DO NOT STAY here unless you have ROACHES as pets and you enjoy rude as well as vile customer services. A motel 6 would be better than staying here and this hotel does not represent Hilton. If it could get 0 stars, that’s exactly what would happen. I have pictures of dead roaches and live roaches in each room that I was changed to. Three room changes including an executive suite which was simply a bigger haven for roaches. I did not see mold but the air quality in the room has to be mold influenced. This hotel should be shut down by the health department and is being removed from my company’s directory. Majority of front desk workers are beyond rude that they make you want to avoid them like the plague. The one with orange hair and the “manager” with the shoulder length straight hair were just a few of the vile mannered employees I encountered. The manager even said “I have to fix what my employee did and I don’t know what she did” when I was making them aware of an issue. Sarcastically inserts that definitely shows management skills. I wish I have never had this experience. It’s simply disgusting!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton. Staff was short, unprofessional, unable to comprehend simple request and plain rude. I arrived at 9pm, booked a room for two nights and paid $238. Luckily, my meeting was cancelled in town and I was in my room the following day when housekeeping continually tried to come in my room. Shortly after, Mary from the front desk stated they needed me out of the room because I was only booked for one night. I then called the front desk and was able to speak with Mary again, who raised her voice, was very matter of fact that I had somehow done something wrong because it only showed one night booking. She stated that because I had booked through a “3rd party booking”, when I had booked at the desk in person the night before, she couldn’t find any details on my reservation. She noted that my rate for the night had been 128 dollars, but yet I had paid 238? Well done clarifying extra fees and charges Hilton executive park. Also, thank you Mary for hanging up on me after confirming I wanted to pay the 178 dollars for another night so that I wouldn’t be locked out of my room. As a Hilton rewards member I truly can’t say just how terrible and ridiculously unprofessional this hotel is.

The good. The rooms were clean. The bad. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle service which we were told runs at 24 hours at 30 min intervals but you have to request it during certain hours". Saturday evening we requested a 3:30 trip to the airport for Sunday morning. The driver didn't show up until 3:40 only to tell us "well have to wait til 4;00 because we didn't request a 3:30 ride". We told him that we did schedule it the night before, so they ordered a lift instead which just made us later. On top of that half the lights in the room didn't work and the room never dropped below 76 degrees all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. Very disapointing for a Hilton.

1- I arrived at 12 and although the room was available the front desk staff asked me to pay $50 to check in, otherwise, I have to wait till 4 pm. This is a very disrespectful policy of customers. 2- The hotel was under construction/renovation and we were not notified about it when we booked. Dust everywhere. Bad smell. 3- The room door was not working well and wouldn't look unless I slammed it several times. 4- No cups for coffee maker. When called front desk they told me come to front desk we can send to your room. 5- Cups were made out of foam. Which is very cheap and not healthy. They should either have glass or paper. 6- House keeping didn't clean the room the first day!

Do not stay here. This should not be a Hilton. Short Story: Bad service, hard beds, flat pillows, unreliable airport shuttle, poor management, lack of amenities. Worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. Longer story: We were coming here from the airport. They have shuttles but when we called the hotel we couldn't get ahold of the front desk but we were told by an operator that it comes every 10 to 15 min. After waiting for awhile we learned from other shuttle drivers that this hotel won't come get us, so we found alternate transport. Arriving at the hotel, there was a lady waiting at the front desk who said she had been waiting 30 min for a new TV remote and the front desk employee was no where around, without a bell and the phones didn't work. Eventually our 11pm check in was easy but the absentee front desk worker was terse and uninviting. There was no food or drink for purchase but we were told we could in the morning starting at 0600. (spoiler: you cannot.) The room seemed fine but the beds are very hard and pillows very flat - side and belly sleepers beware! Room seemed clean though because on most reflective surfaces you could see rag wipe marks. Unfortunately the sliding shower door wouldn't close completely and the toilet struggled to flush. The clock in our room was 1 hour and 6 minutes fast but we set our phone alarms for 0630 for the 0700 shuttle. We got an unprompted call from the front desk at 0600 saying our shuttle was leaving at 0700...I have no idea why. This hotel does not deserve a Hilton name.

Stood in line 1.5 hours to check in starting at 10pm. I started by sitting at the bar to get food, but the bartender said, "we're closed." During checkin, the single agent working had to quit working because he ran out of room keys and had to search for more. Perfect end to a very long day. Nice to know Hilton respects my time. The airport told me to call the hotel to request the shuttle. Two of us waiting at the airport tried multiple times to call the hotel, but no one would answer and the voice mailbox was full. Finally, the shuttle driver answered and said that he leaves every 30 minutes and would be leaving in 15 minutes. In the morning, when I tried to get the shuttle for a 6:30am departure, the driver told me that he leaves every hour and the next departure was 7am. He refused to take the 2 of us sitting in the shuttle to the airport until 7am. The hotel is also being renovated, so the lobby and dining room are a mess.

Poor quality room. Used food was left in the refrigerator. The room was spacious and nice but not accommodating for a “five star”. I was ready to go. The shower door did not work properly. It did not close. The heavy construction work is understandable for renovations, however it was too present to pay almost 200.00 a night for a room. Not staying there again.

Breakfast buffet was GREAT!! Esther at front desk was awesome and very accommodating to our group!! She was the best part of the stay! Towels weren’t changed as regularly as we would’ve like for them to be changed.

Toilet didn't flush. Sink pop up drain was broke so the sink wouldn't drain. Mold in shower. Floor in room hadn't been swept, there were 2 clumps of red synthetic hair on floor and more hair in the in shower area. When I brought it to the attention of the man working the desk he dismissed me by saying "Well, we are going through renovations and those things happen" Renovations we don't mind, lack of cleanliness and dismissive behavior was the issue. We expect more from Hilton. Location was convenient. Maintenance came to fix toilet but lack of cleanliness and inoperable sink was never addressed

They stay in the room was all around comfy. Came to the hotel to stay the night for the Millennium Tour and everything was great until the next morning where I found out my friends car was ransacked and was informed that the only camera around the WHOLE hotel was up front where we were parked but it was blocked by a tree which is where my friends car was parked. Check in took way too long and they don’t say on the website that they charge you $75 on top of what you pay for the room. Their were two people at the counter and a Caucasian guy checking everyone in and the African American lady in the burgundy shirt was just sitting at the counter not helping anyone and their were about 3 other people behind us and she said nothing to no one and helped no one the whole time and she was just sitting in the chair clicking on the computer the whole time. She needs to learn some customer service having the other guy doing all the work while she just sit there quiet not acknowledging anyone

We booked on Hotwire and received a great deal based on the rates from other hotels in the area. After booking, looked on the hotel's actual website and learned that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The third party website did not mention this. Our room was a suite and very clean. The toilet worked and so did the hot water. There was very little construction disturbance and at the price we paid some noise would have been understandable. The other hotels were charging several hundreds of dollars a night more due to NFL and NBA games happening that weekend. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

Not worth the price! We stayed for two nights and it was not good. The whole hotel is under construction. They were doing construction starting at 9am until the early evening two rooms down from us and it was very loud in our room. The room was not clean there was a bar of soap left over from the previous guests not to mention something sticky on the bathroom floor and there was some thing dark red on the light plate in the bathroom it could have been blood it could have been ketchup, I don’t know. They only give you two towels and I couldn’t get towels from anywhere else they didn’t have any and there were two women in our hotel room with long hair that needed a towel for their hair. There was no microwave and no mini fridge in our room I had to request a fridge. The elevator was out one of the days we were there. They charge $20 a person for a pathetic continental breakfast that didn’t even have waffles. They did give me a refund because of the construction but a week after our stay I didn’t see a refund on my credit card account so I called to follow up. The person who answered the phone sounded annoyed at having to answer the phone and the person I spoke to about the refund was rude. Not to mention I had to call three times to get ahold of someone in the right department and waited on hold close to 10 minutes each time. There were a few good things the beds were comfortable the pillows were comfortable. We ate dinner from the bar both nights and the food was actually really good. Mariah at the front desk was really helpful and Mark at the bar was nice and helpful. Overall I would not stay here again.

Location of this hotel is good, but unfortunately for a Hilton property it is definitely not to the standards it needs to be. Check in is obnoxious with one person working in a line out the door. Definitely need somebody else there. Helping check people in around 5:00 p.m. They are remodeling so I hope that the prices stay the same and the quality goes up.

If you like waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle from the airport, and only being able to get a single bowl of grits and a small yogurt parfait with $24 of American Americans vouchers, then this place is for you. I will say the gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. But pushy wait staff in the overpriced breakfast area, and poorly implemented shuttle ruined our stay. Note: After the 45 minute wait over 5 of us waiting had to wait another 30 minutes because the shuttle was full (75 minutes total) just to get picked up from the airport. Pictured, the bowl of grits and the yogurt with fruit that was all we could get without going over our two $12 of breakfast vouchers.

My wife and I were delayed on our honeymoon by 2 days and were treated better than we could have ever imagined. This hotel made us feel every special even when we missed 2 days at our resort in Fiji. The GM personally set us up in a room, had the chef cook us a 4 course lunch and were extremely hospitable. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our honeymoon. Thank you all!

I had a last-minute meeting come up that required a private meeting room. The team at the Hotel was super friendly and accommodating (I wasn't even staying there). We had a productive meeting in a joyful environment. Extra kudos to Ester, she was amazing, got everything organized at the last minute, and maintained a great attitude. A true professional in her field. THANK YOU, folks!

We hosted an event for around 200 people here for the 3rd year in a row. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Rebecca and Tiffany helped us plan and organize, they were on top of everything and responded quickly any time we had questions or concerns. During the night Mike helped us set everything up perfectly. I had some last minute changes and he didn't hesitate to help make them. Esther and the rest of the crew were on top of everything and were SO kind, we had our guests comment to us about how wonderful they all did. Not to mention, the food was delicious!! Knowing your venue is high quality and dependable makes all the difference in putting on an event. We will always look here first!

We had a very long travel day where American Airlines cancelled our connecting flight and last minute had to stay overnight in Charlotte. I really want to shout out the incredible experience Joe Kraft at the reception desk provided. He was swamped but made sure the shuttle came to pick us up at the airport, he was super helpful getting us checked in and accommodating our specific needs. He was seriously the best to work with! The room itself was very clean and comfortable and all the staff we interacted with was amazing.
