I don't usually give full 5 star reviews. However, this hotel deserves every single one. Great location in the city. Rooms were super clean. The bedding and bed were like sleeping on clouds. The pillows ALMOST went home with me. The service... absolutely 100% perfect. We knew we would have a super late check-in (as we had a 5.5hr drive from home and couldn't leave until after 11pm) and they accommodated us. The wonderful young lady, Sherry, who checked us in, was nothing less than the epitome of customer service. I can't praise her enough! In the mornings there is a yummy breakfast buffet. Very well stocked and amazing employees in there as well. I believe the one lady may have been Lisa. She was super sweet and very engaging. I wouldn't trade my stay there for anything else!

Me & 3 friends Visited a weekend in July and the manager & staff made our stay very memorable. It was a friends birthday and I requested the room to be decorated from the ambassador elite program. The ambassador line responded to me that the hotel wouldn’t be able to because they didn’t do things of that nature. Upon our arrival and to my surprise the room is decorated from the door to the living area to the bed. The manager even provided a gift and chocolate strawberries and champagne. It was beautiful and unforgettable I was surprised as much as the birthday girl. Not having to go to the store and get the bday girl out of the room to decorate, after driving 4 hours to the hotel and to be on vacation was definitely convenient and very much appreciated. They also accommodated us in a room switch among other things to make our stay the best possible. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Charlotte. The rooms and amenities are great which a lot of hotels have but the wonderful staff are hard to come by. Thank you again for making our weekend stay one to remember! Sn: I made videos but didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to upload them

Wow!! I don’t have enough words to say about how wonderful this hotel was and their staff! We drove 10 hours overnight to charlotte for a convention. The hotel we were originally supposed to stay in (la meridian) didn’t have a room for us when we showed up. They sold it because we checked in late. They royally screwed up. So we walked a block down to the Marriott and were welcomed with open arms! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Gave us a discount on our room for our troubles when they absolutely did not have to. We were blown away by how nice they were. The rooms surprised us as well. So clean, a balcony (which the other hotel did not have) and spacious bathroom. The hotel was so quiet. My husband and I both said multiple times that we slept so great which never happens when we stay anywhere. We just want to say thank you!!!!!!! We will always check Marriott hotels first when we travel now. You guys made this vacation wonderful for us.

Overall the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel lobby was bright and inviting. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, plain Cheerios, corn flakes, yogurts, milks, fruit platter and more. Food wasn't terrible but I guess I expected more flavor. Location is decent, I'm not sure I would walk back from the ballpark or center of the city at night.

My room was nice and clean (no bugs). Loved the shower! It was hot and had great water pressure. I like that my name was on the TV when I entered the room. The room also had a microwave and mini fridge. They have a cute little pool area, a bar, and restaurant. The breakfast is free and typical of hotel breakfast. The parking deck had plenty of space, it was $25 to park per day (that’s the norm in that area). The front desk staff were nice. The hotel is close to a lot. I was there for work.

Beware of room 822. It smelled a little musty when I arrived late evening. It rained and the water pooled up on the balcony. The next morning I realized why it was musty, the carpet by the balcony door was soaked. The balcony floor wasn’t sloped correctly so it pools up by the door and seeps under the threshold and the carpet soaks it up. The A/C is noisy and has a hard time keeping up. The lobby felt hot too while I was waiting for the airport van.

I am pretty satisfied with the 2 nights stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suite. Not fancy or luxurious but very solid!! Got good rest since the bed was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet. All staffs are courteous and nice. I specially recommend their breakfast! Delicious and variable choices!!! A good choice for business or family vacation choice. Recommended!!

My stay was adequate until I started packing my stuff to leave and found a roach crawling across the bed. The breakfast was good not especially hot though. The thing I just could not get past was having to wait for a room that was not ready despite requesting an an early check in and also checking in with the app early that morning. As I waited other people were readily checked in. The elevator situation leaves a bit to be desired as well.

My only complaint when I stay here is the amount of time it takes to get from the airport to the hotel, sadly. Took us an hour a few days ago, and it has taken longer. Otherwise, love everything else, the rooms, the location, the staff, free breakfast :)

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the room. It’s outdated and a little janky. But the hotel staff is extremely nice. Also $25 for overnight parking is crazy and a slap in the face to customers.

Cheap and cheerful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was a good selection for breakfast but it would be nice to have proper cutlery as opposed to plastic.

Parking was very easy and not nearly as tight or complicated as I was expecting. The service and cleanliness was the first thing I noticed when walking in and were offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. The room was well maintained, cleaned, smelled nice and overall very comfortable. The TV even greeted us with our name on a welcome channel. Only had two issue; the beds could have used more pillows and I didn't get a chance to ask for more before it got too late. The second was with the restaurant in the hotel. The one server was very slow, short as if we were an inconvenience and absent minded. She forgot about our food order and the margarita she made was pure salt.

I enjoyed staying here. Location is right in the downtown area, which made it convenient for me to travel and access restaurants and stores. The restaurant downstairs, located inside of the hotel was ok. Tables were sticky, but that was due to the cleaning supply used to wipe the tables off, nothing serious. Other than that, the food was great. The rooms were super clean and and comfortable. I worked stay here again if I needed to.

It's as classy as any place that's within working class people budgets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very much clean and the beds are very nice. It's within walking distance of some fine restaurants and it has a fine restaurant and lounge itself.

Beautiful hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make our staff a great one. We were there for 2 nights as my fiancee has 3 days of testing with Sanger clinic.

Friendly staff and decently clean/updated rooms. Friends in another room had some pest issues but they remedied the situation quickly. Our room could have used a deep clean, but overall a solid 2-3 star hotel for the price.

A good solid stay. Clean rooms and everything you need. Nicely laid out. The lounge and restaurant was nice as well as the patio. Right in uptown. We were there while our son was in the hospital but most guests were staying for business.

This was a great hotel and can’t complain. I’ve been very impressed by a few different Fairfield’s I’ve recently been to. Came here with my sons to see a concert at the Spectrum Center. It was a great location and only about a 10 minute walk to the arena. Staff was super helpful and d gave good recommendations on places to eat our, in addition to the hotel restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the bathroom shower and sink. Also appreciated the breakfast buffet: there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from, and dining area was very clean and elegant. Highly recommend this place!

The room was great. The bathroom sink did have a cracked in it but had been sealed and there was piece of the bed frame sticking out from under the bed frame but overall it's a great hotel. Oh , the breakfast was amazing. I was just expecting a continental breakfast like the first time we stayed during the pandemic, but it was a full blown breakfast buffet. Just what we needed after spending the whole day before at the cancer center.

I did not stay at this place but my family did. We met up here to go to the Panthers/ Tampa Bay game.. It seemed nice, very clean and the staff friendly. They liked it and when I ask them about it later , I will post an update.. I interacted with 2 front desk employees after the game to pay for the parking.. I want to say her name was Madeline and she had a great sense of humor along with another woman who had me laughing at something really off the wall... So yeah if those two are a reflection of how the hotel is run, I would stay here!!

The hotel was very inviting and modern. The conference spaces I used were well set-up. My room was immaculate and comfortable. When I got there, the temp control said it needed a new battery. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, a new battery was installed. All staff I interacted with were friendly and efficient. Sometimes I have trouble sleeping the first night in a hotel, but the beds were so comfortable that I drifted right off. I love that they have long, comfortable, rectangular pillows instead of the hard squares some chains use. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay here and would recommend it to others. And the complimentary hot breakfast buffet was awesome.

Front desk staff understands customer service! Smiling, friendly, happy appearance, is exactly what I would want my front staff to exhibit!! Restaurant bartender is above average. Great prices on craft pints, excellent sandwiches. Breakfast has plenty of tasty choices, I was excited to see that plain yogurt was provided for breakfast!!!!
