Choose a different property for your stay. We booked two adjacent rooms for two nights for our family of 5. The “We’ve stepped away” sign seems to be always present at the front desk. The TV signal is weak, and all programming constantly glitched, making the use of the TV extremely annoying. The Bowflex dumbbells in the fitness center were broken. Hotel provides a small kitchenette, but no utensils or plates or bowls, like you would see at a Residence Inn. Walls seem thin, as it’s very easy to hear what’s happening in rooms around us. Room was clean at least. First and last time staying here.

First of all, I acknowledge the cleanliness of this place...However, I experienced three inconveniences. 1)When we first checked in, asked for another floor, but staff was rejected, and we were offended by the staff's lack of kindness. 2) It was the appearance of a large cockroach in the room. 3) television didn't work. The staff said they would call the mainternance person, but someone didn't come and we couldn't watch TV. The most important thing was the rudeness of the staff. She never apologized to us for all this inconvenience. Forgot ones, two more,..1) The Wi-Fi password to get it had to be called to the internet company. It was my first time to call the internet company and ask for the Wi-Fi password. What have you guys been through? 2) I think the cart should be discarded because the frame is separated from the bottom. I couldn't just load it and drag it.

I stayed here for work this past summer. Overall, had a great experience living here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. If your interested in nightlife options, I’d suggest looking elsewhere as there aren’t many options in this part of town, especially not within walking distance. But, university city in 10-15 minutes, uptown in 20 so great location overall. Only bit of criticism I have is very small. There needs to be more carts for bringing in/taking out luggage. They only have two for the entire hotel, so if they’re both out you’re out of luck. Being an extended stay hotel, many people are staying for a while so consequently have a lot of stuff, so a few additional carts would be good. But again, overall great experience!

The hotel was okay. No TV service and the shower was cold one. No hot water. For the price though it was what I expected for a $100 a night hotel. Comforters on the beds were stained but the sheets were clean. Update.. we scheduled for 2 nights but after the 1st night experience we checked out. Bill showed 1 night but got charged on my card for both nights. Called the hotel and they said we don't do refunds. BEWARE. I have disputed it with my credit card company. Shady business and subpar accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel brand. I travel 50 nights a year. I will not visit this brand again. Stay was 4/13/2023 Room 232 Guest Folio 55614

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for two and a half months, this should be called a motel, and you all have the nerve to have a sign that says no refund and the rooms are dirty and stinks. We were there because we were waiting for our house to get finished. I have never had to go into a hotel and clean it like I did, the sheets had stains it them and the comforter was dirty and smelled, we brought our own sheets, pillows and everything needed for us to sleep comfortable, the mattress was like sleeping on beds from basic training, carpet inside the room and hallways was dirty as hell and had a terrible smell, I took pictures of everything that I felted was not worth this place having the score that it did. And there were stink bugs in the room everytime we left and came back to the room and the assistant manager had the nerve to say that we were bringing them in from the outside on our clothes, that sounded so stupid, I took pictures of the amount of trash I cleaned up off the floor, the amount of black mess I scrubbed from the toilet, sink and tub, I don't know who I need to show these pictures to, but I am, because I don't think management has the right to allow people to sleep in filth and not be willing to give a refund, it's not right. The best part of this place is the outside and I'm going to have my friends stop by from the Concord Police Department and I am going to file a complaint with the BBB, about how nasty and dirty this place is, a damn shame. I read alot of your reviews and the ones that complain, you don't respond to, just the ones that's saying good things about this nasty place, so sorry that I can't lie to make this place look good in anyway possible.

The only reason this gets 1 star is because Steph was amazing! The room had dog hair everywhere, dog food on the floor, ants on the counter and stove top (mind you this was rm 432 on the 4th floor), and crumbs under the desk. The beds felt like cots and there was an orangish red spot on the sheet. The tv wouldn't connect to any channels. We were moved to another room the next day. But upon entering the room, we noticed there were people already staying in there. The room was booked for a week, we stayed 1 day and I'm still waiting on my refund from Marco.

This place is a complete nightmare. The employees are ridiculously rude and lack professional etiquette and customer service skills. The general manager lies about every single thing, and can not be held to his word! I do not recommend spending a dime at this location. Things seem ok in the beginning, then the real devil's within come out like a freak at night, warning, don't waste your time or money.

Booked a reservation for 1/27/23 but knew I wasn’t able to check in till later in the night since I was driving all the way from Florida for a family funeral. When I got there the door was locked with a note on the counter stating the team member would be back soon and to call the number if I needed help. I called the number and no one picked up fortunately someone was walking out and so I was able to get inside. When I came in and walked up to the counter a young lady came out from a room adjacent from the counter, so I’m not sure why there was a sign that said no one was there when there was a team member actually there. She asked if I had a reservation and I said yes but she then replied that their system was down until the next day and there was no way for her to check me in. It was 10:30pm and I had driven 9 hours from Florida and had to scramble to find another hotel. I called the next day and asked because I wasn’t able to be checked in on the 27th if they could accommodate me for the 28th to which the girl on the phone replied with two statements “it was out of our control” that is also out of my control and the second thing she said was “that’s a general manager question and he doesn’t work weekends”. There seems to be no regard for for there customers and I will not recommend or stay at this hotel ever.

Staff is A-1, the young lady that works in the evening is the most polite and pleasant person you will meet at the hotel. Jada is super friendly and polite. Even if you have an issue, you will not be upset. Marco is super solid as well. The manager here. Very down to earth for what his building provides. My family is great full for all of them. Thankyou.

The staff at this location is very helpful and consistently friendly. the reason that I did not give five star, is due to the front desk allows this one guest to sit on the counter for the past two weeks and be offensive to incoming guest.

No complaints about hotel. The Staff was professional and polite. The overall cleanliness of rooms and hotel 5 stars. Prime location next to mall, restaurants, race tracks etc. Thanks for hospitality!

I travel alot and look for several qualities from my "home away from home." First impression has the lasting impact. From my first visit and talking to Marco general manager, meeting Brittany the assistant general manager, I felt I would be safe. My interactions with the staffs were professional and courtesy. There were several people; like myself, that travel for work. I've never stayed somewhere where hotel guests and staff could feel like family. Extreme happy I had chosen this place. I could see they are making a lot of improvements. The end results I'm sure this hotel will rank among the higher end brand. The price was great. I will be staying again. Thank you for a great experience. 👍🏽

No running water all day! Wifi and cable are down AND there is no anticipated resolution for any of these. We were provided no courtesies, such as a discounted/refunded nightly rate or bottles of water. The receptionist (heavily accented black woman) is EXTREMELY rude and lacks any semblance of customer service competencies. The reception desk also has a constant “stepped away” sign so you’ll need to call the number listed, no matter the time of day. This is likely due to the fact that the staff is constantly hanging out in the office or are actually off-site, taking forwarded calls. Definitely spend your money elsewhere! Update: Day 2 and still no running water. Management has not provided any updates and no remedy has been offered for the inconvenience. 🫠

Only Complaint I have is about the luggage cart needs to be replace. The wheels are flate, the handles are broken, and there’s only one. And the Wi-Fi is no good it only runs at 5 mb and the company advertise that they have super fast Wi-Fi

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Holes in the bathroom door, bugs in the bed, chicken bones on the stairway landing, paint pealing in the bathroom. Bad element hanging outside drinking. Just all around bad.

I stayed here over the weekend on a trip to see family. It was the cheapest option in the area and it was very convenient, but we had a few issues. Firstly, I woke up with a roach on my face. I killed it and went back to bed... but it took a while. Not much more to say about that. Also, we came back into the room to find water puddled on the floor and the carpet wet. It seemed the A/C was leaking or condensing inside the room. It appeared they had drying equipment running into other rooms on our floor so I'm guessing we weren't the only ones with an issue. The staff were nice, but I can't recommend staying here unfortunately.

Spend one night out of a week that was scheduled due to conflicts, but the highlight of the stay was speaking with Marco ( the general manager ) and getting unparalleled customer service. Any issues I had were addressed to my knowledge, and I would recommend this establishment for anyone needing a place to temporarily stay.

It is great! The front desk young lady Annisa was very patient, professional and courteous during the renewal process. Also, very caring she saw a woman having trouble opening the door while pushing the cart. She stopped and asked me if I would help her. That shows Annisa cares about others.

Loved the location of hotel, bathroom was super clean and friendly staff. BUT I DONT RECOMMEND! For one the beds do not have any protective coverings. The fridge did not work, phone was broken and gnats and other bugs kept coming into room. Pay the extra money for something nicer.

This hotel is nice but they accomodations are terrible. My first room had no air and also the next room they moved me to TV just went completely out no internet or cable everything went blank as I got good and comfortable totally unacceptable! I think this hotel needs more staff it's nice though!

Very nice property but it’s very loud! First room I was assigned the bathtub was filthy. Second room the tv was not working at all! The person in the room above me must had a party because it was stomping all night ! Might I add I waited a while before I was able to check in and check out and clear no one is ever at the front desk ! You will be waiting for a while unless you yell for help or ask someone else for assistance!

Friendly, helpful and fun staff who are very nice. The place is kind of pricey but the location is real nice and is close to just about everything you will need. Although the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, it is close to many restaurants and the room is real nice, quiet, comfortable and well furnished including a full kitchen setup and a k-cup coffee maker. It is a nice cozy little hotel in a nice location.

I am a travel nurse from NJ and I had the pleasure to call this hotel my home away from home for one year. Marco, Brittany and staff went above and beyond many times to help make my/my puppy “Ava’s” stay comfortable. It’s was a pleasure meeting you all. Thank you!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 months, and never complained about not getting room service, because I cleaned my own shower curtains, sheets, and used my own disinfectant cleaner to clean my room, also bought my own mops, but I was still charged a service fee for four months. The general manager Marco has a serious complex, and if you complain to him… he avoids the problem.

This place is trash!!!!! Blankets are full of burn holes, has kitchenette but not pots, pans, dishes or silverware at all. You only get 2 towels and wash clothes for 7 days. Witnessed multiple people doing drugs inside and outside the hotel.
