This
hotel
needs
immediate
care
and
attention
in
appearance,
repair,
and
customer
service.
When
we
checked
in
on
Saturday,
Nov
5th,
I
was
greeted
by
a
front
desk
rep
who
told
me
very
curtly
before
I
even
got
to
the
front
desk
that
check-in
was
not
till
4
pm
for
the
conference
I
was
attending
and
I
was
too
early.
I
said,
"ok,
but
may
I
simply
make
sure
that
my
HH
number
is
attached
to
my
reservation
correctly?".
The
rep
clearly
did
not
want
to
help
me
but
walked
to
the
computer
and
asked
for
my
number.
Upon
pulling
up
my
number
and
looking
at
my
reservation,
the
rep's
demeanor
changed.
All
of
a
sudden
I
was
welcomed
to
the
hotel,
I
was
checked
in,
handed
a
room
key,
and
I
was
given
my
welcome
amenities,
as
well
as
my
"upgraded
room."
My
status
should
not
have
mattered
simply
because
I'm
a
highly
tired
HH
member
-
this
overall
check-in
process
felt
absolutely
horrible,
and
I
would
have
left
had
I
not
been
there
for
an
onsite
conference.
Upon
walking
to
my
room
I
was
horrified.
The
carpets
move
when
you
walk
on
them,
and
they
are
ripping,
literally.
This
is
a
major
danger
in
the
hallways
leading
to
the
rooms
as
I
and
many
others
tripped.
The
carpets
in
the
room
are
disgusting
and
smell
like
athletes'
feet.
There
is
rust
all
over
in
the
bathroom,
including
the
floor
of
the
shower/bathtub.
The
ceiling
has
obvious
water
stains
from
a
leak
above,
and
the
wallpaper
is
peeling
off
on
every
wall
in
the
room.
You
can
tell
the
staff
clearly
is
not
invested.
Pictures
on
the
hotel's
walls
are
sideways,
the
hotel
smells,
and
trash
is
left
in
the
hallways
just
showing
a
lack
of
overall
care.
Lastly,
we
all
became
aware
that
multiple
people
became
ill
after
having
the
onsite
breakfast
on
Tuesday
morning.
I
really
hope
this
post
simply
gets
movement
on
management
looking
at
this
hotel
for
safety
reasons.
I
have
additionally
left
this
same
feedback
with
the
hotel
directly
online.
