OMG, this hotel was soooo good! The rooms were so clean, the staff was super pleasant and helpful, they had so many great things there. Breakfast was amazing, and they have a Starbucks on-site in the lobby, wow! This was a great place to stay and will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was amazing! We stayed short notice for an impromptu Mothers Day overnighter. They allow pets for a pet fee, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and essentially full size minus an oven. It was very much a home away from home even if just for one night. Staff was very sweet and helped us with our stay. Breakfast had various items to choose from. We will certainly be staying here again for a mini-vacation from our NC home.

LITERALLY one of my FAVORITE hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s up there with the Four Seasons! The suite was beautiful and I’m picky so trust me you will love it ! Everything in the room was spotless and well taken care of. The hotel looks brand new and smells fresh! I was truly at home during my stay. I checked in with Ruthie she was so sweet and welcoming and I checked out with Gen and she was so polite and nice with me and other hotel guest! She asked me how my stay was and I could tell she genuinely cared! I love this hotel! This will be my hotel I stay at anytime I’m in Charlotte/Concord area!

This was a pretty great place to stay. I had no problems and the breakfast they serve is top tier. I also played basketball with some family members that was fun as well. I would definitely recommend this Hotel

This is my new favorite hotel! The manager Stephanie and her staff were terrific. We stayed on Nov. 11, 2022, for our honeymoon night and were treated like royalty. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is good, and customer service is on point!

Homewood Suites in Concord is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in North Carolina. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is fresh, and there are options for everybody! The housekeeping is on point, and has cleaned our room everyday of our stay. All of the workers are very friendly, and fast to assist you with anything you may need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There is an outdoor pool that is always stocked with towels, and a grill/fire pit that have come in very handy for social time! There is a lovely basketball court too! I highly enjoyed my stay here!

Haven't been to Charlotte in 6 or 7 years, had a bad experience that has made me avoid it at all costs. But due to exhaustion from the heat and getting late, I decided to stop for the night. It is a relatively new hotel, and the digital key works on the exterior doors as well as the rooms. Room smelled clean and fresh, A/C was on to 70*. The parking lot was nice and big, I was easily able to park my pickup and trailer combo. The pool looked nice, but wasn't able to use it. The gym was state of the art. This was the first hotel in the Hilton chain that I have seen all natural HEALTHY snacks available in the pantry. They had a few vegan snacks, vegi chips, dehydrated fruits. And also had some special toiletries. So I would recommend this hotel, its in a nice quiet area, among 4 other hotels. Nice walking areas, and plenty of Good restaurants that can deliver

This hotel was great! The room was spacious and very clean the kitchen had everything expected and a little more. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and went above and beyond and she never seemed annoyed after being called multiple times. Thank you for your business and excellent customer service. Will definitely return again. Very nice hotel!

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. They have a really nice outdoor area for lounging, gym is a decent size with a good choice of equipment. The suites have a kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, cabinets, and cook top- kind of like a studio apt. Would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here after a date night. We normally stay at a Hampton when we travel and had never stayed at a Homewood Suites, but what a nice surprise. It was a very nice hotel in a great area. We really enjoyed our stay! It is very clean - we never noticed anything out of place or dirty. We had the King suite and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had a great size tv that is a smart tv. Which was nice because we forgot our firestick. And let me mention that when we walked in, it actually said "Welcome, Natasha" on the tv. I thought that was a great gesture. It really made us feel special. We were also given complimentary bottled water and two candy bars. We were just wowed. The staff was very nice and professional. They had free hot breakfast which was very very good. Oh and the fitness room was amazing - definitely better than the Hampton and Hilton hotels we've stayed at. You can really get a full workout in there. Overall the room was amazing and exceeded our expectations! My only complaints were there weren't any makeup wipes or toothpaste in the room (I forgot to pack some) and the room we had faces the dealership/road so it is lit up and you're unable to close the curtain (the other curtain is sheer). So there was a lot of light shining through at bedtime.

Everything was great especially the front desk workers. Very pleasant. I would have given 10 but there was a tissue in our room on the floor near the bed and the kitchenette sink was clogged. I definitely would stay again because those are easy things to fix. Overall it was a great stay. Very convenient to the mall and music pavilion. Full review on TikTok! @kimberlyelaine80

I stayed at this hotel for 2 months for work. It became my home 2.0 and that’s thanks to the amazing staff. My room was great and always clean. There are very few complaints I have. My dishwasher in my room didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge deal since I could hand wash them and towards the end of my stay I didn’t receive room cleaning for the last week I was there. But that may be due to their system being messed up. Other than that this hotel was amazing and I would recommend it to any one looking to stay in Concord.

Absolutely mortified! Me and my husband traveled for 12 hours to get here and arrived at approximately 5:00 in the morning. We do not have access to get into the hotel because we didn't have a key yet and we waited 15 minutes behind the glass. When we confronted the lady she had attitude with us and said she just left the desk to go to the bathroom. Went to our first room at 201 and it was absolutely filthy. Got switched to the third floor at room 301 and pulled back the covers and there was human hair, fake eyelashes, and dog hair on it. Then we took off the sheets, same thing. There was actually filth at the end of the bed where people's feet were with a Dusty crumbs and hair. My husband went downstairs to go get new sheets because there was no housekeepers. We strip the bed and then found on the mattress cover pubic hairs and more dog hair and human hair... So we stripped that and then found a huge ring of urine probably about the size of my body in the mattress and on the side. My husband flipped over the mattress to see if it was better and there was more hair actually big chunks of hair was covering the whole mattress. You can tell this mattress has not been cleaned for years. I am bewildered of the condition of the rooms and the mattresses and that we had to go through this. We have seen lately the downfall of Hilton hotels. We are so disappointed. All we wanted to do was peacefully get some rest after driving 12 hours. Not only having to change two rooms , our own bedding, and still trying to get another room. After warming up the lady downstairs is actually starting to act right. We personally showed her the pictures and the bedding of what it looked like and she continuously apologized. There's things that I can overlook you know, most people can because people have bad days when cleaning, but overall this hotel has handprints, sludge, smears, stains and a dusting of uncleanness from the walls, to the windows and stainless steel... I guess certain people do things differently. We are at our third room with the front desk profusely apologizing. She said never in her time that she's ever been here she's had to switch people three rooms and apologize for the filth and inconvenience that we've had to endure. Thank you we appreciate the kindness.

Great place to stay! The hotel was immaculate! The room was fantastic! Kitchen, separate living room, ceiling fans! Close to restaurants, shopping and so much more! You won't be disappointed!

This place was very nice. My suite had lots of space with nice tvs and beds.The bathroom sink mirror has great lighting for photos. Loved the full sized refrigerator. The employees are very pleasant. There is Concord Mills Mall shopping (movie theater, escape room and more) and plenty of restaurants around. It’s right at exit towards at Charlotte or any exit for that matter.

Excellent stay in a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. 12PM check in was wonderful after a late night.

This was the third year that my husband, mother, brother, and sister in law have stayed here. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and it's a very convenient location to everything. We come for the World Finals at The Dirt Track. The receptionist at the desk say have a great day/evening and welcome you back everytime you come and go. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I stayed there for a gymnastics competition. The lobby and breakfast area are nicely decorated and comfortable. I like the little seating area near the elevators, and the separate areas for the gym,business center and laundry facilities. The rooms were clean, kitchen ample, and there was plenty of work space. I loved the large windows and the view of the city in the distance at night. The staff was friendly, and Nagere was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again and to recommend it.

Very nice property. Clean rooms. Well kept grounds and building. Quiet. The breakfast was ok, not great. The front desk employees were very nice. I wasn't a fan of housekeeping, ushering us out two hours before checkout by knocking on the door and then claiming not to speak English when the door was answered. Also, a suggestion,, it would be nice to have parking permits for the lot because when there is an event at the neighboring convention center, all of the parking is taken up.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room and stay. The beds were super comfortable. The room basically has a kitchen and was nice and roomy including the bathroom. Great location. We loved it and this will make us look at other Homewood suites when traveling elsewhere. It was also very clean and the staff was nice.

Everything was very clean, roomy, and nice. I never heard anything, so very quiet. Free breakfast was good. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and nice! 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. Very close to Concord Mills and many shopping places, as well as places to eat!!

This unassuming hotel is fantastic. It's super clean, everyone is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and kept up, the wonderful woman taking care of it every helped my son carry his plates to the table 🙂.

The young lady at the desk was extremely confident, professional and helpful. Her friendliness was an added plus! The hotel was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The lobby and the free breakfast area as well as the outdoor seating area were absolutely lovely. We would most definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in Charlotte. It is safe to say it would be our only choice.

I had a great experience. Common areas are clean and well decorated, the room looked and smelled clean, very friendly staff and good continental breakfast options. Only one drawback, no blackout curtains. I definitely like this place and will stay again. Thank You.

From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the other employees that simply pass you in the hallway - they are some of the nicest people I've ever encountered. Room was clean too. A great experience all the way around. We were supposed to shift to another hotel in a different location but extended our stay here instead.. Thank you all for all you do. You are appreciated!

We loved the room although we would suggest getting softer mattresses. The front desk staff was so nice and pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel itself was perfect for a home away from home experience. We will recommend this place to anyone

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast staff and front desk lady were very helpful and friendly. My son has special needs and requires a straw to drink. The hotel doesn’t have any. The staff went above and beyond to get him one! I would highly recommend this hotel! Great location for outlet mall.

We had a great stay here while visiting for a show at the Speedway. The rooms were clean and spacious and the full breakfast buffet was an added bonus. The assistant manager at the check-in counter and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
