This was a good location because it was in a nice shopping location, lots of restaurants, and was a quick drive to a few key things. The room size was nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. The AC worked amazingly. Other than that, I wasn’t a fan. Dining in the hotel was very limited, the breakfast wasn’t great but the fruit bar had very fresh fruit. No coffee place in or directly around the hotel. The room service options were limited, I asked about buying beer or wine from the dining places in the hotel for the room but the employees couldn’t help with that. Went and bought my own wine but then couldn’t get any glass (wine glasses or other) from the hotel when I asked. The hotel store was pretty bare bones and didn’t have anything I had been hoping I could buy. And staying at a nice Marriott location directly before this hotel really highlighted where this hotel was lacking.

The area is nice. The Hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. The one star rate is because you do not get what you pay for because there is not enough staff to handle the amount of people that the hotel handles. If you get breakfast, you have to ask for turkey products, it's not out ..But there is no sign that says ask for your turkey products. They take your money at a higher rate but give you less.

The lobby here is really nice. People seemed to be nice and helpful also. We stayed here overnight while traveling. Breakfast was good, buffet. Room was relatively clean. The price was not too bad either! Would stay again.

After dropping the team off and cleaning my bus my key 🗝 for the room did not work. The gentleman at the front desk assisted my with great pleasures and was able to get me another room. I thanked him dearly, he was so nice and very professional and was such a wonderful person. I recommend anyone to this hotel, was a wonderful experience for me staying in Charlotte, NC for the first time😀👍👍👍👍

The staff was mostly friendly, but I was very disappointed with my stay. Apparently, the heating and air system stopped working on multiple floors a day or two before we showed up for our reservation and the room that I had reserved and already paid for, in full, was unavailable. They put us in a new room, but I was never made aware of the issue! I never received a phone call or email that let me know about, or would prepare me for the room change!! I was very upset that they made this change without letting me know. If I had known, I would have changed my reservation to a different hotel. But once we arrived, it was too late to change hotels, because they told us it would take several days to get our money back if we decided to leave. I felt trapped. The only thing that they did to try and make the situation better, was offering to add points to my account for one free night, (that had to used at a different time) but I never even received those. I would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for what I needed. Dog friendly. Nicely decorated front lobby with bar and restaurant. The room was a great size and clean. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with a good amount of hot and cold items to choose from. Plenty of free parking.

1st time staying at this location but it was great. Front desk very friendly & great customer service . Rooms not as big as rooms we are use to with Embassy Suites but nevertheless everything was great. Happy hour was great & also the breakfast. Price is worth the stay with all inclusive.

So nice! 6 of us stayed in a one bedroom suite, and it had enough room for all of us. Their breakfast was fantastic and made to order. They had a cocktail happy hour, and though the snacks weren't great, the atmosphere was. Would definitely stay there again!

This stay was very nice. The pool was being maintenanced or something while we were here so that was a bummer but the breakfast was incredible. I love how close it is to everything, there are many stores nearby to pickup whatever you need as well as many restaurants to choose from. The water pressure has outdone most hotels I've been to. It was nice. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous well-stocked rooms, small but well equipped gym, pool, and a great breakfast buffet. What more could you ask for! An excellent stay!

We stayed here with children, the only reason we chose this establishment was because of the indoor pool. This was NOT mentioned on the website. The first day we were told it was closed but they didn’t know about the next day. I personally called the front desk the next morning and asked if the pool was open and I was told YES. The kids and everyone got swimsuits on and went down to find it was CLOSED. We also went out in the outdoor area in the evening and found the fireplaces were NOT working either. I waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the desk, and he was not helpful at all, didn’t know anything. I feel they should have charged less than 1/2 of what we were charged. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Would not recommend!!!

Breakfast was nice and the complimentary drinks in the evening were a plus. We stayed in room #339. Unfortunately, the mold was taking over the shower, spreading on the ceiling in two corners and all around the bottom. Would help if the bathrooms had fans in the ceiling to help with the moisture and maybe if bleach was used to clean. We had to shower with the door wide open. Although every place you go to there is a risk of break ins, there were signs everywhere stating the hotel is not liable for damage or theft. There was a police observation mobile device in the parking lot. If I had to stay in this area again I would probably give another hotel a chance.

TV in our room didnt work and I reported ot twice. Someone came to look but it was never resolved. I had two teenagers in a room with no TV and the pool was closed for maintenance for our 3 day stay. Pretty disappointed in this site. The location was convenient to a lot of places in Charlotte though.

Almost missed out on this amazing room, but a quick online comparison, especially on HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm, got me a real catch. If you're looking to stay here.... STOP You need to look no further! This hotel was the absolute best stay we've had ever! We recently celebrated our 40th anniversary in Charlotte (first time) and it was fabulous. The entire staff at this hotel understands customer service! The room was clean, and if you want daily cleaning, you'll have to call the front desk. We called for towels and for trash to be picked up, it was accomplished in minutes! The complimentary breakfast was over the top! The evening reception was a warm welcome after a day of adventure in Charlotte. It's also off the beaten path, nice and cozy. There's also a movie theater close by (walking), and restaurants. Plus, the in-house restaurant was great!

This hotel is really nice, clean, smells good throughout lobby area. Nice restaurants on site, bar. Pool was great for my little one. Gym open 24 hours. Great location and close to many restaurants.

Everything was great with the exception of the “Cooke to order” breakfast. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Extremely personable. The rooms were very clean and well maintained The public areas were the same. Now for the breakfast experience. When I arrived to breakfast at around 9am. There was a line of people patiently waiting at the egg station with the understanding that the griddle was only operating on one side. About 1/2 way through the line, they decided to close the griddle all together leaving everyone that had been patiently standing in line to have waited in vain. The crumbled bacon was sitting in about an inch of grease. The French toast was cold. The oatmeal and grits were the consistency of thin gravy. The icing on the cake, no coffee. When I informed the “hostess” of the fact that there was no coffee, she walked over to the pots, pulled the lever to confirm and simply said “yep” and walked back to talk to what I assume was her boyfriend. Who, she had been talking to the entire time we were there. Never lifted a finger to help her team mates. I had to track someone else down and inform them that they were out of coffee. I travel extensively for work and have stayed at Embassy Suites all over the USA. I stay exclusively at Embassy Suites, primarily for the breakfast, I have to say, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Also, my digital key never worked while I was at the hotel. It never recognized that I was at the door.

I was very impressed with our stay. Breakfast was amazing... staff was overall amazing. Beds was comfy!!! Some of the best sleep I've had in a long long time. Breakfast staff was amazing friendly. The only issue we had with our stay was on our 1st night around 230am someone decided to turn it up and nothing was done. The pool bathroom needs some TLC. It's rusted more than tow-mator.

I was at the hotel on a business trip. In total, the stay lasted 3 weeks. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but it tends to be very full anyway. There are several other hotels in the area that use this parking lot. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom spacious - with shower, no bath. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and offers a good selection of different types of food including fruit and dairy products. The hotel rooms are not cleaned regularly, but only on request. The lobby of the hotel is large, including the bar, but it only works in the evening. WiFi in the hotel stable and fast. I believe that the hotel corresponds to the declared 3* standard. The rooms have very noisy air conditioning and due to the proximity to the airport, the noise of taking off planes is practically constantly audible. The hotel is quite far from the city center, which has the advantage of quiet and clean surroundings, but to get a taxi on the street is practically impossible, and Uber takes 15-20 minutes from ordering to arrival at the hotel.

Convenient location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (omelet station was in service), room had excellent hot water and shower pressure and a cold mini fridge. Beds were pretty comfy. But.. The place is in dire need of a deep cleaning or a soft goods renovation. Carpets in guest corridors were gross, furniture in room was worn out, bed skirts were stained, as were the drapes. The pool needs to be attended to (water a greenish color). For the nightly rate at this place, I expected a more polished look.

My wife and I stayed here for a corporate event with Schluter-Systems and best tile, we would definitely make a point of staying for personal use and I would definitely use it in the further for business when me and my crew are in town for projects. The suite was beautiful, very roomy with bedroom access from the living area or the bathroom, the living area was a good size and nicely decorated with a great view! Full size shower and a full size vanity. The conference rooms were a great size for what we needed and the staff did an amazing job from start to finish with our breakfast, lunch and dinner both days, they didn't miss a beat, we had the pleasure of getting to know Caroline who even named a drink she made for our group after my wife. All around a great experience!! And the food was perfect as well.

Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The Hotel was amazing! The location was great, there were great restaurants within the Ayrsley town area that are a few minutes from the hotel that were delicious. The room and hotel was very modern and clean. We also had a great breakfast everyday at the hotel restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was close to a lot of attractions in Charlotte, NC. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

I loved this hotel! It was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was so beautiful! It even had a fire pit downstairs. They offered a complimentary breakfast as well. Parking was annoying because it was packed and hard to find a park. Also, there was no smoking rooms. Aside from that, this hotel was amazing and a good price. I will definitely be staying again!!

Clean, Modern, very nice! Staff is was warm abs friendly. Only one issue with the tv remote, which the manager addressed and fixed. Great location, with restaurants and other conveniences around. Mattress was kinda of mid. By the 3rd night I adjusted. Just think it could have been more comfortable. Other than that, it was very nice.

Julia at the front desk is a true gem – her warmth and genuine friendliness make you feel like you're welcomed by an old friend from the first hello. She effortlessly addresses any issues, turning challenges into seamless experiences. The entire staff's attentive care, coupled with the hotel's pristine beauty, guarantees that my future travels will only include Embassy Hotels. A truly exceptional stay.
