    My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Concord, NC, exceeded expectations on multiple fronts. The rooms were impeccably clean, showcasing a commitment to hygiene that's truly commendable. Unlike some other Hilton properties, the technology and digital key system worked seamlessly, adding a modern and convenient touch to the stay. The amenities, including a delightful pool and a well-equipped workout room, contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. What stood out the most was the great value offered for the room – a pleasant surprise that reaffirmed my confidence in choosing Hampton Inn & Suites. Just when I was on the verge of giving up on the Hilton App due to past experiences, this stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Concord, NC, revived my trust. The combination of cleanliness, efficient technology, and excellent value makes this hotel a standout choice in the Hilton portfolio. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and satisfying stay.

    I definitely enjoyed my short stay here! The staff (Ryan, Bernadette, and Arielle)were really helpful with dining suggestions, checking in on how my stay was going and if the hotel was meeting my expectations, and allowing me to do a late checkout even with a last minute request! The property was very busy, well maintained, and updated compared to most Hampton Inn properties. The rooms were adequate, well laid out, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The happy hour gestures with wine and appetizers was very nice even though I didn’t indulge in any of it. I did, however, appreciate the delicious cookies! Lots of parking available in the back lot and the hotel is close to lots of dining options and the shops at the Concord Mills Mall.

    First hotel room at this level in a long time that smelled fresh when you walked in. The ac unit was the quietest I've seen in years and did a very good job. Needless to say, I had a good nights sleep. Staff was great especially at breakfast. The cook was funny and engaging.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrive Friday night…1st room water in shower was not getting hot, we asked to be moved to another room, got moved to another room and this room…had stains of bodily fluids on the bed sheets, switch to the 2nd bed remove the pillows there was a stink bug on the pillow so I plunked him off in the hallway, went looking for more there was a dead one laying bedside the bed. Get up the next morning and there is a roach in the bathroom 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄🤷🏾‍♀️ so now we gotta leave the entire hotel cause I just can’t********update as of 2/25/24 I have not heard from anyone from this location or Hilton customer service which I also sent an email to stating the above issues. And IM A GOLD Member smh.

    Enjoyed my stay here, everything was just right from the rooms to the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful when needing assistance. Plenty to choose from for breakfast including fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. Not to mention the muffins and waffle maker, that's always a nice touch. They're also surrounded by dozens of restaurants that are within walking distance.

    I can’t speak on a stay here, but I did stop by for business reasons and encountered 3 different employees. All 3 of them were so polite, professional and kind. Smiles and helpful! If the rooms are anything like the employees I encountered, it should be a pleasant stay.

    Front desk staff is amazing, and they definitely go above and beyond. I was visiting family yesterday And they exceeded our needs. They even gave us a brand new blow dryer up to our room Which we thought was pretty awesome. The pool was honestly great as well. The kids loved it. Everyone was super friendly And there are so many restaurants within walking distance And just around, which was great to have different options. But overall, this hotel is fantastic. And definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

    The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. The room seemed a bit small for a king. The hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants, one of the main reasons we were there. The breakfast buffet was less than impressive.

    My parents are both 79 years old. They had one of the most harrowing airline experiences yesterday flying home to North Carolina from my house in Miami. What should’ve been a 2:30 PM arrival in Concord turned into a day long affair complete with a bird flying into the airplane engine, a diverted emergency landing, a day of waiting in a room without food, and to top it all off, a mid air fight between passengers right in front of my mother causing her to have a near nervous break down. I rented them a room at the Hampton Inn in Concord so that they wouldn’t drive at night because their flight landed in the evening. What happened next is the stuff that can fill your heart and restore your faith in humanity. The two women at the front desk Keke and Liza, saw my parents’ condition at check-in, and took it upon themselves to offer to go out and find food for them at that hour of the night. My parents were so embarrassed and didn’t want them to go through the trouble but the ladies did not let up. In the end they compromised with a couple of cup of soup Ramen bowls which the two ladies warmed up and served to my parents in their hotel room as they practically tucked them in for a good night’s rest. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am to know that these two women went out of their way to care for my parents when I couldn’t.

    This hotel needs a serious upgrade. The walls and carpet are dingy. The toilet wouldn't flush. The decor is from the 1980s. I cut my stay short and found another property for cheaper which was nicer a few miles up 85.

    Great stay. Chris at the front desk was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Only drawback was lack of hot water for my shower but it got warm enough to manage.

    Clean, comfortable, and no noise other than from the road out front. We had a suite on the 5th floor which was plenty of room for the 3 adults in our party. The free breakfast area was very clean and kept well-stocked.

    The rooms were clean and beds were quite comfortable. Staff were very nice and addressed my concern regarding the air conditioner within minutes. I had overlooked the wall thermostat, so my problem was solved immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool during our stay. The area was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and continue to recommend this hotel to others needing a place to stay in Concord.

    Great location. Very busy place. Check in staff was great, was happy to get a room near an exit. Maintenance/cleanliness was a little short here. Pretzel under chair wallpaper peeling above toilet and some saw or bug dust in corner of bathroom. Watch the handrail if you are to use the stairs.

    Rooms were very clean. Nice staff. Very good breakfast, nice presentation. I'm an associate at a competitive hotel and I went back to my place of employment talking of how great a stay this was for our Family Gathering.

    One and done!! Not returning to this hotel. Let's deal with the bad and then the good. The bad: The morning Front Desk manager was one of the rudest folks we've dealt with. She began calling our rooms at 10:30 to remind us that check out was 11:00am. (We had arranged the night before for a noon checkout and were told that the hotel was going to be empty on Sunday so it wouldn't be a problem.) When the FDM called again at 10:45, we were told that there was a family reunion coming in. We told her of the late check out and were told "I can't accommodate that! You need to be out now!" Rude is an understatement. We went to the front desk to check out and made a point to speak with her directly. No introduction, no name tag, no apology for their mistake, nothing. This was not a facility problem. It was a failure of management at the Front Desk. What would have been a five star review was destroyed due to a "people problem." I suggest finding a new AM Front Desk Manager asap! The good: Rebecca, the evening front desk staff was VERY pleasant! The physical hotel was clean, quiet, and pleasant. The location of the hotel is amongst 7 other hotels in VERY close proximity to one another. There were also several fast food options in the same area. If you are coming for a race, the speedway is less than a mile away.

    I spent three nights here on vacation. I booked a king suite online in advance. Checked in and discovered that it was no longer available someone had sold it. Received bonus points for the inconvenience. Arrived to my room and upon inspection of my room I discovered that there was a white residue on my window preventing me from enjoying the view. The room was clean but the bathroom was semi clean. Looked as if someone had urinated in the toilet. Breakfast was from 6 to 10 am. When breakfast items became extremely low. Staff were very hesitant about restocking the supply due to the fact that it was almost time for breakfast to end. As much as the rates are that should never have been a issue. The lobby area was leaking water from the ceiling in the mornings. Some of the front desk staff were friendly. Others were not. In my conclusion if I had to stay here again versus finding another hotel. I would find another place to lodge.

    Definitely wouldn't stay here again. The filter in the pool wasn't work and the water was really gross. Our room and the rest of the hotel wasn't clean either. Breakfast was extremely limited. We ended up switching hotels.

    Hotel was very clean and the staff exceptionally kind and accomodating. I was travelling with my dog and appreciated a clean, quiet hotel accepting pets. The staff also took my dog into consideration when assigning our room.

    This is a great Hampton Inn. Front desk lady went out of her way , was professional and very friendly. Our king room was spacious , quiet and well lit, the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was well lit with good water pressure. The breakfast was a step above what we are accustomed to at Hampton Inns.

    Only two experiences that made the stay unpleasant was being told that they do not do daily cleaning service unless requested before 8am. Since the room doesn't get cleaned, if not requested, the rooms towels will not be changed out. I went to ask for replacements, but I was told I had a limit of 2 towels unless I paid an additional fee for more. Then I was told I'd have to bring all used towels back so I wouldn't be charged for the new towels. If your expecting regular cleaning services from your stay here it probably won't be available or you may have to do it yourself it seems.

    WOW..is all I can say. They had a 98.0 rating and they deserve higher! First, Ms Lynda. She is absolutely wonderful. She was very nice at check in and throughout my stay. I expressed to her concerns I’ve had with other Hampton Inns..not the best experiences..some look like a ‘scene’ from a crime! Anyway, this was NOT the case here. Very clean hotel and nicely located among restaurants and stores. And right beside the highway. I failed to snap pictures during check in but as you can see from check out…it’s STILL clean..except my unmade bed…which you get to leave unmade when traveling 🧳 😀 FYI…the TV was a nice size as well! I’ll surely use this hotel if in the area again. I’m hoping the NORTHERN more Hampton Inns use this as a model. Especially those located near airports like BWI, Reagan National… 😉

    The hotel was great. The front lobby was under construction, so we had to check in in the back. The staff was friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed. The room was really nice, clean, and updated fixtures. The only thing that was weird was that the toilet was super low, like for children, and it wobbled when you sat on it. Very uncomfortable, but other than that, the room was great. The door to the bathroom was heavy and a little hard to open. The shower was nice. Mulit functional shower head works great. The breakfast was good. It was a hot breakfast and not a cold bag breakfast. I live for hotel waffles, and they had red velvet and malted vanilla Waffles. They were delicious. I would definitely stay here again. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

    I had stayed there once before and the customer service was outstanding, however they must have gotten a new crew. Completely unsafe with no lock on the pool water dripping from the pool bathrooms, exposed wires and horrible customer service.. they truly ruin our fathers day weekend, accused my children of things untrue, charged my card extra. Save your family the hassle. Stay anywhere else but here. Jonah was really rude and border line racist as well as the house keeping manager.

    Highly disappointing for a Hampton Inn & Suites. Where to start? Possible blood stains on the sheets, was questionable if they had even been changed from previous guests. Possible fecal and or blood stains on the desk chair. Cobwebs and bugs breeding in the corner of the shower. Cigarette ashes or some type of debris on top of the air conditioning unit. Stains on carpet. Hand, face, possibly genitalia smudge prints on the window. Dirty handprints on the guest room. Dirty, scratched up elevator doors. Pictures have been included of all of the above. Even worse than all of that was the rude service and attitudes from the front desk agent and the evening reception hostess.

    I stayed here recently on my way back from Florida. It seem like a really new hotel and the room was nicely decorated. The staff were professional and helpful. The free breakfast had alot of different offerings.

    We stayed here for our weekend trip to the NC Renaissance Festival nearby - less than 15 minutes. The rooms were clean, spacious and very accommodating. The temperature control worked well, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for myself, my husband and our two young daughters. We booked a room with two queen size beds. The front desk staff were all very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Great customer service. Breakfast was excellent. Hot foods, a waffle machine, and plenty of fruits, cereals, pastries, yogurts - much better than some of the brown bag breakfast meals a few hotels have tried to pass off doing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

    Excellent stay. The breakfast bar was pretty. The parking was ample. The rooms were clean and I believe have been renovated. The front desk was polite and represented the brand well.

    Traveling every week across the southeastern states for work for the past 10 years a ‘hotel is a hotel’ BUT I must give credit where credit is due. Stayed here just for one night and after a 7 hour drive from Madison, TN all I can say is Thank You! Everything was excellent from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. 10 stars to front desk (forgot to get their names) but the wonderfully pleasant woman who checked us in the evening of 11/21 and the exceptional gentleman who checked us out on 11/22. Thank you both for treating us so great especially when we couldn’t be home with our family during the Thanksgiving holiday.
