Check in was easy and fast, nice customer service. Room was terrible, bumblebee hives everywhere, infestations of Bumblebee next to my room to the point of being scared to open the door. Door gets stocked on the floor and won’t open all the way. Room stinks like cigarettes. People living in the hotel smoking Marijuana everywhere around so you can smell it. They give nice toiletries and free coffee and kitchenware. All appliance work good, nice air conditioning. In the morning someone in another room was cooking breakfast and it stinks my whole room to the point that it was very stinky and I wanted to leave immediately. They should divide the rent areas very far away from the “extended stay people” and renovate the ones for rental ASAP

We decided to stay here after our flight was canceled at Charlotte International. The reviews didn’t look too bad and we were in need of a place to stay for the night. Upon arrival the staff were very nice and we got into our room quickly. When we got to the room, we were immediately hit by the smell of old cigarette smoke. There were bugs on the floor, and a bug near the pillow on the bed! The toilet had stuff in it and the shower wasn’t cleaned. Just think the room should at least be inspected and cleaned in between guests.

We decided to stay here to break up a long trip from Florida back up the coast. Upon arriving two police cars were leaving the facility. There were people hanging out around the parking lot and trash all around it. Once parked, we walked to out building where our keycard and those of two other individuals wouldn't allow us access to the building. The facility's solution was to prop the door open - the door with a sign that says please do not prop this door open for the safety of residents. This is a "non-smoking" hotel and yet the entirety of the hallways and elevator smell of smoke attempted to be covered by air freshener. The same went for the room - it was clear it had been smoked in. The room itself was nicely laid out and that's really all I can positively say. Given the late night crowding of cars in the parking lot as well as Sunday morning parking lot exchanges, I didn't feel that my family was staying in a safe place. Additionally, we attempted to call the front desk about the previously mentioned building door and the calls never went through (from the room phone or cell). I would not recommend this facility nor stay here again.

One of my absolute FAVORITE extended stay styled hotels in Charlotte. Everytime I'm here I make a point to stay here at least 1 night. Their prices are super reasonable, the room is ALWAYS clean and smells fresh, the staff is always nice, professional and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are satisfied. Their one of the only cheaper options who are 4-5 star quality that I've experienced so far. The pool is OPEN! Other guests aren't super loud and hanging in parking lot all day. I LOVE it here and would absolutely recommend for longer stays. (Excuse the "mess" in photos lol I'm here a week and have made myself at home 🤷🏾 I'm THAT comfortable here!)

Permanently closed as of 10/15/21. We had reservations here on 10/16/21 and when we arrived, we were told they closed on 10/15/21 and they could not honor our reservation. The young lady at the front desk gave us no help to get a room at another Best Western location. We received no email advising us that our reservation was going to be cancelled and the property did not notify Best Western of the closure. I was able to call Best Western and the Customer Service Representative found accommodations at another Best Western property.

Booked this hotel for a one night stay through Priceline. When I first walked into the room it smelled of old cigarettes. The room was relatively clean but there was a 1.5 in gap under the front door that wasn’t secured properly. My boyfriend and I went out to enjoy the evening and upon arriving back to the hotel there was a man passed out on the steps. We thought he was dead at first but noticed he was breathing. Went back to our room and checked out the next morning. They charged $100 deposit on my credit card, which I know is standard to do for incidentals. Well 2 weeks later I have only been refunded $10.57 instead of the entire $100. Called Monday and the woman I spoke to said she’d look into it. Didn’t hear back. Call back Wednesday and was told to call today (Thursday) to speak with the manager Joanna. I have been attempting to get through to the desk for an HOUR. I get disconnected if I’m on hold for more than 15 minutes. Save your money and time and do not stay here. Subpar customer service and rooms.

This place is definitely a place I'll return too. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and honestly above all expectations. Had a full kitchen which was great. I really give this place 4.98 out of 5 but the .02 was due to bad room coffee. Not worth a actual star being taken off thou. Great place and worth every penny

The room itself was very nice; we were not expecting the layout to be two bedrooms and two baths. The full size kitchen and sitting area was also a plus! Unfortunately the entire place smelled of marijuana and people were wandering the halls at odd hours of the night. We could hear yelling from across the hall and people running/bowling upstairs. Security is minimal and the front door that’s supposed to be accessed by the key card was left open all night. The area itself is unsettling so I would not recommend walking anywhere as a previous reviewer mentioned. Have what you need before you enter your room and leave at your own risk.

0/10 Whatever you do please save your money. Not only were there homeless people outside of our room asking for money when we came and went, they charged us a security deposit our travel website didn’t mention. After paying I was ASSURED that I would receive it back upon checkout which we found to be a lie. we were then told to wait 4-5 business days and it would be returned but not even 2 days later the transaction posted in my bank and they KEPT my deposit. Having read the reviews I made sure to take before and after photos of the room to dispute any “extra charges” and am currently going through a report with my bank. Please save your money, the dirty and bug addled rooms are not worth the price. If I could give 0 stars I would. Quite possibly the worst hotel i’ve ever been cursed with staying at.

Check in was 3pm. Couldn't get a "clean" room till 6pm. My family and I walk into a room that's has a smell I can't even to describe other then wet socks. Then we find one of the carpets in the room are soaked with water due to a AC unit not draining properly. The front desk did what they could to assist in my troubles but overall stay I'd recommend others to keep driving.

Would never recommend this place! The front desk people were incredibly nice and understanding, no complaints there. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. People live at the hotel which did not make us feel safe at all. It’s overpriced considering people do live there and I’m sure they aren’t paying what everyone else is charged. Sketchy people walking around during the day/night.

This place rocks!! It's basically the same price as other extended stays but you get SO MUCH MORE: more space, the room is huge with a sitting area with foldout couch and a real wood burning fireplace! More kitchen, full size fridge and oven/range plus all the stuff you need to cook and eat. More privacy, the property is laid out more like a condo complex .....no one passes by your door but you! I love it here!!!

Rooms are dirty and very old. The photo online of the hotel is not the same hotel at this location. The room was not all in working order. The thermostat was broken and unable to be adjusted. The "fitness center" was barely big enough to fit the single treadmill and single elliptical machine in it. There is not an adjustable air conditioner in the fitness center and it stays very warm in there. Bathrooms are filthy. Kitchen is spacious but gross. Hopefully you don't need quiet during the day while staying here as the grounds crew literally runs their equipment next to your room door and it sounds like they are in the room with you. The only positive experience with my stay is that the employee at the front desk smiled and was courteous upon check-in.

I will definitely be staying here any time I visit Charlotte! All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful! We stayed in the 1 bedroom loft and it had way more room than we expected! An upstairs loft with an over sized king bed and full bathroom, then downstairs you have another full size bathroom with a bedroom that can be closed off from the living room. In that room there is a computer desk along with a queen size bed that comes down out of the wall. Plus you have a living room with a sofa bed and a decent size kitchen with a table for 4 people. We also never heard a sound from anything outside or from the other rooms around us once inside the room! It is more like a small apartment complex rather than a hotel. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a variety of things to choose from. It is in a great location and seemed to be a safe neighborhood! The property is very nice and has a pool with a small spa jacuzzi along with a basketball court and an area to have a cookout with a grill and big round table ready to use! And while waiting on the pizza man outside after midnight we noticed there is a security officer that walks the property at night. We also met some people who stay there 8 months out of the year and they have a set up in the back of the parking lot to hang out and grill. They were very nice people!
