related to Pickleball. They could’ve gotten more courts than they did, but the condition of the courts are fabulous. Major complaint is that there’s no bathroom anywhere close around.

The grands enjoyed a day out. I love that’s it’s right on a greenway so you can let the kids to play awhile and then take them to walk a little.

Fun and safe neighborhood to raise a family. Love the people. Has a great park, a swim club and a tennis club. And you can't beat the location. A 10 year resident with no complaints.

Instead of having port-a-potties in the next Huntingtowne farms park down (which has no amenities except for a field and parking lot), please put real flushing toilet restrooms here, where many more people are since there are way more amenities (playground, picnic area, pickleball and basketball courts, community garden, soccer field). What will it take to get these much needed bathrooms? I already vote for park bonds.

Very beautiful park. There are many things to do here from walking on a beautifully paved trail, playground for the kids, bicycle trails and Al's a community garden by Mecklenburg County. I think I found a new spot to do photo shoots as well.

This is my daily greenway. Perfect parking for “car-to-greenway”. Ideal for practicing rollerblading, cycling, and other wheeled sports. If you park at Huntingtowne and ride to one end then the other and back, it’s a good 13ish miles. Cyclists here tend to be a hazard on this greenway. They don’t observe courtesy and right-of-way. They tend to blast through crowds as if other people are inconveniences. Usually there’s nice grass they could instead use to pass safely. I do this when possible, especially around kids who can move unpredictably. Nothing wrong with slowing down until safe to go full tilt speeds again. But cyclists seem to forget they have brakes.

Peaceful park area. Large grassy field we could fly a kite in.

Awesome park. Very quiet and clean. A relaxing place where you can just enjoy nature.

Great place! Large field for soccer (or a great spot for fetch!) and concrete pathways. There is a bridge that you can cross to an unpaved trail next to the creek. Great for a walk with the dogs! We found a deer antler back there.

Clean with pickleball courts and kid play area. Missing a convenient bathroom and walkway to pickleball courts. It has a small parking lot, but is easy to locate with GPS assistance.
