I
would
rate
the
hotel,
the
staff,
and
the
location
10
stars
if
I
were
able
to
do
so.
I
have
been
traveling
to
Charlotte
monthly
for
many
years.
I
have
always
avoided
this
hotel
because
I
like
bigger
rooms
and
suites.
I
most
often
stay
at
Embassy
Suites
for
that
exact
reason.
I
decided
to
give
this
hotel
a
shot
because
I
was
tired
of
the
staff
at
the
Embassy
Suites,
I
had
been
staying
at
for
the
past
six
months
being
so
unfriendly,
uncaring,
and
unprofessional.
As
much
as
I
love
their
rooms
and
lobby,
I
could
no
longer
give
them
my
business.
I
am
certainly
glad
I
did
as
this
Hilton
has
not
only
earned
my
business,
I
will
not
stay
anywhere
else
in
Charlotte
unless
they
have
no
rooms
available
when
I
need
to
make
my
business
trip.
Every
single
employee
I
encountered
from
the
front
desk
to
the
managers,
to
the
restaurant,
to
the
housekeepers
were
simply
awesome.
Every
one
of
them
was
professional,
friendly,
genuine,
caring,
and
happy.
The
lobby
is
laid
out
wonderfully
to
meet
with
people,
the
bar
is
in
a
terrific
location,
the
hotel
management
should
be
incredibly
proud
of
their
Team
and
the
Hotel
owners
should
be
incredibly
proud
of
their
managers.
My
only
regrets
are
not
trying
the
hotel
many
years
ago
and
not
remembering
the
names
of
all
that
I
encountered
as
they
all
deserve
the
highest
of
accolades.
I
will
give
up
my
suites
for
the
smaller
rooms
because
the
hotel
staff
is
incredible.
As
a
business
owner
of
34
years
myself,
I
understand
the
value
of
amazing
customer
service
and
this
hotel
exceeded
all
expectations.
I
also
want
to
recognize
that
they
not
only
appreciated
me,
but
they
also
recognized
me
as
a
long-time
Diamond
member,
which
many
of
the
hotels
take
for
granted.
The
better
part
was
I
witnessed
six
different
people/couples
checking
in
over
my
three
night
stay
that
were
not
Diamond
members,
in
fact
three
of
them
were
not
members
at
all.
Every
single
one
of
them
was
treated
with
the
same
friendliness
and
professionalism
that
I
was.
I
applaud
the
entire
Team
at
the
Hilton
Garden
Inn
in
Waverly.
The
General
Manager
on
down
and
up
to
the
Senior
Executive
Team
should
stick
out
their
chests
and
be
proud
of
your
Team.
