The shuttle driver from the airport was amazing! She’s a 5/5. We got a place here last minute after flight delays making us land at 1 am and to late to bother our family we were stay with. The first room we got was dirty. A left over water bottle in the fridge and other spots looked unclean in the room. The headboard wasn’t centered (no big thing but still) and there was a cig burn in the sofa. Second room was better. The staff kindly brought up the new key to us as we were in pjs already. Breakfast was mid, but fair as it’s the holidays. Staff was very kind.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is warm and welcoming. The area is well situated and near both Carowinds and the airport. There are several other Hyatts in the area, but this will be our choice every time we come to Charlotte. We have stayed at dozens of different Hyatt properties and (at least from a guest point of view) this hotel staff had the best camaraderie we have ever seen. During breakfast we could overhear the team's morning huddle and the care for each other between all staff members was apparent.

Not a bad hotel for a night's stay, but the other Hyatt Place nearby is a bit better. This hotel has some maintenance issues (peeling paint, stained carpets, TV wouldn't pivot) and the internet was unusably slow. That said, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and I slept well.

I stayed here for three nights and the stay was crazy. I can feel the windows shacking when the air-conditioning system on/off. bathroom were small and I can hear people open and close the door at midnight. I think this was Old hotel and might need some renovation.

did a reservation starting on August 19 to September 2 of 2023 Reservation code 89076F71-3,to park my truck on the parking area on Hyatt Place Hotel Charlotte while I was on vacation out of the state. Unfortunately on August 20 of 2023 at 11:30@m I received a call from the front desk of the hotel from the supervisor who said that someone broke into my truck to the passenger back window. This of course it’s not a good feeling specially being on vacation I asked the lady if she knew what happened and she said they didn’t know I also ask about any video cameras and she also said they’re no cameras around the parking lot and they also don’t have any insurance,I also ask if this situation has happened before and she said it’s not the first time. I canceled my reservation and my money was returned and my son went and pick up my truck. I am very upset about the safety measures on this Hotel I also think they should not have any kind of contract on renting parking spaces to people who travel thinking that it’s a safe place and obviously is not. This situation ruined my whole vacation I don’t wish this to anyone else.

I booked this hotel a month in advance for concert on august 8th, the booking clearly stated that I would be charged upon check out no deposit. On my way to the hotel I received a charge that declined. (Money was on the card) I called the hotel as soon as I seen the charge a young man told me that my card was fine and valid. I even asked him to try to recharge the card. He reassured me that it was okay, that they only charge when you checkout. I arrived to the hotel an hour later only to find out that my reservation was canceled the manager or whoever had no interest in assisting me she said it’s been cancelled because we require a deposit 24 hours before check in. I explained that I JUST spoke to someone and they confirmed that it was okay. She was very short with me so I asked was there nothing that can be done and she said no. I walked out and another person in the parking lot experienced the same issue with no assistance as well. I WOULD NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

Front desk staff, Elisha and Kaylee, were incredibly kind when we arrived! They answered all our questions and helped us sort out some complications with our one night reservation. While we were eating breakfast, they made sure to greet everyone coming in & leaving. The free breakfast is your typical Hyatt Place buffet. We’ve been to a few now and the french toast sticks are always so good. The rooms are a little dated but also typical of Hyatt Place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

As a family traveler, I booked two rooms to accommodate my family and my brothers, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to fulfill my request of having the rooms situated next to each other. While the bathrooms were slightly on the smaller side, they still served their purpose effectively. My husband and I got stuck in Charlotte and the Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport was the hotel they put us up in. We got in at 1:30am, Staff was quick and knew the drill, room was spacious with plenty of room for the two of us. When we got in, we scheduled the shuttle for the next morning. Upon the 5:30am shuttle arriving, there was a rush of people to the van. Despite having our names on a list, the driver didn’t check the list, and due to others getting on who did not schedule their shuttle, we were bumped to the 6am shuttle. When telling the driver we were on the list, he shrugged and said there wasn’t anything he could do. Ended up Ubering over to the airport anyways. Other than that, our staff experience was good overall

Room is spacious, nice fridge, and a single use coffee maker. Towels were well stocked, and room was clean. The location for a business traveler is good if doing business in the Industrial park where located. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. We got down to it a little after 9, it closes at 10. They were out of bread, butter, and most of the Entree offerings looked old. It is what it is, we're on vacation, we'll go earlier next time.

This is my fourth time staying at this location in Charlotte. Absolutely loved it. Tekeya was wonderful at greeting me and making sure everything was to my satisfaction each and every time i visited. Breakfast was great, the workout room was amazing and I loved that my room was cleaned everyday before I got back to the hotel after a long day of work. 5 stars! Thanks!

Bathroom/shower was bit dated Carpet had stains Kitchenette was large enough to have microwave although there wasn't one there. That would have been a game changer. Otherwise everything was clean and that says alot!!!

I stay at another Hyatt Place property in Allentown PA. I had to stay at the SStream location because of issues at where I am living. Compares to other Hyatt Place properties the room was a dump. Very old and run down. No up keep. It was cleaned but the furniture is old and scratched up bad. I was told this was the corporate location too. Why have a decent lobby and breakfast and not update your rooms. Hyatt is a good brand and should be ashamed of that location. I went on the brand and got burnt. Please renovate that hotel or name it a motel. The bathroom squeaked all night as well. I know this will go unread by corporate because they don’t answer any comments.

Excellent airport hotel with free shuttle service. Rooms are very spacious with a sofa, kitchenette, and desk in the entryway. Lots of storage space for clothes and luggage. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with no strange smells. They offer a free cooked breakfast, and this was quite good. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The hubs and I stayed here when our flight back to Kansas City was canceled. The Hyatt Hotel was available to accommodate us within moments. The room was much better than what we expected and service was above and beyond excellent.

Booked it when stuck in town for a missed connection. The hotel was dirty. Elevators visibly soiled. My room stank of cigarette and felt grimey. The promise of an airport shuttle and 24/7 food were why I booked. The 24/7 food amounted to chips and sandwiches that were old pieces of bread with only 1 slice of deli meat and cheese on them that looked like they had been out for several days. The picture of the room makes it look much better than it is. Sheets are rough and there is no true comforter. I can't believe they charged $184/night for it. If you miss a flight and have to stay in Charlotte for the night DO NOT stay here.

We only stayed for one night for a honeymoon layover, but we absolutely loved Tony at the front desk. She was so funny and sweet and such a breath of fresh air after our long and crazy day of travel. They have a secure system that locks the hotel after 11pm which made us feel very safe, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I’d return!

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and their shuttle driver made a run to the airport to get us right at the end of his shift. Really grateful for the quality of customer service at this location! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good!
