My husband and I always stayed at the Fairfield Inn when traveling down from NY. It's always been a great comfy place for us. Front desk staff are always friendly and smiling (young ladies) and the young man who assists with the breakfast. It's aways a pleasure seeing them as we pass the desk or go out for breakfast. The Fairfield is a great experience for us.

Very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Beds are very comfy and breakfast is good too! We really enjoyed the pool and nice outdoor area. I stayed for 4 nights with my family and we all left very pleased. Definitely will stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

Normally I would stay uptown when visiting Charlotte, but I gave this hotel a try because of its proximity to my Dr.'s office. Let me say, this is a great spot. First of all the bed is so comfortable, and the hotel and rooms are spotless. The staff is very friendly and upbeat. The location is pretty central to everything. This is one of the best hotel stays I have had in awhile. The bonus is you don't have to pay all the taxes you do uptown!

Only here for 2 nights but hotel is very clean, new, & modern!! Great location only 20 min from downtown Charlotte. Room was spotless & I love the TV is a nice size with Showtime incl for free. Also, the fire pit is a super relaxing vibe after a long day :)

The accommodation was quite comfortable and affordable. Family-friendly amenities like microwaves and minifridges included in each room. You can enjoy a breakfast buffet with all the standard offerings on the house. There's a fire pit in the backyard, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. Smart TVs in the rooms, which allow you to stream services like Netflix and YouTube, are a huge plus for families. It's a pleasant stay overall.

Stay was mostly pleasant. Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was helpful. Only issue was that they charged me a pet fee for my medical service dog (not legal, they’re medical equipment) and I didn’t notice until I got home because I got an email receipt and didn’t go over the charges at the time. We made sure to note that I’d have a service dog on booking the room and she was clearly labeled as a service dog.

I cannot say enough positive things about these accommodations! Every single aspect of our stay was perfect! The front desk was courteous and efficient, the pool and area was beautiful and inviting, our room was relaxing, extremely clean and exactly as requested. The breakfast was delicious, the dining area was spotless. The property was very nice- not located in a particularly pretty setting or grounds- but more than accommodated for it! Even as we left this morning, a Marriott employee was diligently straightening and sweeping the entryway. I am very impressed and pleased with this stay.

I don’t leave reviews usually but this one is needed.. My room was clean and ready for me, and the bed was comfy just how I wanted. The front desk service was great I extended my stay just cuz how impressed I was. The breakfast was good as well. Definitely recommend!

This hotel has the upgraded newer carpets which I appreciate. Staff is on top of the coffee push pots. Almost always hot. The overall hotel is very nice. Our bed was a tad harder than most Fairfields we have stayed in. Our room had 3 mechanical issues. Our floor was quiet 95% of the time. Plenty of parking. Carts to load and unload room available. The carts needed cleaning and so did the desk chair in our room. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Thank you all for such a wonderful stay and I clean and quiet and safe environment. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and I will be back when I come to visit. God bless you all and keep making those grits Danny.

This was a great Fairfield! The rooms were really a step up from any other Fairfield I have ever encountered. It appeared to be recently renovated or new. Very nice! When I attempted to check in at noon, the person at the front desk wasn't even at the front desk, but shouted"Were not checking anyone in right now. Not until 2." When she came over, I explained that I had already checked in on the app. She went on about how there were no rooms available (even though the parking lot was absolutely empty). I can call back at 2 pm. I went on to explain that at my Bonvoy tier level, it could be 4 am, I could be dressed as Jason Voorhees, and I could have feathers stuck up my...ear...and you'd still be required to check me in. She magically found a room and asked if I needed a late check out. All good!

Staying here while I'm in town for work and I must say this is the Best hotel I've stayed at yet! My room is NICE and that shower was life! The shampoo, conditioner, & body wash was amazing (no travel sized bottles!) Front desk attendant, Briana is super sweet and so helpful! I am thoroughly enjoying my stay! Highly recommend

I just stayed here overnight before an early appointment and I was very happy with the stay. I was able to check in from the mobile app which provided my key (skipped the front desk entirely). The room itself was well-sized and well-appointed. I could tell it was very new as there were usb ports everywhere. There was a nice sized desk and chair, fridge, microwave, coffee, etc. The bed was comfy with plenty of feather pillows. The bathroom was modern with a nicely sized and nice looking shower. I heard a tiny amount of street noise (basically a large truck that drove by) but the area was very dead by the time I went to sleep so it was perfectly fine. As far as amenities, the pool was closed (November), but it was in a nice outdoor area with a fire pit, outdoor tv area, etc. The fitness center had a few ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, etc so it got the job done. Breakfast was also decent with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads, etc. The only things I would have changed: 1) The fan in the room was smooth and nice but when the AC kicked in it was rickety and loud. If it had been hot out like summer time and it was running a lot, my review might have been lower. 2) The lobby store area was pretty limited so don't plan on stocking up on many snacks or any beer/wine.

Fairfield by Marriott was clean. Clean walls no dust on ledges, no hair found upon entry. We had a hiccup with the company that helped us book. If you're ever traveling late be mindful to let each shift know you are still on your way so that your room doesn't get canceled. Getting extra amenities and towels as needed was easy. The location was terrific as everything we needed was within 7 minutes or less. I would most definitely return to this establishment.

I’ve never had to leave a bad review while staying with Marriott so this comes as a shock to me. Overall, not a bad hotel with nice rooms! However, they hired the rudest receptionists, both day and evening shift, I’ve ever encountered. A little kindness goes a long ways, maybe even a smile. Not to be stared at with blank eyes and talked to in a condescending tone, when just trying to buy items from the market. Or be questioned on my late checkout “are you sure you really need that?” when I hold the status to do so. A little lesson in hospitality is needed here.

Very clean room and bathroom. Front Desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The facilities are in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here overnight in our way home from vacation. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They have a nice little patio area that was very relaxing to sit outside and unwind after a long day on the road.

Eddie was fantastic! He delighted us with his cheerful morning greeting and put a smile on our faces! He and the morning crew would get 5 out of 5. On another note, our tv didn’t work at all so we had to move to another room. In the second room that tv had issues, too.

Rudest Marriott Front Desk person I've ever encountered. She was rude the last visit, and very rude this visit. If you see a plus size, dark black woman with a bob hair style or similar she comes with much attitude, not very friendly to people.of color, not very helpful! Will never attempt to book a stay here again! The rooms are ok. Exterior grounds are not kept properly, suffers from trash in multiple areas. Breakfast is nice.

The stay was nice! The rooms were clean, modern, decorated well, and a great distance from everything in Charlotte. The staff were very helpful and understanding by letting us check in early.

Good location to many attractions in area. Breakfast is the same thing ever morning not much of a selection, not much taste. Front staff were awesome. Cleaning crew might have been having a bad day as to why room was quickly cleaned and you could tell shower was dirty, towels had stains. Elevators are the slowest I have ever seen.

This is a nice hotel. The room a spacious king size was clean and comfy. The front desk reps were pleasant also. The location was fine for me. The reason why I didn't give them 5 stars, is because the toilet is too close to the shower. The toilet is in front of the door, which makes it difficult to maneuver in and out of the shower.

Nice CLEAN rooms, and modern! Also, a super friendly guest staff. In particular, TIM, he is the breakfast guy and was soooo accommodating!!! He was running the. Front desk and doing the breakfast and had a big infectious smile and a super positive, friendly disposition. Will definitely stay here again!

We were spoiled for choices at breakfast and Eddie made us feel very welcome as we ate! The room was large, well appointed, and had an abundance of outlets. Thank you!!

This hotel definitely gets a high Star rating! Check in process…walking in, you will surely be greeted with a friendly smile. The ENTIRE staff is amazing! Rooms very clean! I had one issue with the heating and cooling system in the room. I notified front desk, they assured they would handle it…and it was! Jasmine, Nazima, Michelene and forgive me as I can’t think of the other lady’s name but case in point….ALL very welcoming! Lots of restaurant options in the are along with nice outlet and mall close by. Only 15-20 minutes from the beautiful downtown area. (Very vibrant) bottom line…you won’t be disappointed!

Naiya checked me in and was wonderful the same as my last stay. She remembered me and that made me feel great after a long 4 days of travel. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Fast friendly check-in. Although the room wasn't huge, seemed like there was plenty of space! Great bed, pillows, and the shower was fantastic! Everything worked and felt very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. The fridge in our room was really small, and it rained all week so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor pool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and well arranged. The hotel’s outdoor area is very nice. The pool is small, but better than nothing. Staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we came in. Would totally come back!

Me and my toddler stayed here for a night since we were traveling and I booked a double bed room. The room was well stocked and clean. We did have an issue with our a/c unit but they fixed it right away. Staff was friendly and there were a nice mix of shops and restaurants to go to.
