We stayed here for a concert and picked it because it had the best amenities of any hotel in a similar price range. A half indoor half outdoor pool / jacuzzi , free breakfast and dinner buffets were the standout amenities. The rooms were a bit dated but comfy enough, the mattress is a metal spring and could use some updating along with the decor. We were informed they are planning a Reno next year and that's all it would take it get this hotel into the more modern era. The water pressure was great and they had some cable TV. The staff was very nice and welcoming. All in all I would stay here again if we were in the area.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. They compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! This property is awesome. They serve breakfast and dinner, which includes two cocktails , free soda and coffee 24/7. Indoor , outdoor pool with a hot tub. Laundry, pet friendly, lots of restaurants around here( but we didn't use them). The rooms are clean and comfortable, spacious, and everything worked fine. All the staff are friendly, efficient and professional. However the 5 stars are because of Novelette , she makes your stay extra special.Like your visiting your favorite relative . She is so gracious and her hospitality skills are top notch. Staff like her will keep everyone coming back. This was our first stay at a Drury but it won't be our last. Thank you Novelette for making our stay special!!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very thoughtful, helpful, and pleasant. When we arrive there was a happy hour with free drinks in the lobby which was a really nice way to unwind from a full day on the road. Their Covid precautions made us feel safe. The rooms were super clean, quiet, and cozy. Great location near plenty of restaurants that offered takeout. It was also dog friendly and they had clear protocols to keep your pet and other guests comfortable. Overall a great experience and great customer service!

I can't think of a better place to stay. I've stayed there 6 times and won't go anywhere else. Service, professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, 5 star. Free hot breakfast and dinner. 2 complimental alcoholic beverage, all free. Quiet. Located near everything and pet friendly. I paid only 109 a day.

Nice people working at Drury. The dinner and breakfast provided were awesome, plus drinks. I wish all hotels did this. The hot tub was nice and warm. The rooms are very basic, nothing extra special or fancy, just kind of an industrial feel to it. The sheet and blanket on the bed are very light weight.

If you haven't stayed at a Drury Inn, you should definitely pay them a visit. Full breakfast, full dinner included, and two drink tickets with dinner - it's insane and a great perk. The rooms are great and we had an overall great stay. They welcome pets as well.

This is the best stay I have had in a while at any hotel. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. Check-in was quick. The indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing amenities. Also LOVED the complimentary breakfast, dinner, and drinks! Absolutely more than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was actual breakfast and dinner and not just the bare minimum like at most hotels! We had a wonderful two night stay!

I'm adding this hotel to my list of favorites. The front desk staff were so amazing and great! The lobby was clean and had a Christmas tree that my daughter loved. The rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth the cost! I personally want to thank Janeil and Janell for being so helpful.

My husband and I adore staying at this hotel. The customer service is always friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean. We don’t have experience with the hotel food but we normally see people happily eating and chatting. The pool is chilly in the winter so we only use the pool during warmer seasons, but the jacuzzi is a great bonus. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and the appliances all work great. This is our favorite hotel to escape to for date night and we recommend this hotel to our friends that are visiting town. We really love to just walk across the parking lot or street to grab dinner. You can’t beat the location or price for such a well kept hotel and 10/10 experience!

Both breakfast and dinner included, and neither half bad! I liked the staff that met us at the door; friendly, and lively. Dinner had some standard fare, hotdogs and nachos, as well as chicken, vegetables, and even wine! Yes, a makeshift bar had some choices of beer, wine, and mixed drinks! I thought this was novel. Breakfast was eggs, bacon and sausage, along with a full continental complement. Solidly done. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was typically smallish. TGI Friday's, along with all manner of retail surround this location. Was easy to get an Uber the next day.

Stayed 5 days, room was never cleaned the entire time even though I requested housekeeping services. I got fresh towels off a rack in the hall myself. after laying on the pillows, there were dark spots on them. I wasn't sure if that was on purpose to determine which pillowcases are used. If so, a heads up would be nice as it was quite disturbing . The halls smelled bad and there was a guest close to my room that had at least 2 dogs including a big one that barked off and on all night. I spent almost $800 for my stay and it was below average at best. Next time I am in Charlotte I will stay elsewhere.

Possibly one of the best places I've stayed at. Nothing fancy but not run down. Free breakfast and dinner included with my stay and it's great food. Market is kind of high but not terribly overpriced. The price is extremely fair. It's family friendly, military friendly. Pool is open year round. It's a great place and affordable.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! I was a part of a wedding block last Friday l, 10/07/22. I am so overjoyed and give Dee the guest attendant all the praise! She heard my concerns and she made it right immediately by accommodating me. Dee was pleasant, concerned, attentive, courteous, friendly, and is a great asset to Drury! I recommend the stay. Dee thank you and blessings to you! Sheila

It was easy to find. Front desk staff was friendly. The staff that ran the breakfast however were not very helpful or friendly. The food was decent though and they also included dinner and two free alcoholic beverages. Room was clean but the style was something my grandma would have appreciated not an active thirty something like myself. Over all I had a good experience and I wouldn't be opposed to staying again.

Love the Drury! Great rooms at great prices. They serve happy hour food and drinks from 530 to 7pm. Different menus every day. Soups, entrees, hot dogs, salad bar, unlimited refills on soft drinks, 2 free alcoholic beverages per adult per night. Staff helpful and courteous. Indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room and business center available. Pantry in the lobby for snacks. No balconies.

We were in town for my nephew's graduation. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with various options to chose from and there were a 5pm open bar and refreshments which the family enjoyed. Location was ideal for the commencement service. Overall satisfaction and would recommend to family and friends.

First time at a Druery. Immediately upon arrival to the front desk, Mr. Chip greeted us and gave us the low down of the amenities and happy hour. Front desk was super friendly with warm vibes which is a great first impression and nice to feel welcome when traveling. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. The indoor/outdoor pool was fantastic. Every staff member we encountered was super nice. Our travel companions the same. So big shout out to all yall and big thanks!! The location was great within short driving distance to great restaurants and a few bars on the lake. Also a restaurant across the street that looked really good. Will DEFINITELY stay there again next time in the area.

I did not expect a hotel we picked for being in budget and close to what we needed to turn out so nice , the staff were welcoming and had us feeling at home in no time , the rooms were clean , well equiped and comfortable. The pool is half inside half outside so if it's chilly I'd avoid it , the hot tub however is heated so there's always something. We had expected the free breakfast but didn't expect a full on meal for the evening , it gets even better when you can have 2 adult drinks per evening , it is things like this that are the first to go when cost saving and giant chains take over so it was a joy to have. There is no question where we will stay next time we are in the area and we're going to keep an eye out for Drury hotels on our travels to. Well worth the money.

My first experience with Drury Hotels, and it won’t be my last! Friendly staff, fantastic value. Partially indoor pool was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator and Microwave took me a moment to find, but were there and functional. There is an included soda fountain in the evening, as well as the evening kickback from 5:30-7. This location offers two adult beverages per guest per night, complimentary during the kickback as well as a rotating menu of food which saves you from having to go out. Had Chicken Alfredo the night I was there and it was good! Can’t say enough nice things about the continental breakfast either, but if you’re visiting Charlotte, get a room at Drury and check it out for yourself! Didn’t have any problems during my stay whatsoever, everything was perfect!
