Oh my goodness these rooms were spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did the same sort of job that you'd see at a five-star hotel. The linens were clean and crisp and the beds were made perfectly. The entire room was really clean and it looks like it was refreshed recently. The downside to this hotel is it seems like the maintenance staff is pretty sloppy. The corridors and elevator look like the beginning of a law and order episode (see my picture of the elevator with the flickering lights). The tiles in the bathroom also had kind of a sloppy repair job. Otherwise it was a fantastic hotel and I would absolutely stay there again if I was in town. It looked like they had a pretty big pool however I didn't have time to visit it. Front desk person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and polite. The food was tasty! Bring your bathing suit if you are there in warm weather. They have an indoor/outdoor pool that you can access from the gigantic lobby. The airport shuttle was very helpful since the location seemed to be in a secluded area.

Perfect place if you need to be near the airport. They have free shuttle services at zone 1. Check-in is a breeze although I was a bit annoyed at the guy who said that the most he can give me is up to 12 o’clock. Guess what? Check out is 12pm so he’s not doing me any favor. Happily, when I called guest services she said that we could stay in the room up to 1pm. Rooms are a bit tired, but are clean and there are adequate amenities. You can make a Starbucks coffee and tea. A fridge is also at your disposal. On the same floor, there is an ice and vending machine. If you find it too expensive to buy your drinks at the hotel like water, just hop over to its neighbor a Shell station. There’s also a heated pool and a gym on site, but obvi we had no time. It’s just a place to stay for the night.

Great, clean hotel. The only complaint I have is that you have to use your key card to get to your floor and at least one of the elevators doesn't have a sign telling you that! It would be super helpful if they let you know during check in. I thought the elevator was broken. I felt dumb until I had to explain it to multiple other guests who also thought it was broken. Rooms are great. Pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Location was out of the way of the busy areas of time. Next to a gas station.

We like this hotel because it is full service, with a very acceptable restaurant. Excellent on demand shuttle pickup at the airport. Courteous staff and dated but clean decor. We greatly prefer the Sheraton to the lesser chain hotels and we feel that it’s worth the small cost difference. Highly recommend for transit at CLT.

Me and a few colleagues stayed here for a couple of nights, and ended up dining at the restaurant. The young girl with tattoos and gaged ears took care of us. She was extremely pleasant and had a great personality. I think she said her name was Cat. Nice place to stay, and great staff!

Stayed here as my American Airlines flight was delayed over night. The bar staff was extremely nice and turned an absolutely awful day due to the flight experience into an enjoyable evening. However, whoever the person is that was on the desk at 5am, he needs customer service training as he was nasty and ignored people as they were leaving, very dismissive while instructing us to leave their keys in the box. I did have a question and when I said I have a question he glared at me to which I responded never mind and walked out. He needs to improve his attitude. He should not be the face of your organization.

I hate giving poor reviews, but jeez this place. Airport shuttle...waited 40 minutes despite numerous calls. Driver arrived finally with headphones in...I was not greeted at all. Check-in at the hotel was just awkward, and the lobby was straight out of the 70s... dark and unwelcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, they oversold king rooms, which I reserved, so I ended up with a queen queen room. The shower drain didn't drain, so the tub filled as I showered.

Before finalizing any trip, I do a quick check on a few sites, including HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm My last trip was surprisingly affordable after that bit of research. My visit was very brief, turn around business trip. Checked in late, checked out early. I have to say though I would definitely stay there again. Staff were all friendly, desk clerk, restaurant staff, shuttle bus driver. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, hair dryer, lots of towels. Got up early, free coffee to go. Shuttle bus runs to the airport every 30 minutes - takes 4 minutes to get to the airport

Clean hotel with a beautiful swim out pool. Did not get to use any amenities since I was just their briefly as a result of a delayed flight but the staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. In room coffee was surprisingly good and they had extra toothbrushes, which was helpful.

I ended up here in a comp room from American when my flight was late and missed connections. The bar was ok but the food choices at 10pm Sunfay night were expensive but just fair. The bar tender was slow but friendly and competent. The whole hotel seemed to be filling up with folks with bumped or missed American. connections. The room was good and very clean.

My family's reunion has been held here many years it's nice rooms are clean. Food and drinks are high and available way to late for people traveling and need something available there. The staff great and friendly always. There is a nice pool indoor/outdoor here during the swimming season.

I’m currently in my hotel room. It’s 1:41am and I’m wide awake thanks to a party downstairs in the lobby. The music is booming, I feel like I’m in the room with them. Plus, the adjoining room which Im in and had no idea I was getting is connected to a group of heavy handed cackling hyenas playing music and partying as well. Trust me I like to have as much if not more fun than the next person but there’s a level of respect you should have when you’re amongst others. Why bother calling the reception desk when they’ve got what I assume to be a nightclub going on. The only reason I’m still here is due to every hotel nearby being booked full due to the Panthers game. I went to my car with full intention of going to another hotel however thanks to the Panthers game that’s virtually impossible. I visit the Charlotte area very often and this hotel has presented the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had while saying in a hotel, in my life so far. I certainly won’t be staying here again nor will I ever give this hotel to someone as a recommendation, quite the opposite actually, and I do not recommend for professional working people. If rest is important to you, think twice before staying here and don’t get tricked by the pretty pictures and designs like I did.

Thankful for the space, but if I may pass on a word of advice from a friend, you'll want to avoid Charlotte airport (maybe any airport?) on Nov 22... At midnight, it was a 45 min wait for a hotel shuttle coming 1.7 miles... Other than that and the wait again upon arrival at the hotel (one person on duty, b/c of the late hour), it's a gorgeous hotel, great location. Sad I didn't get to stay for breakfast in the beautiful restaurant space.

I I had a layover flight and had to stay at this hotel overnight. Overall the room was okay but the refrigerator in the room didn't keep anything cool. And there was no room service of food available to order in the morning for breakfast. Or even a late night service so I had to order out but besides that things were okay

Outstanding FOH staff, great size rooms and amenities. Restaurant/Bar food fresh and plentiful and flavorful. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Stayed 4x in 2 months and have never been disappointed!!

Great bartender but expensive drinks. Shuttle to airport was it great. Shuttle back from a airport was frustrating. Although the driver was very kind and helpful. I'm very economical to leave vehicle at the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff at this property provides excellent customer service. We had a specific request to access a quite area to work a few hours. Christi, at the front desk, exceeded our expectations in accommodating our needs. In addition to wonderful employees, the property is very clean and well maintained.

Close to the airport. Good if your flights been canceled. Beds were comfortable. Room unimpressive. Pool that goes indoor/outdoor that kids would enjoy. Employees were exceptionally nice.

An older facility in need of refreshing. The rooms are old fashioned with small windows with tiny bathrooms with tubs vs. showers , I prefer showers. The restaurant and bar were open for dinner which is great. The food was ok however the bartender was excellent with efficient service with a smile. The breakfast buffet is unimpressive for what they charge with inattentive service. The lowest point was having no hot water! I had ro take a cold shower in the morning!!

Property is not a good value. The facility is outdated and dirty, particularly given the high room rate. We had to book this hotel quickly online due to a flight cancellation. We discovered after check in that a AAA discount was available but the manager refused to pass it to us since we already checked in. I am very surprised that the manager didn't give us the discount, even after we explained our situation. Taking care of the customer, particularly when they are stranded, is the way to show we are valued. We will not be stating at this hotel again.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. Needed a hotel for a day stay while waiting on flights. Contacted Terra C at the front desk that made it absolutely a pleasure to run to this hotel for the few hours I had. Everything was excellent. Her customer service amazing, rooms were clean, impressed. Thank you we'll definitely be back here next time I have a reason to need a hotel at CLT airport.

Beautiful property. The lobby is lovely and inviting. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I love the location of the pool and hot tub, right in the lobby, I'd never seen anything like it. Our front desk host was amazing, Tia was professional and very pleasant, greeted us with a lovely smile.

A good hotel. The airline got me a room because a flight got canceled. The front desk staff was cordial and efficient.had dinner at the bar, about what you would expect from a Sheraton in terms of price and quality. Indoor/outdoor pool was open and available for use. Very nice for a single night stay at someone else's expense. Airport shuttle runs on the half hour and is a 24 hour service.

After our connection was missed the airlines put us up here for the night. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a basic room with nothing special. Beds were comfortable. The main issue I had was that it looked like parts of the bathroom floor were not mopped or cleaned as there was some tissue and a plastic cup wrapper behind it, I only noticed this a while after we were in the room, so maybe a bit more through cleaning is needed.
