    Rooms were not only clean but also remarkably spacious. Breakfast exceeded US standards, and I must highlight the fantastic service from the staff, particularly the woman in charge of breakfast. The pool was nice, with a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. However, during checkout, when I requested invoices with specific names and a company address, it took longer than expected and was a bit complicated. Seems to be a difficult thing for Hilton in the states. Nevertheless, everything else about the stay was excellent, and the hotel's location is quite convenient near South Park.

    I did not stay overnight. I went to a reception following a close friend/"family" friend. The reception was well set up with food and drink. The area was appropriate and roomy for people to move around and mingle. The pool area was also made available. It was a nice day, so most people sit outside and caught up. The hotel was very quiet, despite being located in an extremely high traffic area. The hotel was also very clean and decor very modern. They provided blocks of rooms, along with reception area and catering. One stop shopping!

    So, overall I recommend this place, because the positives far outweigh the negatives. But the negatives are annoying enough that they impacted my rating. Positives: Great location, great pool/common areas, excellent breakfasts, comfortable, clean rooms. Staff, for the most part, was very good. Ample, safe parking. Negatives: Room keys quit working constantly - we went through 12+ keys over a 3-night stay. Rooms and hallways are cave-like they're so dark. Our room had no fewer than 3 light fixtures that did not work. Our sun blind over the window was broken and would not retract, so our room was dark throughout. Poor water pressure in shower. Breakfasts are not included. I would expect problems like this in a $80/night hotel, but not the Hilton Garden Inn. Again, I would not hesitate to stay again due to the positives, but they need to pay attention to details, it made for an annoying stay.

    We were in town for one night. This was a nice, clean, and quiet hotel. We were in room 532 the view of pool and fire pit looked nice at night. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

    During our stay this weekend, we had the best experience with the staff! They went above and beyond for our entire stay! We really appreciate the great hospitality and kindness towards our friends and family! 10/10 recommend!

    Breakfast extremely high but some of the best I’ve had. Great room and good staff. For room price, need to get cost of breakfast down lower, not practical for family or Leisure trip.

    I travel for business 2-3 weeks per month and this particular Hilton Garden Inn is by far the nicest I have stayed in all year. The administrative team get a 10 out of 10 for their customer service, caring and overall kindness to ensure all needs were met. I will be back!

    We always enjoy staying here. They have a great restaurant/bar, a very nice pool/veranda area, and a great breakfast. Very nice place with clean and quiet rooms. 11/27/2023 - We're back again and enjoyed a wonderful meal again in the hotel restaurant. Christopher took good care of us in the hotel restaurant. Service was top notch and friendly, too!!

    Staff was always nice and attentive. Even when we overwhelmed the bar area, the staff stepped up and worked extra hard to accommodate everyone there. They definitely deserve a shout out. Desk staff was always kind and always offered smiles and a greeting.

    We came and stayed 1 night for a company Christmas party. Delightful stay, wonder staff clean rooms. Kat at the front desk is an amazing person. So helpful and filled with joy for the folks she comes in contact with. Our server Tracy was so helpful and sweet. We really want to highlight Kat and Tracy's and that made our experience a joy to be there. Hilton for having great folks on staff. Blessing and Merry Christmas. May your success continue in 2024

    The only reason this rating was selected was because of the amount of time spent to check into the hotel. I was arrived with a group of six from the same company. One woman was in line. Two of my group were ahead of me. It took over 20 min to get to me. My check in took less than two minutes. I took my bags to my room and changed clothes. When I went back down, the person behind me was still checking in. Eventually she had to step aside and let the now long line of people behind her check in. In fact we went to dinner and returned then she was able to get her room key. How can a hotel expecting a group of over 25 people only have one desk clerk at 3 pm. Heck, check in doesn’t even start until three!! My Diamond benefit was not applied to the drinks I ordered at the bar.

    Just returned to Ireland after a week long stay can’t praise the staff enough especially Rashid he was extremely pleasant and helpful made our stay so enjoyable. Such a lovely person. We will definitely be back with family in Fall .

    This was my first time staying at this Hilton Garden Inn and I absolutely loved it. The staff was welcoming especially Rashad, he was nothing but kind from the time that I arrived until I left. The Bar & Grill staff was also amazing. I look forward to visiting soon. Shaw-Pulley

    I stayed here this week. This hotel needs more staff walked in no front desk staff on either side at check in for a while. Hotel stops serving food at 10pm bar closes at 11. Annette working bar Monday night was the server, bartender, busser and working alone. She was very professional sweet and nice with my to go order and made great drink while I waited. Two managers working front were new but nice . Reason for review is due to lack of staff which every industry has currently, no housekeeping unless requested day before , and Tuesday night bar and restaurant were closed by 10pm which was disappointing door closed. On-site parking is great and I must say rooms and hotel was clean and I would stay here again.

    Wow! That's what I can say about this wonderful hotel! About 2 weeks ago I went to a meeting with my company. The food was great. The food placement was great. I was watching the banquet young lady DJ set everything up and does she have eye for placement! Everything was laid out perfectly. She alone is wonderful young lady. She remember me from serving me at the restaurant and we started talking while she was setting up. She told me her husband also works there as a Chef and he was helping her. He came up I believe his name was Johnathan. They make a lovely couple. I love a hotel that can hire families together! It what makes everything about a hotel more thoughtful and caring. Them two and Tom made my stay more welcoming. Tom helped out a lot. I will always remember him. I will definitely tell my Boss to always have the meetings there.

    Hilton Garden Inn, in Southpark exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for me. Everything you need on-site or in walking distance. The parking wasn't nearly as bad as so many other hotels my husband and I have stayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, fitness center, pool area and guest rooms are all updated and clean. No questionable odors or stains. This is definitely my go to from now on sorry HIE.

    Quiet location and comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is exceptional, especially Rashad at front desk. He is not only extremely nice and courteous but I seen they way he interacted with other guests as well. He and staff go beyond the extra step.

    Our recent stay at the SouthPark Hilton Garden Inn was an enjoyable one. Rashad greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He seamlessly took care of an issue for us and made us feel like we were valued as patrons of the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an enjoyable nightcap both nights in the bar with our friendly bartender Annette and her associate Michael. The pool/patio area is very comfortable and welcoming. Our stay coincided with perfect temps so we were able to spend a significant amount of time either by the pool or the fire pit. The hotel's location is awesome - there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area and we were able to walk for all of our meals. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Charlotte!

    This was a great location and Rashad and C.C. at the front desk were so friendly, professional and welcoming. They solved some problems for me right away, and were friendly faces all weekend! Our group felt so welcome. Tracy at the restaurant was our server both mornings, and she was also friendly and professional! Our stay here was great! The pool was wonderful and so was the bar.

    After being moved twice because food was on the wall in the kitchen and above the thermostat. Also it smelled horrible. The second room had pet fur embedded in the mattress. Do not forget to pull the sheets back and look. I didn't even know they allowed pets here. Apparently this began recently. Well let me tell you the mattresses are already ruined. I received a claim email from the hotel stating they believed my problems had been resolved. I didn't even open the claim and I responded that it had not been resolved to my standards after hauling luggage to three doesn't rooms. They responded basically saying the hotel had already apologized and gave me 10,000 points. If your an honors member you know that's nothing. I am not staying here ever again even my previous stay was less than mediocre so I should have know not to return. Oh and they ran out of towels. They said housekeeping wouldn't be there until 8. I just don't understand how they are the only ones who wash towels? I tried to add pictures of the mattress it would not let me.

    Family reunion held at this location. The staff was very attentive to both young and elderly of our group. The pool is great and the banquet facilities are top notch. The location is great with multiple dining options within a 10 minute walk if you want something additional to the hotel restaurant options.

    I absolutely love this place. Front desk had awesome friendly staff. Must say the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The lady who cooked our breakfast was so sweet and down to earth. I would highly recommend staying here. I travel for work and this location is in my top 5.

    I had to stay in a different hotel the night before and the experience was lackluster to say the least. Coming into this location I had high hopes and they were truly amazing! Cece at the front desk had the most amazing customer service and made sure everything was perfect. She even remembered my name just from me checking in. The atmosphere was outstanding as well and they had an evening social with some of the best chicken soup I’ve had in a while. Every member of staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful and sparkling clean. I would stay again in a heart beat! 10/10!!

    Stayed here when I was attending a wedding. Very friendly staff. And while I was there a water pipe broke so we had no water, but they gave us free bottled water in an attempt to help with a situation they had zero control over. My only complaint is the waitresses that do breakfast. They're super slow. You'd think the place was full because of how long it takes to get your food, but there's hardly anyone in there. And you'll see plates of food just sitting on the counter where the chef put them for an awfully long time considering how many people are ordering breakfast (not very many).

    Pretty clean place. The staff are very nice and attentive. Breakfast is pretty delicious and the room was spacious. The only thing is that the heater wasn't working and was colder in the room vs outside.

    I stayed at this hotel last year and had a great experience so I decided to stay again. The experience this time wasn't as great. The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't good. U have to stand right up under the shower head to get enough water. Then, supposedly a pipe burst and the water was off from 4am until around 5pm. We loved the wings at the bar last year but they changed how they cooked them, so they weren't as good but they were ok. Overall the room was nice and the experience was decent

    Wonderful overnight stay. The front desk associate, Masoy Henry, was friendly and very helpful when checking in. Tracy, and the breakfast crew were very accommodating and kind. The bed was comfortable, overall the room was clean and boasted a nice view of the pool. Great stay, would recommend.

    The check in was not good, I had an issue checking in because my daughter booked the rooms and she was not there to check me in, she’s a team member therefore she needed to be there and rules are rules but the lady name Pam who stated she was the manager was so rude to me and the young lady that made the mistake and was about to check me in, I told Pam all 3 of the rooms was already paid for so could she just check me in the one with the family and friends discount, she asked several times, was I willing to pay $79 rate, it did t matter all the rooms was paid in advance, we had no power, I missed my first seminar because of it and when we asked her what the hotel was going to do about it she said we had to ask the manager, wait she was the manager yesterday. I don’t think you should be treated poorly because you are an employee, nor should your family and friends.

    This hotel is very nice. Rooms are very big and modern. Everything seemed super clean. But I did not come in contact with a friendly employee. The lady checking us in was not nice, answered the phone while talking to us and handed us our cards with no direction. When we went down for breakfast I asked a questions and the lady said “just have a seat somewhere”. I do care more about the cleanliness and rooms but was surprised no one was friendly.

    Spacious Rooms, Big beds and a Huge TV. Fridge and Microwave IN room. The rooms are Nice and also very Clean. Giant Mirror, plenty of places to store your things out of the way. There's also an Outdoor Pool. Though I didn't have time to enjoy the Continental Breakfast smelled delish. Our service was wonderful. Front desk is beyond helpful and Very Nice. Location is PRIME. Will certainly be back for another stay.
