This is a nice Embassy location if you are a fan of Embassy/Hilton. Breakfast was decent, but buffet style outside of an omelet. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious, as you'd expect. The location of this hotel is great as well if you're looking to walk or ride scooters. Nice pool option if you're traveling with kids. There was also a lovely Indian wedding or ceremony while we were there. My daughter and I enjoyed seeing them prepare in their traditional garment. Looks like a nice location to utilize for an event as well. Valet service could operate a bit more efficiently.

Great hotel in the perfect area. Close to a lot of great restaurants and entertainment. Room was very spacious and had a great view. I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. It was quite good for the standard hotel breakfast. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They even offer a free cocktails hour from 5 to 6:30. The only downfall is they only offer valet at $35 hours a day and that can ad up depending on your stay but overall I would hight recommend staying here. We definitely will return on our next visit to Charlotte.

I stayed here for two nights on a weekend that happened to be particularly busy at the hotelā€”there were two weddings and a class reunion all happening at the same time. Despite it being busy, the staff were exceptionally patient and kind. Shelly especially was a delight to talk to and was incredibly helpful when I needed some items I'd forgotten to pack. The suite was spotless and very comfortable. We never felt cramped in there and we were impressed with the size of the bathroom and bedroom in particular. Shelly upgraded our room to the top floor, so our view from the 10th floor was amazing! Breakfast in the morning had a great variety of choices and even had made-to-order options available. The lounge/bar area was very large and airy feeling. The hotel is in a great spot just a few minutes' walk away from Whole Foods, a farmer's market, plenty of restaurants and bars, etc. Very convenient. Overall, I'm so impressed with this hotel and the staff. If I'm ever in need of a place to stay in Charlotte again, this is where I'm going. It really can't be beat!

We stayed at this Embassy over the past weekend. Although, the actual hotel is nice and itā€™s a great location, we would never come back to this hotel - and we enjoy staying at Embassyā€™s but this was the worst one weā€™ve ever been to. We got there on a Friday night and were immediately informed that their (valet) lot was full and weā€™d have to park down the street but they told us there would be parking the next day. We went to valet again around 4:00 on Saturday. Sure enough, no spots. We asked the attendant why there were no spots and he told us they often have hotel guests being 4 or 5 cars and that thereā€™s nothing they can do to curb that. Frustrating. On Saturday morning, all the breakfast food was gone when we came down at 9:00 (breakfast was over at 10:00) except for the eggs they were making with about 50 people in line. They even ran out of coffee! The rooms were nice but the pillows on the bed were 18 inch by 18 inch throw pillows in regular white pillow cases. There were zero regular sized pillows in our room. I read all the Google reviews before we left for our trip and figured things would be better since all the bad reviews of this hotel are the same issues. Nope, it wasnā€™t. Donā€™t make the mistake I made and do not stay at this hotel.

Make sure to use Źœoį“›į“‡ŹŸŹ™į“ŹŸŹŸŹ.į“„į“m when booking any resort. They compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. We had an unexpected stay in Charlotte due to a cancelled flight (2 days in a row). The service we received was exceptional - given that our flights were a nightmare, the service we received at the Embassy Suites was the silver lining of our trip. Patrice and the general manager (Iā€™m sorry I canā€™t remember your name!) were so genuine and kind with helping us navigate our unexpected second night at what we thought was a sold out hotel. The breakfast was included with the stay - it was a buffet style with the option of made-to-order eggs. The staff during breakfast were also great. The hotel in general is beautiful and generally well kept. Itā€™s not often you find a nice hotel with outstanding service. I hope to stay again one day.

Nice experience uptown. Fresh rooms and a nice layout with a great location. Did really well with handling a lot of traffic on holiday weekend. Wanda is the best downstairs at the omelet line! Really friendly valet and front desk folks. Guy that works desk at night a little crabby, but it is night shift. Overall nice experience, appreciated the hard work of the staff, and will return!

Great hotel for a weekend getaway in a perfect location! Our room was super spacious and clean. The front desk staff was so friendly and check in was smooth. The valet team was amazing and really worked to get our car quickly every time even with long lines. Highly recommend! :)

We had a lovely stay for a girls night. The parking and check in staff were so welcoming. Happy hour was relaxing and the drinks were delicious. Our room was spacious and the view of uptown was beautiful! I took an early morning swim and the pool was warm ans delightful. Complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. We even had a cook sing to us while she made our omelets! Super sweet. We walked across the street to enjoy an show a middle C Jazz Club as well. Great location. Budget for parking because it valet only but we found it most affordable in the area ao that was helpful šŸ˜€. Enjoy your stay! We sure did!

I had a one night stay here and had a great experience. It was a bit crowded during check in, but the staff was well organized and friendly trying to get everyone taken care of efficiently. A shout out to Ron who showed some of the best customer service I've ever seen! My room was very comfortable. The location is excellent, you're easily able to walk to several bars and restaurants, as well as the liberty walk. Guests also get 2 free drinks at the bar in the hotel during happy hour, and the breakfast was great - you can get waffles and a personally made omelette. I'd definitely stay again and I highly recommend.

I would not stay here again for a few reasons. The living room was very crowded. There was no need for three chairs and three tables in one tiny living room. Two tables came pre-stacked, I have no idea why. To let the sofa bed out we had to stack all three tables because there was no space. The curtains in both rooms would not close all the way. Our refrigerator could not be adjusted and did not have a contained freezer section. The breakfast was just okay; the potato/home fries were cold and the bacon and sausage was greasy. Breakfast ending at 9:30am blows my mind, shouldn't it be 10am?? The parking was $38 per day and not worth the cost. The pool was nice and warm, but I was unable to access the terrace. I'm not sure if this is normal or because of the private party.... One thing that was consistent throughout our two night stay was the friendliness of all staff. The evening service was very short, but very good. Another positive was the quiet room.

When we arrived at 4:30pm to check in the valet service was very busy yet well staffed. And very friendly. We checked in less than 10 minutes. We were greeted by super warm and friendly staff at service desk. We were in our room and getting settled with 10 minutes of arrival which blew my mind, even with the hotel being very busy. Check out also was incredibly smooth and quick. Complimentary breakfast was great! They were fully staffed and helpful and plenty of food. The drip coffee was good too. Thank you very much. When service is good and happy it makes all the difference for everyone. 5 stars. I'd like to come back. Wish I would have had time to use the pool and fitness amenities. Also, we had our 100lb Labrador retriever with us and he was warmly welcomed. Area was nice around hotel to walk him too.

The workers at this hotel are the Rudest and worst people I have ever met. They didn't want to help us check in. All they wanted to do was run their mouth and drink coffee. The food was nasty. The room sucked will never stay here again, at least not at this location. Well, you live in, you learn. I think the whole front end inside the hotel needs to be fired, just my opinion. Oh yeah, the only good part was The Valet parking. They would be nicest, and they were always on point. Avoid staying there.

My wife and I have stayed at this location several times and itā€™s always a pleasure. The hotel is always cleaned to standard, the staff is very nice and friendly. Ms. Wanda is each a joy to see, she is always in such a lovely mood, with her personality it really makes your day. Each time we have stayed there she is always the same. It would be nice to have a Ms. Wanda at every location. We also encountered a young man named Brandon, very professional and nice. Personal like that really make you stay pleasant, we are looking forward to our next visit to Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte..

I very much enjoyed my time at this location. We came in town to catch a musical for a family girls' trip. I left something very valuable and didn't realize it until 2 hours after check out. I quickly called the hotel and anxiously spoke with Miracle who was helpful in giving me the protocol...I probably called 4-5 times and she was patient in answering my questions and putting me at ease. I was already on the road heading back to the hotel, 1.5 hours later on arrival, I was met by GM, Argo who escorted me to the room after checking my ID and he graciously allowed me to retrieve the item from the room. They held off on cleaning the room despite being so close to check in time to ensure my valuable would be secure. Argo was kind and personable. I'm very appreciative! Also, the omelet at breakfast was delicious!!!

Hands down, the best hotel experience Iā€™ve had in a long time. I brought my son and 3 friends to town for the Hornets vs Hawks game as a 10th bday gift to my son and the hotel honored my request for a high floor. The suite we stayed in was clean, well maintained, stocked with an abundance of towels, linens, and toiletries which helped add so much comfort to the room/trip. The amenities were top tier, the heated pool was a great temp, and so clean. The boys really enjoyed swimming in it. Finally, the complimentary breakfast would have easily been $50 if we had gone out to eat only the food was BETTER. You seriously get what you pay for. I was nervous to pay $288 for one night but between the whole experience made me glad I didnā€™t skimp on the hotel.

Maybe the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we requested a high floor room with a view of the city. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Stays come with two (2) complimentary drinks per guest each evening. However the liquor is bottom shelf so we settled for wine/beer. Valet is a little disorganized but not the drivers fault as the section is directly off a busy street. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very modern and incredibly clean. The breakfast options were great and the made to order omelets were very good. The views are gorgeous and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful! My husband and I had such a great time, and enjoyed our stay so much that it has made us not want to stay in any other hotels.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and perfectly located for our event. However, that is not the reason for my ratingā€¦ I have never experienced such friendly, accommodating, and just genuinely nice people. From our check-in, to coffee the next morning, to our departure, everyone we encountered went above and beyond. I was blown away. Kudos to your staff and management. They made our trip perfect.

Great hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Bar and wait staff in lobby bar restaurant were fantastic. They were fast, responsive and exceeded our expectations. Conference room staff were incredible as well. Friendly, called us by name and gave us real southern hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night when visiting town to see a friend perform a show. Great location! The staff was friendly and welcoming, drink reception in the evening was nice and drink selections were great, the room was clean and smelled nice, the complimentary breakfast had wide selections and tasted great, and every staff member we encountered had a positive and friendly demeanor. So many restaurants nearby and easy to get an Uber to go out. I will remember to request to not be in a room with an adjoining room - but otherwise it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again!

This embassy suites is amazing. The people are wonderful. The people working the check in desk are very helpful and take care of things very quickly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Loved having a fridge, microwave, and sink. The gym is great, even has a Peloton bike. The gym is very clean. The breakfast they serve is delicious. The omelets they make are fabulous. The breakfast staff are outstanding. They do have valet parking that costs $35 a day but you can come and go as much as you want. The staff at valet parking are very nice and get your car in a timely fashion. I would stay at this hotel if we visit Charlotte again.

We had a group of 3 people staying for several nights. The bedroom with living room suite was perfect to give everyone space when needed and to accommodate different sleeping schedules. Having a kitchenette in the room was fantastic and the bathroom was a good size. The amenities were great. The nightly reception with snacks and a drink was great before going out. The breakfast was amazing (it is at embassy). Ann in the morning was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the valet. They were not friendly most of the time, the texting service to get your car didnā€™t really work, and there was not enough carts to take your luggage up. When we first arrived we were being rushed to get our stuff and go but couldnā€™t because there were no carts. The valet was rude about it and was being pushy instead of offering a solution.

The hotel is very nice, feels brand new because the team there clearly takes care of the place and takes pride in what they do. There was a genuine cheerfulness and helpfulness among the team and it was clear that they enjoy the environment. Special thank you to Shelly at the front desk who was a consummate professional and did an amazing job getting our group settled. Ron on the am desk was also super helpful and Ann in the breakfast roomā€¦really everyone we interacted with. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient. Thisā€™ll be our go-to in Charlotte now.

Wow! I donā€™t know what culture they have developed here but the folks who work here are amazing. From valet, front desk, bartenders to breakfast ā€¦. Absolutely unbelievable. Room was pleasant and modern with a great view. The elevators plenty and fast. Lots of spots to linger outside the room as well. Conveniently located to walk anywhere and felt safe. Bravo!!!!!!

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out our stay was great. The front desk staff was amazing. Miracle check me into my room and was professional and courteous. Happy hour was great and the bartenders made great drinks. There was an issue with the fruit during happy hour and the manager rectified the situation in a timely manner. The breakfast was also good and fresh. Ms. Ann was personable and made sure to accommodate everyoneā€™s needs. The rooms were clean and pretty decent size. Hilton did not disappoint. Overall, great staff and stay.

This hotel is in a great location for walking and checking out downtown. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. Be sure to check in with Mrs. Linda at the front desk. She is very pleasant and makes sure you have everything you need before you head upstairs to your room. The room was clean, great temperature, and I didnā€™t experience any noise issues during my stay. The downstairs bar/restaurant was elegant and served great drinks.
