My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Piper Glen was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff were evident, making for a warm and welcoming experience. The suite itself was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for an extended stay. The kitchenette, in particular, was a standout feature, providing the convenience of preparing meals in the comfort of the room. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance was noteworthy. The property was immaculate, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the suite was always in top condition. But I also wish the pool was open during my stay. -Atharva

Room smelled a little like dog but and we asked the night person if he had a pair of disposable gloves so we could do some cleaning and he told us he doesn't have any, flat out. this request is commonly met by other hotels. Overall, super happy with the service and the staff and people and parking and I everything else! Breakfast person made my pancakes for me and everyone else was just super nice and friendly. Places was very clean overall.

Even though the hotel could use some updating with furniture and furnishings in the lobby and rooms, it is very clean (most importantly) and comfortable. It was obvious that the cleaning staff takes pride in their work👏🏻. The bed was comfortable and the shower had been recently updated and had great water pressure (also important!) Kitchen area was well-sticked and organized. Would definitely stay again!

First off the staff on all shifts are amazing. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The location is great. Great restaurants close by and everything else within a 20 minute commute. The rooms are very large and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which has 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room & small dining area. There is an outdoor pool and jacuzzi which are very hard to come by these days. The free breakfast really good. They had eggs (scrambled &boiled), bacon, sausage (pork & turkey), fruit, yogurt, you have to make your own waffles but they are delicious, oatmeal with everything topping you can think of, bagels, toast, English muffins, pastries, various teas & coffees. My only con's were the halls do smell of smoke. Not the room but the halls. We also did have ants in the kitchen. I did alert the staff however there was nothing done about it while we were there. We actually did some cleaning to help eliminate them on our own. There was a chair in the room that has seen better days so we just didn't sit on it. Even with the cons this is still a really great hotel. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed with this hotel. I am from out of town and had been on the road for 6hrs. Although the rooms were outdated, I was willing to make do with my 3night stay, BUT once I had to kill a 2inch cockroach, I shortened my stay. The front desk was notified and had poor customer service once she was told that the room had cockroaches in it. I had to pack up my luggage and was given another room. I will not be staying another night and definitely not this hotel again.

The stay here at the hotel is alright the room smells musty and also notice the fire alarm was hanging off the wall in the bathroom. Reported it and they never fix it. Also i was surprised they don’t have no vent to switch on when taking a shower. Location is great and room floor is somewhat clean. Had to open the windows and spray in the room to get the musty smell out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast food is alright.

The hotel is in a great location but it's beginning to show its age. Rooms were spacious but dated. We stayed one night of a three day reservation. Carpet needs to go.

Very soft all foam king bed mattress, very loud road noise on back side of hotel, good suite layout, good breakfast except scrambled eggs were powdered reconstituted eggs. Dated, dirty carpet in the hallways. Only one elevator made the engineering a calculated risk for any who depend on such amenities. For a normally upscale stay an overall mediocre C+. I will avoid this place in future travels.

We stayed here on a business trip about 14 days, it was like second home, Manager and all the crew members were so cordial, good hospitality. Especially Divya Patel was so nice, she was helping people on the breakfast bar, she was caring everyone individually, not only us but all who were having breakfast. Excellent place to stay. Thank you Marriott!

Recently stayed for a wedding that had some crazy and whacky turns. After many plans fell through, Consuelo came through as our hero and went above and beyond to help. Her professionalism, and ability to make a stressful situation so soothing is unmatched nowadays. Her radiant energy made a nightmare into a dream. I am so appreciative of her and her team for creating such a soothing, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I am not too far away and visit friends frequently in the area, because of Consuelo I have now found my new home away from home. Thank you SO much!

I've stayed here many times over the past 7 years. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The hotel is maintained well getting a bit dated and could use a face lift here and there.

We had a large family event and reserved a block here. Wow... It was a fabulous weekend for us all. The hotel staff were incredible... Kind, helpful, and accommodating. They also made the reservation process so easy.

My truck was broken into. The parking was well lit but no cameras or security on site. They didn't even offer to help pay for any damages that were made. They said that was not there problem. Best of luck getting it fixed. I had to drive over 100 miles by home with a broken window. I'm done with this brand. They act like a motel 6.

The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. Very satisfied! In fact, the only recommendation that I can make is that they should add some cheese to the breakfast to give people the option of adding it to their eggs.

Well maintained and good hotel with kitchenette. Location of the hotel is very good with access to many shopping centers, offices and doctor's offices. All Staff (Concierge, Kitchen and House Keeping) are very courteous and respond very well promptly. They make sure your stay is always comfortable. Even during pandemic times they take utmost to make our stay as safe as possible.

I am a diehard patron of Residence Inn by Marriott. Usually, I have a great experience with them during my vacations. However, this year I was greatly disappointed!!! I stayed with them a total of 5 nights and only got room service 1 day. I know everyone has been dealing with staffing issues but this was still very disappointing!!!

Rooms/decor are very old, lots of wear on the furniture and only the lobby and dinning area seems renewed a bit. We chose this because we needed a two bedeoom suite. Some odd smell in the corridor, not sure what it is. Breakfast in the morning is okay, swimming pool is outdoor. I don't think they have an electrical charger on premise, lots of parking avaialble. Near by shopping center avaialble for groceries if you are staying for extended time and in within 2 mile radius there are lots of restaurants.

Clean hotel. Not new but not old either. Had a lot of buses of kids running atound. Knocked off 2 stars because hot tub didn't work and 1 elevator kept getting stuck on 5. Breakfast lady very nice but coffee pots need to be cleaned as coffee was VERY sour.
