The hotel online looks very nice however in person it’s a different story. The parking garage is not very lit and it looks sketchy. My room plumbing sucked water was not draining properly. Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you flushed twice. The decor was nice looking however the furniture was peeling bed off the headboard. The next morning when we woke up we noticed a spot between the beds that looked like dried up vomit that housekeeping did not clean up from previous guests. Would not recommend.

Let me preface by saying I am no stranger to hotels/motels. Having stayed in almost 300 different places in the last 3 years. From 20 dollar sketch stays to 4 seasons. This has to be the worst "over promise under deliver" place I have stayed. 300 plus a night. Over 800 after tax Junior suite. The heater was not working and kept the room at best 62 degrees. I was told the suite had a separate living area prior to reservation and it is just one big room... as a "suite". Carpets are worn and dingy. Wall paper peeling, seals coming apart, apparent mold on the ceiling... Maintenance must feel like caulking and paint will cover the excessive dings, scarring, and splitting in the trim and wall... mini market area completely picked over and out of stock on almost half the items. found a cockroach in my room and reported it. Got a breakfast voucher in return... I mean if I'm packing your cockroaches back to the airport at least buy me dinner... This place needs investment into real updates and repairs. (I have professional experience in this if you need help...) People were agreeable if a tad full of themselves - when they were at the counter (attached Sheraton staff were better.) Great location and just amazing views from my suite. Will not be back.

I walked into the hotel, after getting assistance from a bellhop to navigate check-in and parking, and thought it was a nice looking hotel overall. Everything started off fine until my adjoining room neighbors got to their room. There’s been a party going on since at least midnight with loud music, people in and out of the room, and smoking seeping in from under the door. I called for security 3 separate times and the party still hasn’t been shut down at 9:52am. I called the front desk to request a new room only to be told there are none available right now but to check back later. That was unacceptable so I got dressed and went downstairs to speak to the manager. They offered me an accessible room on a higher floor but with no view, which I paid extra for. I again was told that if I call or come down later, I can see if something else is available. I told them simply being able to maybe move was not enough and they offered to take care of parking for both cars for the weekend. I told them that’s fine but didn’t understand why they’re unable to shut the party down. Then I asked for a breakfast voucher which they gave me. I’ve never had such an awful experience in a hotel, and I’ve never seen a situation where security wasn’t able to take care of a serious noise nuisance. I will never stay here again and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Without the party next door, this might have been a decent hotel.

I had a fantastic time staying @ Le Meridien in Charlotte, N.C. to attend the SheFavor women's convention. Let me mention staff who exhibited superior customer service. They are Vanessa who checked me into my room and gave a mini tour of the hotel, V.I.P. room hosts, Jen, Alberto, and Dixy were fabulous. This was wonderful experience.

Hotel searching was a headache, but then I found platforms like ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ This stay speaks for itself! The rooms were cute, clean and the bar had good food. The customer service was incredible. I accidentally left a gold necklace I’ve had for 20 years. When I called asking about it they said they would give me a call back if they find it. Mike called me a few hours later and sent me a photo of my necklace. He went above and beyond to mail it back to me. I’m very pleased with their service.

I've stayed at Le Meridien twice over a two year span because I stay at the Sheraton more. However, I still use their facilities and they are very accommodating to all customers. Their rooftop bar and kitchen do an outstanding job. The Red bar is very elegant and nice. The staff is approachable and friendly. Le Meridien works well with the Sheraton on how their bar, food, and restaurants complement each other.

This is definitely a hidden gem 💎 the rooftop view is breathtaking at night. Guest services was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. There are two bars, make sure to go to the craftwork bar, the bartender makes better drinks. I think my bartenders name was Kendall; she made a perfect Bahama Mama. The breakfast bar was fresh. The only issue I had was finding everything because Le Meridian is connected to Sheraton so ask for directions! I enjoyed my stay.

I give it a 2stars because I loved the decor. The rooms look good (except the peeled-off headboard) but...if you don't keep the AC at 62, the humidity will kill you! The sheets felt damp, it wasn't only our room, some other friends had the same issue in their rooms. You can see the humidity problems all over the hallways. Stay at the Sheraton instead- it's cheaper, not nicer but at least you'll sleep better.

Nothing spectacular to say about the hotel. We booked through AirBnB and that will be the last time I book a hotel through them. It was made to seem like it was a normal condo room but in reality it was just a standard king room. Our room had a few flaws for $150 a night, we had the same issue that others have complained about, the headboard was peeling and we woke up with black flakes on our heads and the pillows. The beds were not comfortable, they felt like they were just bedding laid on a pull out for a couch. The sheets seemed clean, but we didn’t remove the covers and really look. Laying in the bed you could see all the dirt on the air vent though that hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The room was spacious but could have used a mini fridge instead of a instant espresso machine. The bathroom wasn’t bad but the shower floor could use a mat or something, it was super slippery when I walked in and almost fell, I thought it might have been from the cleaner but my partner pointed out it could have been from conditioner from a previous guest and not cleaned at all. Finally parking, it’s $25 non-negotiable for parking, $35 for valet. It’s worth it to pay $10 more for valet, I didn’t personally park myself but heard it’s a nightmare to get in and out of the parking area. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site, it was far too expensive for us nor did we use the roof top bar because the hotel was packed and riding the elevator, we were constantly stopped by other riders and staff. They had 4 elevator, you’d think one would be staff only for this very reason.

Very disappointing from check-in to check-out on 9/22 room 1459. At 9/21 check-in the room booked was not available and no alternatives or additional accommodations were offered. There were many issues with the room, so much so I had to make a list planned to be presented at check-out when asked how was my stay. First attempt to check-out the front desk was empty, so I went and got coffee and came back. Then go to check out and it was like I was a nuisance for asking for a paper receipt. I was then informed I should of received it in email, I did not, so asked again for the paper receipt. Then that was it, no how was your stay, nor anything, basically time for you to leave with out me saying anything... Well my stay was not good and here it is because no one asked. 1. There is an electric outlet exposed with no cover 2. The electrically grounded coffee maker was plugged into the lamp (not grounded), which was plugged into a power strip, which was plugged into the exposed non-covered outlet. 3. wires were a mess under the nightstand 4. Bathroom layout is terrible for a supposed 4-star hotel, you bump into everything. 5. Bathroom floor is about as slick as ice, I almost fell before putting down some towels. 6. Pillow case had a stain on it 7. Tv was dusty 8. toilet bowl had a stain 9. wardrobe was crooked 10. Wardrobe also had a hand print on it 11. There were stains and spots on the bathroom wall.

First I parked to check in and go to the room. That took slightly more than 5 minutes and upon leaving the parking lot I was charged $10. I had to run one more errand an hour later so I ended up paying another $10 to leave the lot. Then found out I would be charged $25 a day for parking. I bought some limes and called the guest services and they never sent the knife up for the limes so It had to go to the bar and get some. The headboard in my room was flaking, ripped and falling into the bed. I was given a room facing target and couldn't upgrade to the city view. We used two towels when we got in and needed two more later that night so had to call guest services again for more towels. Overall a pretty pitiful experience at this hotel. Last year in 2021 when I stayed at the Sheraton there was free parking, and it was a great experience. I won't stay here again.

Stayed here for a conference. Rooms were clean and nice. Service was good. Was disappointed that there was not much that we could walk to. We had to Uber every where. We ate at the in house restaurants. Very good.

Was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in awhile. Quick check in, amazing rooms with a beautiful view. The Le Meridien is a place you must stay and visit. They have many amenities and their rooftop bar is the biggest in charlotte with an amazing bar tender. City Lights Rooftop bar Chad is an amazing bar tender with excellent service and amazing drinks. Great job Chad hope life treat you well.

Not a great experience. The room was dirty and smelled and the whole building is dated and in need of repair and maintenance. There were pubic hairs on the walls and in the “fresh” towel on our first day. The decor was broken in our room and the shower fixture was crooked. I took some random pictures in the conference center and elevator to attach as a couple of examples. The only positive and the reason for two stars was the lounge staff. They were fantastic.

This hotel was beautiful. Here on a work conference, I didn't know what to expect. The decor is warm and swanky, but the rooms are a bit dated. 100 outlets and only 3 of them work. I also had an issue with dust the entire time I was here. In the pictures you can see some huge dust particles just sitting in the air. But it doesn't capture how much dirt and dust is actually in the air, I've never seen anything like it. The hotel seems to have some level of awareness about the allergens, as they have tissue placed throughout the building. It came in handy because my nose ran the entire time. I looked like Rudolph at the end of each day. The staff was friendly though, and although I wouldn't recommend the food, the hotel is a solid venue option for a work conference. For this reason, I'd recommend this hotel--unless you have allergies 🤧

Best service! Best staff. My husband and I have stayed in many hotels from high and low price ranges and this has been hands down the best in Charlotte. The staff accommodated our restrictive diet for vegetarians. The club lounge has a lot of attentive staff specially Jen. Dixie gave me a complementary champagne glass because she saw I had my birthday balloon at the lobby and Maria our housekeeper was very nice as well. The managers went above and beyond on our stay. From the morning the special vegetarian meals till night to give us points if there was something not working in the room. Could not recommend more. No complains. The service at this hotel has been Really great !

I really enjoyed the experience. Really nice hotel, nice appointments in rhe room and hotel decorations. Colocation with the Sheraton and convention facilities connected makes it perfect. Also, they have a nice rooftop bar and a few nice on premise eateries.

I stay here for a conference. It’s fine. Just fine. The rooms are adequate, but definitely a bit dated. Staff and service that I dealt with were very good. The location in downtown Charlotte is pretty lame. Easy to get to, but unless you’re here for a conference or some other business reason, there’s nothing exciting in the neighborhood.

I came here this weekend with my husband due to him having work and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know. The women behind the bar were looking me in the eye but still ignoring me and not greeting until I had to ask for service. After I did the young short lady at the bar got an attitude with me cause I didn't speak Spanish to her. Then the other young lady at the front desk early morning next day snapped at me after I just simply ask did she call anyone to get my husband and other people luggage that was in a storage closet in the front. People shouldn't work customer service jobs if they aren't going to do respectful to everyone they see.I honestly expected more and feel like I was discriminated just by the way I look, if I could I give 0 stars.

This hotel kind of shares a lobby with the Sherton, so they have several good bars and accommodations in the lobby area. The room was well appointed, but the wifi signal was complete rubbish. Not once was I able to connect to the free WiFi, I had to hotspot my phone to get online. Other than the wifi, it's a decent place.

Great hotel to stay at when in Charlotte for work. Employee service was amazing. Nicely remodeled. The open concept with the Sheraton next door is handy for the marketplace, conference center access, pool, and extra restaurants.

Rooftop=Amazing Restaurant=Amazing Rooms=Subpar compared to other 4 star hotels. Room service= A joke. There’s even a pamphlet in the room saying you can order breakfast at 6. I tried. They said kitchen isn’t open until 7 but they will make sure it’s the first one made. 7:30 food is no where to be found, they said they’d check on it and get back to me. 7:45 never heard from them. Called. Same response.8:00am I say, just cancel the order at the point. Check out the Westin Charlotte. Amazing hotel

My view was everything! This hotel couldn't have been in a better area. I had a spectacular experience. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on clouds. Spacious accommodations, a clean atmosphere, and an entertaining lobby.

The hotel was very nice over all. I think that the elevators were very slow and maybe not enough elevators for the number of rooms they have available. One issue we did have is that the ADA room my in-laws got wasn't the most ADA friendly. It was hard for my mother in-law to navigate the room in her wheelchair. But overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

First things first; I booked this hotel on Hotwire, so I didn't know what I was getting until after it was already booked. The reviews had me SCARED!! I say that to say, don't let the reviews scare you. The only complaints I have about this hotel are as follows 1. Parking- its quite a hike from the garage to the front door, unless you use valet- but I am frugal and since I was forced to pay for parking I am not about to pay for someone to park my car as well. 2. I wanted a city-view room with a king size bed but unfortunately there was a huge conference being held at the hotel this weekend so I was SOL. The room I received was nice- my headboards were not peeling, no bugs, or mold, or any of the other numerous things I was expecting based on the reviews I head beforehand. My complaint is the full beds are small- as in my feet were touching the edge of the bed, and I am only 5'5. 3. NO MICROWAVE! 4. The air/fan was incredibly loud. Everything else was great; great shower pressure, hot water, clean room, and the hotel is beautiful. I loved the roof top bar- great drinks and nice ambiance.

Way fancier than expected. They offer free champagne on a silver platter on arrival, it was amazing. I would like to shoutout a housekeeper by the name of Alena, she was amazing, rooms spotless and she was super nice. Totally deserves a raise! Also the gentleman that runs the rooftop bar, I forget his name but he’s a skinnier fellow, very nice and informative man. Keep the great service up!

Attended the AAU Jr Olympics in Greensboro, NC, so we decided to reside in the great city of Charlotte. The design of the lobby and rooms were phenomenal. In addition, the restaurants were A+ with the host and lady running the bar delivering an excellent experience. Lastly, but most importantly, we have to speak of the service of both Unique and Austin. Working from home during the week, my charger was lost and it was a mini-crisis. I spoke with both at the desk to see if housekeeping had saw it. They both were attentive and very compassionate to our needs. Our son eventually found the charger under the bed. But this was a time that I will remember, because both made my family and I feel as if we were their priority during that moment. Their actions were indicative of their care for both the organization and the customers they serve. Thanks Team!!
