Great place to stay. Ideal location for shopping, eating out and other local places to go. Staff very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere great, rooms clean, bar and food on site. Indoor and outdoor seating...was close to the highway but once asleep I didn't hear a thing. I saw coffee in the lobby in the morning. Plenty of parking and a lighted parking lot.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Mostly everything was clean. There was hair in the shower and on the batchroom floor. I wiped it out of the shower/tub becuase I wanted to use it right away. The water pressure was awesome. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby by the fire. There was also one outside but it was kind of crowded. The ladies at the desk were so helpful and nice. The pillows were somehow squishy but hard at the same time and all four of us agreed we didn't like them. All in all I would stay here again but would bring my own pillow next time.

Our room was absolutley horrible. The air conditioner didn't work; the linen was dirty; we asked to change it several times; no one showed up. The phone didn't work; I had to call from another guests room to get someone to bring up the new linen (no one ever came) I ended up going downstairs to get it myself and changed our linen. The bathroom floor had hair everywhere. And when I called Carl (the ADM), he never returned my call. I am disappointed at Hilton; I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The pics I attached were two separate blankets.

Do not stay at this Hotel! The only thing nice about this Hotel was the the main lobby - clean, modern and updated. The rooms are horrible! They are old and dated. The beds and bedding were old and very uncomfortable, including the pillows which were like laying on sheets of paper they were so thin. We had two Queen beds and both were terrible - one definitely needed to be sent to the dumpster! You could feel the springs in your back and it dipped down when you lay on it. It had no support whatsoever! Absolute, worst 2 nights of sleep! Woke up cranky from lack of sleep and being so sore in the morning that you could barely walk around. Not something you want to deal with when you are on vacation! The A/C unit had an annoying rattle - upon investigation we found the two filters were completely covered in a inch or more worth of dust and grime. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years - disgusting! We clean it ourselves - your welcome Hilton! The room was dark and gloomy, even with all lights/lamps lit. The TV was dated and the remote only worked half the time (had to push buttons 10-20 times before they would work) - frustrating! The shower curtain was old and ripped and didn't keep the water from flooding out behind the toilet every time. We had to use our towels to sop up the water. We asked the one staff person up front to send dry, clean towels up to our room - we NEVER received them of course! The staff and house keeping were non-existent! Finally, for the price you pay per night you would think you would at least get complementary breakfast included, or at least some coffee, juice or something! Most other hotels provide this. Needless to say I would not recommend staying here!

Currently staying at this hotel with my family while visiting charlotte. The staff was very nice when we checked in. The fitness room is amazing because it is open 24/7. The pool is open until 11p and might be small but gets up to 5ft deep! This is a very nice hotel for Charlotte visitors and Hilton honors members. 5 stars, would stay again.

Staff was amazing breakfast not included but great location 5 minutes from the mall eating places and great wolf lodge… rooms were a little dated with paint carpet and chipped dresser drawers we expected a hot tub and there was not one indoor pool was FREEZING!! We only stayed 10 minutes and did not return the remainder of the stay which made my girls sad!

Hotel is very clean. Lobby is awesome! Excellent service at Front desk (Checkin and following morning. Breakfast was great. $13.50. Service amazing. Tri T. was exceptional. She was very nice. Excellent service. Only issue: A/C unit outside our window. Ugh. Woke me up 3x last night.

Check in was at 3 pm. The small group of us came to the hotel at 4:30 pm. Both rooms were NOT ready. We were told to wait 10-15 minutes and they would be ready. Thirty minutes later, we were told that one, yes only one room was ready and that they weren't sure when the other one would be ready. So, all of us but one went to that one room that was ready and on their way to it, they went by the room that we were waiting on and there was no housekeeping there. My group called me to tell me that and to just come up since it would be awhile. I did just that and at 5:30 pm, we finally received the key to the second room...over 2 and a half hours after check in. While waiting, we asked for a manager only to be told that she wasn't there and she would be there sometime between 8 am-5 pm the next day. When checking out at 9:30 am the next day, we were told that she wasn't there. I expect more from a Hilton and I will not be staying at this one again. The front desk clerk was very rude and seemed to have no clue of what was going on.

Staff was friendly. Bartender, Olivia, was wonderful to the customers. Cook in the kitchen, however, wore no gloves and yet touched everything, yuck. Room was very clean and the fitness room was immaculate. Great job everyone...except the cook.

The people I interacted with made me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel! The food and service that came with it was phenomenal! 10/10 Would recommend!

What a bad experience. Currently the hotel is undergoing renovation until April 2024. Do not stay here if you want a reasonably quiet sound level during normal working hours. Front office would not move me to another hotel on my request and general manager has not returned a phone call. I have recorded audio of greater than 130 decibel in my hotel room due to the construction on the floor above. This is an OSHA violation to not provide hearing protection on a job site. I wish my hotel was not a job site. I wish I could post the audio file.

My Husband and I have stayed here twice. I usually check out at the last minute because my Husband is usually attending meetings beyond checkout time. First construction was going on. My Husband said there was no mention of that when he booked online. I was awaken by construction noise from early that morning until late afternoon. It was horrible. We would have stayed somewhere else if we were aware of the construction. Then as stated above I checkout as late as possible so I’ll have less time in the lobby waiting for my Husband. This particular stay 11.28-12.1. I am packing my stuff up before showering. I hear a man knocking on the door yelling housekeeping. I’m yelling back yes at least 3 times. The knock stops. I go to the door. Man is gone and no sign. Now my Husband always puts the DND sign on the knob. This was about 11:15…checkout is at 12. About 20 minute later here comes a woman knocking and doing the same. Here I go again saying yes repeatedly. At this point I’m just getting out of the shower. After the man knocking. I fold the latch to secure the door. Well the lady proceeds to open the door and the latch stops her. That’s when she says oh sorry you’re good. Closes the door. I hate that there is not a better system to make sure a guest is gone. Lastly the women at front desk always greeted. The males did not. This was just a horrible stay all together. Kudos to the girl that checked us in. She was in point. Wish I could remember her name. Oh and I travel with bed bug spray. I had to spray for the bugs that were crawling on the curtain…about 4 of them. 😞

This hotel is very, very nice! The staff are very sweet and friendly. My room and the hotel in general were incredibly clean. When you walk into the lobby, you immediately smell white tea and sage, I think? Very calming and like you are home. At least, that's how I felt. My room was very spacious. Great water presser. This will be my main hotel when I travel to Concord.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The lobby, elevators and bar area have been renovated. The room I stayed in was clean and odor free. The beds we're comfortable. Strong water pressure. Air conditioner worked and the room felt like an ice box. My room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and mini microwave. The reason for 4 stars is the furniture was dated and badly chipped. Functional just not visually appealing. The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels.

Very nice hotel, staff was polite except the cleaning lady. She made her way in our room even knowing we were in there and then placed her cart in front of our door making our way out very difficult with the trolley. Pancakes were tasteful.

Old property and very rude front desk staff! My mother and I flew in to NC and needed a place to stay last-minute. We booked here, because I prefer Hilton properties, and this one had good reviews. We booked at 10:30pm and upon check-in, I asked Charvielle at the front desk whether it was possible to get a discounted rate due to it being so late (it was past 11:00pm at this point). I have had other hotels do this in the past, as the room would have otherwise sat vacant the entire night. A simple, "No, unfortunately we cannot," would have sufficed. Instead, Charvielle smirked at me, then turned to an older man named David and repeated my request. David scoffed, gave me a dirty look, then said loudly, "NO. 10PM is NOT late. 5AM is late!" Charvielle laughed, then took my driver's license and joked, "AND she's even on California time!" implying it was not even "late" for us yet due to the time difference. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We regret coming here and will be staying elsewhere for the remainder of our visit in NC. It has been a long time since I dealt with staff who were this unnecessarily rude. Why are people like this doing anything customer-facing?? The room is dimly lit and in need of updating. The furniture is chipping, and the walls are paper thin between rooms. Breakfast is also not complimentary. This hotel is not worth what they charge. We will not be staying here again and have told our other relatives who are coming into town not to stay here, either. Horrible experience!

The hotel was amazing!! I spoke with the hotel months ago to book a venue for a wedding event, and to also book a hotel block for guests. The coordinators, Ibok and Stephanie, were amazing and so communicative throughout the entire process. The venue was great, the hotel was in such a good location, super close to everything and the prices were very reasonable. I had a suite booked for myself and my husband, and boy was it a suite! It had everything needed for us to enjoy the weekend. There were so many amenities and room and it was super reasonably priced. I'd definitely come here again!

We recently stayed for 4 nights. All of the staff was great. Especially Erika and Mira, who worked the breakfast shift. Their personable attitudes and smiles made mornings not quite as icky as normal!

Evening Front Desk was not pleasant at all. He sure griped about not having help. We checked in late at midnight since we drove all the way from Saint Augustine, FL so I apologized for arriving at midnight. I jokingly said sorry for having to wake him up from his nap. Oh boy did he gave a nasty remark that how dare I make that comment when he has tons of paperwork to finish and having a help who does not help. Never have I been answered to like that in any hotels I have stayed at. The room was not clean. There were stains on the comforters. Previous guest’s socks under the bed. If we didn’t arrive late, we would’ve requested to be transferred to another room. But since I didn’t want to deal with the Front Desk, we just took out the comforters and used the flat sheet. If not for my friend’s wedding at that hotel, we would’ve chosen a different hotel in the area. Probably Hampton Inn across the street would’ve been better. This hotel don’t even offer free breakfast like all other hotels in the area. Will not book a room at this place again.

Very clean Hotel. Very nice staff. The food in this place is outstanding. The Ribeye steak I had was delicious. One of the best steaks I have had in a while. It want even on the menu and the very nice bartender told me about it.

Had a great experience celebrating a friend's birthday. The bartender, Olivia, was delightful. She made a fantastic mixed drink of her own concoction. Very friendly and entertaining. Definitely recommend a visit.

Excellent people here, very professional staff! The bar and grill, food and service were exceptional! No Prime Rib, but my Ribeye was cooked perfectly and no need for A1 or any other seasoning needed. 5 Stars in my book!

Service is not the greatest. Menu is limited and kinda pricey. Have had the breakfast daily-omelette is good, the power grains bowl is delicious! Side of fruit was rotten on the first day but has improved ever since. Nice property. Good weights and cardio equipment in the gym (very surprising)! Staff is probably used to being harassed by customers so they are spring-loaded to assume you are trying to take advantage of something by simply asking a question. Raven is the exception-she has done an outstanding job each day and is always professional and has a positive attitude! Walls are pretty thin…try to get a end room or at least away from the elevator.

Nice and clean place ! I had a wonderful stay. You do have to pay for the breakfast that was a bummer, and there is NO spa. But the indoor pool was nice , and overall the hotel was nice. I enjoyed my stay! Wonderful location as well there’s restaurants everywhere , gas stations, the mall isn’t to far from here as well. Definitely recommend ! :)

Kendel and Olivia at the bar are phenomenal. Incredibly positive bar experience. All the food is cooked fresh to order. Ive stayed at several Hiltons before, but this is definitely the *best* one. I'm from Ohio, and it was a long trip, but I'm glad I paid a bit extra for this hotel. Room was great as well.

The service was pathetic. When asked to have room cleaned was told I needed to ask by 8 am(it was 9 am). Asked for towels and cups for water and some coffee pods and they never brought. We had two rooms. One of them the fire alarm battery was low and beeped all night. They never replaced. Staff was rude and acted like they were doing yiy have favor to check in and extremely rude when asked to have room cleaned. We are Hilton Honors and this was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Ever!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Fabulous hot shower with plenty of water pressure. Parking lot well equipped to park our pick up truck with motorcycle trailer.

Awesome place to stay! It was the ideal location for eating, shopping, and other places to go out to. The beds were comfortable and our room was very clean! The staff was very nice and helpful! I recommend this hotel!

Initially this trip was as expected. Later that evening the heat went out in our room and the hotel was booked at 100% capacity. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure that everything that we would need to make it through one night was accessible and staff was on call the manager had our unit checked by maintenance and then moved me from a junior suite to a full suite for the next day because the unit in our room could not be fixed. The one night of inconvenience was severely discounted, point where added to my account. I appreciate it the staff of this hotel keeping us informed of everything being done even when we were no longer at the hotel I would get text messages and phone calls to keep us abreast of the room status. I was in town to Celebrate a family birthday.

Nice newer, clean and accommodating staff. Couple of things that really stink. No servicing of the rooms, I know that makes me really early 2019 to expect my room to be serviced. But it is one of the things that makes, made, staying in a hotel something less than mundane. Pillows, good grief, somewhere along the way it was decided to toss many awful pillows on the bed instead of a couple nice ones. Head sinks through them in seconds. Breakfast is for sale here, yeah, the more you pay for the room, the less chance you seem to have of a decent included breakfast. Hot water in the morning, evening shower is fine, nice hot water, get up early and the same bean counter in charge of room care has decided to turn the water heater off until maybe 8am. Ya know, I have to get up early, and a hot shower really makes a difference, especially when your neck is hurting from sleeping without any head support. I mean none of these matters too much, in a $70 a night hotel, but for something around 3 times that much you might expect a bit more.
