It was a great experience with the stay of this hotel- well cleaned and comfortable facility. The staff's are friendly especially the breakfast organizing person Alma was so kind and helpful. she was asking each guest whether they got what they are looking, cleaning the table as soon as guest leaves also she make sure she wish each guest to have a great day. Good breakfast of course. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable stay.

Rooms are nice and comfortable but the major downfall was how disrespectful and rude todd was, especially being a front desk manager (can’t imagine how he talks to his coworkers, god bless them)!. Other paid customer agreed we wanted the tv changed since we didn’t want to watch Mickey Mouse and no kids where around in the breakfast area and he couldn’t do it and called the young gentlemen karen and he was gonna kick him out if he doesn’t shut up! Hes way out of character.

Pros: wonderful comfortable beds (this is the MOST important thing, of course), quiet, great location for attending a concert, good water pressure in shower, polite and friendly staff at desk and at breakfast. Great to have a free breakfast that can be eaten onsite or can do as a grab and go. Cons: Bathroom could use a little updating, bathroom a little cramped, price a little high for what you get but I guess that's because it's in such a busy area.

Rooms were kind of old and outdated need to be remodeled. I did not like the layout of this room, especially the bathroom. The door is in the middle of the bathroom and hard to move around. It was clean and comfortable, everything worked like it should. Large selection of channels on the television. It has multiple USB charging ports in the room. Air conditioner work very well and was quiet. I thought it was moderately priced to be the location it was in.

Hotel rooms were a good size. Need a little remodeling. Also more towels should be in the rooms. I've stayed at holiday in express several times when traveling the east coast and this is the first hotel that gives you only ( 1 )hand towel (2) wash cloths (2) towels. Every other holiday day inn has (3) towels (3) wash cloths (3) hand towel towels and (1) bath mat. The room was booked for 3 guest .I went down to the front desk and was able to get a set of towels. Staff was really awesome 👍. I would definitely stay again.

Standard fare of hotel accommodations. Room was clean and well kept. No problems with the card keys or accesses to different areas. Breakfast was good with a varied selection.

What a nice hotel!! Staff is A plus. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast attendant was a delight making sure everyone was happy and fed. I highly recommend staying here. ps-there are 5 restaurants within walking distance which is convenient after a long day of travel.

This is a pristine location - situated off I85 exit 49 - Concord Mills. From checkin to hubby and my breakfast- excellent customer experiences- desk manager was so helpful- she realized I was tired & as I was sitting in the lobby - completed my registration- I was delighted to experience a room right around the corner to the elevator- as I had requested.Hubby & my room spacious - sparkling clean - completed with a mini kitchen- fridge microwave coffee maker - condiments. Full size wardrobe- comfortable king size bed.Breakfast- delicious- bar clean & tidy- the hostess- Diane - friendly & helpful- even brought my food to the table - breakfast bar offered several options - the team customer consultant at the check in station - also very friendly- cheerful & courteous- In my opinion-Complimentary washer & dryer & exercise room-outside swimming pool-complimentary parking - A pristine accommodation experience & the best Holiday Inn Express - that I have visited in a long long time!

Laura at the front desk was more than accommodating, we ended up having to stay an additional night, and she set up up with no fuss whatsoever, where the other Holiday Inn in Kannapolis was not. The rooms were also great too!

Wonderful Staff, Comfortable bed, good breakfast selection. I did hear a little room noise from other guests, nothing crazy. Close to restaurants, Texas Roadhouse next door was outstanding as well. If your alone, sit at the bar.

Stayed here a night while passing through. Great location. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was super comfortable. The lady at the desk was very nice. Would stay here again.

This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stayed here a few days for work and the day of me checking out at 4:30am to catch my flight at 6am, I waited 15mins to check out before I was forced to write a detailed note stating I was checking out. There was no one at the front desk to assist me. They are suppose to have an 24hr front desk associate at all times. I almost missed my flight because of this. I called the following day to confirm if they had checked me out. I asked the young lady to check me out and inquired if I'd be able to get reimbursed for that extra day. The young lady told me she'd have a manager called me tomorrow morning to see if I could get reimbursed for that day because there is no a manager on sight right now that can do that. Todd the "Executive Manager" as he calls himself called me the following day & told me that I would not be reimbursed for the additional TWO days that was charged to my Corp card. The young lady Lisa never checked me out and Todd gave me excuses as to why his 24hr associate wasn't ready and available at the front desk, stating that they may have been in the restroom or getting breakfast ready. I don't understand what that has to with someone being available to assistant at the front desk at all times. Rather than him comprising and assisting in coming to a fair and just decision that'll make both of us happy; he choose to cut me off and speak over me instead of mediating the situation in a more professional way. I am just appalled at the lack of accountability that was taken and poor customer service I received. Due to this experience I will no longer be staying at Holiday Inn Hotels and they can also cancel my membership. This establishment was very unprofessional and the hallways reeked of Marijuana. I strongly do not recommend, I switched over Homewood Suites and had a way better experience throughout the duration of my stay in North Carolina.

I always look forward to my stay at Holiday Inn. The staff was very nice and friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast 😋. Moreover, the room was very clean and spacious!

Hotel pretty good for location. But pretty last for breakfast. Tinny sausages. Burnt to crisp bacon. Cheese what ever, I don't like cheese . So breakfast for me was tinny saus, burnt bacon. Yogurt. Staff were really nice and polite this was really good. Facilities. Pool was closed so out side tables also closed. I phoned another hotel and pool was open and in season. 2 different seasons. So I checked out. If they had out side benchers and tables, ide up it 2 stars.

We reserved a room by phone which was super easy almost too good to be true. We were told that service dogs were ok to bring to the hotel. We drove from Florida for the weekend on 11/24/23 my husband went inside to check in. I waited in the car with my dogs and one of the hotel employees came outside near my car and one of my dogs barked at him. He proceeded to go back in the hotel and question my husband about our dogs due to one of them barking. He asked if they had papers also proceeded to say "if they are service dogs then why are they barking at me". He was extremely rude to my husband even his coworker apologized to my husband. Needless to say I am happy we found something else due to it being a holiday weekend. Dont recommend this place due to terrible customer service.

We stayed in your Concord, NC location this past weekend. Stephanie checked us in with a warm welcome and made sure we knew to contact her if we needed anything. I did need more coffee in the room and also needed help with a Priceline billing issue. We passed her a couple of times on the property, and she greeted us like we were family. The rooms were clean - beds SO comfortable, bathroom was clean and the water pressure was WONDERFUL! My husband enjoyed the breakfast, and I appreciated the fresh coffee. I checked out the workout room, and it was certainly adequate for a good workout. They also stocked fresh towels in the workout area. I'm so pleased with our visit! We'll be staying with y'all again for sure! Thank you!
