The room is excellent. Lots of space and it feels like an apartment with a separate kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. Nice large TV's. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast isn't very good. That's the only complaint I have. There is a nice lake on premises and they are very pet friendly. Highly recommend this place.

The Continental Breakfast is amazing! After staying in a Howard Johnson the night before with barely a bowl of cereal and cold coffee it was a pleasant surprise to experience such a wonderful morning meal. The rooms are exceptional with reasonable prices and plenty of amenities. If visiting Charlotte again I would definitely stay here again. Edit: The proceedings Continental Breakfasts weren't as great as the first morning, but were still decent and provided a large selection. The front door of the room wasn't well sealed and we discovered multiple bugs throughout our stay. For some reason they had a lack of trash cans in the room. Being a suite you'd expect more than 2 tiny cans ( 1 in the bathroom and 1 under the sink). Everyone was very polite and over all it was a pretty good stay with tons of space and drawers in the room.

We always stay here when we visit. The outside is a little dated but the rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable, the staff is always super attentive and hot breakfast is pretty good.. An awesome young lady named Queena checked us in this time and she was friendly and accommodating as was the lady who made our reservations. TV remote didn't work, we called front desk and someone was at the room in about a minute to change the batteries out.

The rooms were a nice size and it was pretty conveniently located but the breakfast staff was lazy, some of the house keeping staff was too. Not all of them, I had 2 good housekeepers during my stay. The hotel overcharged me and didnt email my bill until I called and asked for it. That's when I noticed I had been over charged. I would stay there again. It wasn't all bad.

I travel very frequently for work so I’m used to staying in everything and anything but I would not recommend staying here. The amount of space offered in the room is rather accommodating but while staying here, my room phone doesn’t work nor will my TV turn on. I am competent in technology so it’s not user error. I tried calling the front desk (from my cell) to get WiFi instructions since it wasn’t explained at check in and she was very rude and short, you could tell she was bothered by my inquiry. Also, the coffee has been gone every morning I come down for breakfast. For the price paid, this was disappointing.

Where can I start? The receptionist was extremely pleasant and had a very fun vibe. The suite was everything I expected. Large bedrooms, very clean kitchen and living room was roomy. The sofa bed was a bit worn out and low but my daughter said it slept good. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the breakfast Sunday morning after checkout. The hostess layed out a beautiful spread. Looks inviting and taste good. The rooms were clean and updated. I loved how bright the room was and made comfortably.

I have no idea where these 5 star reviews are coming from, unless those people are accustomed to staying in hotels that are pay by the hour! I’ve honestly stayed in a better Motel 6. This is not representative of the Hilton brand and is now my second bad experience at a Hilton in the Charlotte area and I will be a Marriott customer exclusively from here on out. This hotel apparently has been sold to an apartment developer and frankly is an embarrassment to Hilton for have let it go like this. Amenities were almost nonexistent, staff obviously didn’t care either. Thankfully the bed was comfortable otherwise we would have left. It sounded like the person above us was going to come through the ceiling, the hallway was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile, and there were pubes all over the shower and in the towels.

The room was very nice and we were very comfortable in the room. The front dest attendant was nice but she took a little warming up to. Outside the parking lot, basketball court, and pool were a breeding ground Covid. People did not wear their masks and they were all too close. I am glad the room was lovey because I did not feel safe enough to leave it.

During COVID times.... spectacular! Clean and respectful of hotel policy. All employees are wearing masks at all times. Pick up breakfast is bacon/egg/cheese biscuit, granola bar, oatmeal, water, fruit, water, oj. Can pick up coffee too or do in your room. Fresh towels on demand and cleaning after 5 days. Wonderful! We felt safe and confident about staying here.

If you are a regular Hilton portfolio guest, this is not a typical Homewood suites. It's laid out like an apartment complex, so rooms are accessible from the outside. No issue with that except that there is NO elevators. So if you have mobility issues, that limits you. We had booked a suite but had to downgrade to a studio to get on the ground floor. Studio means no kitchen, a tiny fridge that doesn't work. A small feeling, dark room. The room is clean but tired. Ceiling is peeling and it just lacks the crisp feeling I've come to expect. We specifically chose the Homewood because we wanted the extra space and the kitchen. We lost all that and were offered no compensation. It's a great location... And not a bad set up but just book with your eyes open.

My children and I have stayed at this hotel twice, both times due to power outages at home and have had a great stay both times. The associates at the front desk, both day and night shift have been great. The suites are roomy and had a nice comfortable king sized bed. Both times there was quick and easy check in and check out.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean and peaceful. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be going back again and yes, I'd recommend to everyone. It was my home away from home for a night. 😁💜

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but I could've stayed all week! It was really clean, no stuffy room smell, well thought out ( tons of towels in the bathroom instead of the standard 3) full kitchen and nice sitting area! The staff were super friendly and personable! The beds were comfy! Really soft sheets! The only change I would make is to have a wider shade on the window the room was a little lighter than typically found in hotel rooms.Very convenient to food and shopping. I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and a wide variety of chains and I would stay here again in a heart beat!
