This hotel provided such an enjoyable stay that we are sad to leave!!! The suite was so spacious and clean, it really felt like home very quickly. The kitchen is such a great bonus... dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The staff at the front desk were kind and welcoming. The evening reception was such a treat, and the breakfast was wonderful! We wished we had more time to enjoy the courtyard with the fire pit, corn hole, and grills! My daughters loved swimming in the pool, too! We will definitely be returning customers, and I hope our Staybridge at our next stop in Virginia is as lovely as this one!!!

This is a nice clean hotel. The GM here is a stunningly wonderful woman. The management here in general are very professional and accommodating. The laundry facilities here are free. Breakfast is nice. Evenings (Mon/Tues/Wed) there is food from 530pm to I think 7.. up to 2 free beers with it or glasses of wine. I enjoyed my stay here and most definitely would recommend this hotel to others and come back myself.

Staybridge is beautiful. Two room suites with fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room and nice bathroom. I traveled with my little humans who are 15 and 21. I had a four day drive do I needed to sleep. Having a second room means they can stay up all night on their devices and I don't have to be disturbed. The rates were very good. This hotel is in the middle of a corporate area so you have access to restaurants, gas stations and a car wash. The staff is awesome. This place is top notch and I can't say enough good things! You will not be disappointed. P.s... the roads were a little difficult to navigate as you go into the restaurants. Be mindful and you'll be fine.

I am giving this 3 stars because the gentleman at the front was nice and the ladies running the evening reception. However, I wasn't impressed with this hotel. My room was not stocked with regular coffee, only decaf. I found this strange given there is a coffee maker in the room. I didn't really care for the layout of this hotel either. It was slim pickings for the social for drinks with only red wine and beer. Since I paid under $150 for a one bedroom suite with corporate rate it felt adequate but for any higher I would stay somewhere else.

Let me start by saying the hotel is very beautiful my daughter described it as a castle, we came for her 16th bday just a lil 2 day quick trip. So let's start in the room. Firstly I was under the impression there was a full kitchen no ma'am no ham it is a stove wit 2 burners no oven! But having 2 bed/ 2 baths was awesome. Next the beds had my back on fire! For $350 per night u would think we would be sleeping on Egyptian cotten NOPE more like the pavement on Elm St. Our bathrooms weren't stocked, there isn't any dish cloths in the room the paper towels wasn't stocked mind u we only stayed 2 days we ran out of everything after the first night...im pretty sure someone (housekeeping)forgot to stock everything, on my last night I asked for more towels and the guy sounded like he was over the whole day told me they only had 3 towels left however I had 5 guest in my room so I guess we just suppose to share🤨 one of the bedrooms was super hot so had to keep the door open to the living room in order to get air in there. They should also check the dresser as the drawers kept opening on their own one even popped my 2 yr old in her head when it opened! The breakfast was good although there wasn't any meat, they had eggs, waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, muffins etc but no bacon or sausage links or patties which u would have been nice. However we were satisfied with what we had The pool was extremely cold in July! I kno its hot outside but for the inside pool to not even almost be 80 degrees we couldn't even enjoy it my kid screamed when she got in so we had to settle for the 4 person jacuzzi. (Prolly fits more but it's super small) I still gave the hotel 2 stars because it is clean and it is a very pretty hotel but for the price I would not stay here again to not have everything at least stocked when I arrive and towels for everyone.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Check in was great. Food is limited at this location. Breakfast ends at 9:30 but they ran out of food. When I questioned the front desk about the concern, I was told nothing is done if there is not food-it’s just too bad. If breakfast is promised until 9:30, and food runs out, guest should be compensated. Hilton is a much more guest centered option.

Brilliant staff and amazing service throughout the day. Clean and nice surroundings and lot of options to explore around in the evening. Really good amenities within the hotel and all in affordable price range. Really good and spacious rooms with kitchenette and self service utilities. Very supportive staff - even at extreme hours.

The location is nice in terms of what is around it, but we will never stay at this hotel again. They have a known problem of car break-ins. My husband travels for work. He stayed here once this winter and had his vehicle window smashed. The police told him it’s a reoccurring problem. The hotel staff recommended parking under one of their cameras. We thought, okay, this was a fluke, and break-ins can happen anywhere. We came down with him once in the spring, and all was well. Fast forward to this weekend - my husband parked exactly where the hotel staff had told him to park, and it happened AGAIN! His car and the car beside him both had smashed windows. Although hotel staff had said the parking spot was by the camera, the camera is worthless because it didn’t pick anything up. Read through the reviews here, and you will see this has happened to others. Trucks seem to be especially targeted. Car break-ins are a well known problem to the hotel, yet they have done nothing to better secure their parking lot. Additionally, the hotel staff didn’t help much. They seem to just accept that there is a good chance of this happening in their parking lot. The first time, my husband had to get his own supplies to board the window up for his nine-hour car ride home. We turned that window into insurance. Since this just happened again five months after the first window, we are hoping the hotel steps up and pays for this one. (I will update the review with their response.) In light of our car being broken into twice here, these details seem rather small, but if you’re still thinking about staying here - the elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while with garbage on the floor, the laundry room had several broken machines and could use a good cleaning, and the side entryways needed to be cleaned as well. On the positive side, the room was clean, they had a place for dogs to do their business outside, the breakfast was nice, and they have a pretty courtyard. Despite the positives, it’s not worth worrying about your car being broken into. We will never stay here again, and I don’t recommend it to others.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and extremely polite. The room was clean as well. The breakfast was what you’d expect, good but the same as any other Staybridge. My only issue with them was the bath wash was that practically empty when we arrived. Small issue I know but should have been fixed quicker than it was. Otherwise, would definitely recommend them and would stay there again when in Charlotte. Also, for out of towners, the area is very nice, gas station and a CVS are close and there are plenty of food places nearby.

Decent location. Breakfast is free and not bad. Rooms are well kept. Only issue is hot tub was pool temperature. Small children use it as a pool and parents let them. Increase the temperature of hot tub and 16 and older only.

This hotel was one of the best places i’ve stayed in from the nice room to the relaxed cozy vibe. Not to leave out how wonderful the staff were, they were welcoming each and every time we came in contact with them and it made the experience feel more like home than anything. Me and my spouse enjoyed ourselves so much that we did not want to leave. I would 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

I’d like to start this by saying I haven’t stayed here yet, but I absolutely will in the near future! Rebecca at the front desk this morning (1/21/2023) was incredibly empathetic and understanding when helping me correct my mistake that I made while booking direct through the hotel website. I was definitely not expecting the 5 star customer service she provided especially after trying to work with the reservation phone service most of the morning. Dealing with the public is not an easy task and can be entirely exhausting she is a total rockstar and an asset to the brand! Very grateful for Rebecca’s assistance this morning.

This hotel fell short of our family's expectations. The hotel allows dogs and there where numerous signs of dogs around. There was barking and there was a dog scent in the room. The breakfast bar was very crowded and difficult to find seating. As for service, we asked for a couple of towels at the front desk and they were never delivered. The worst part of our stay was that our car window was broken out in the parking lot. This happened to numerous guests during our weekend stay. Vandals were targeting the area. Beware, although Ballantyne is a nice area, there is a lot of vandalism going on, especially in the hotel parking lots. We would not stay here again.

I stayed here this past weekend. I traveled alone so it was important that I felt safe and comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional. The Breakfast was good, except for not having any grits(Southern Girl), but it was good. OVERALL...it was a great time for me to relax away from my NORM!!!

Nice hotel for our stay in the Ballantyne area! Great breakfast bar and located just minutes from Carolina Mall and I-485. Grocery, shops and restaurants are nearby. Nice alternative for a weekend getaway to Charlotte without spending a lot of money. The facility has strict rules which makes for a peaceful stay. 5 minute drive from the railway system (South Blvd) that we enjoyed for the Panthers game day. Highly recommend

Could use some love. A bit dated. On the low end of Staybridge I have stayed in. It’s the details…no hangars in room, no sanitizer to wipe down equipment in the gym, hard to get towels. Great location in middle of Ballantyne area.1

So, in town for a wedding. Hotel was awesome! Inside was perfect, not an issue at all related to comfort or cleanliness. HOWEVER... My wake up call was the police waiting for me by my truck. Turns out, my vehicle and 3 more were broken into over night. Busted my window out, stole property out of my vehicle worth more than a weeks stay at the hotel. Being 7hrs away from home with a busted window and glass all over the inside of the truck was not pleasant at all. They need security or someone at least watching the cameras that they have all around the place. Tip- if you stay here, leave your doors unlocked and take anything of value in with you. It will keep you from having to tape your window up and not be able to see out of it. You would think being in an upscale area this would have some type of security patrol.

Not enough breakfast choices. The stingiest Staybridge we ever stayed in NC. For the price they should have rolled out the red carpet. Atmosphere was nice. They allow a lot of unruly kids to take over unsupervised. They ruined our peaceful time in the spa area where they should not have been, in groups. No one under 16 should be there.

We have stayed at a number of Staybridge hotels but this particular location was a huge disappointment. Dishes were left in the dishwasher, no coffee except decaf, plates were not clean, chair was disgustingly dirty, old and should have been replaced and overall the room was not thoroughly cleaned. People were partying in the lobby area until 2 am, kids were running around the halls with no supervision and when we left in the morning a full soda container was left under the tire of my new BMW as some kind of prank. Luckily i spotted it. Not a good area to spend the night, no security and a very uncomfortable feeling staying at this establishment. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
