My
experience
at
this
location
was
not
the
best
in
the
world.
We
came
up
for
the
Beyonce
Renaissance
Concert,
so
the
location
was
pretty
good,
since
most
of
the
hotels
near
the
stadium
were
sold
out.
We
booked
2
rooms.
When
we
arrived,
we
noticed
that
the
toilet
would
not
flush.
We
tried
to
manually
do
it
from
the
tank
and
it
wouldn’t
budge
for
nothing.
It
wasn’t
clogged.
We
informed
the
front
desk
attendant
(black
lady,
40s-50s)
around
5:15
as
we
were
headed
out
to
enjoy
the
concert,
I
asked
her
to
call
maintenance
about
the
toilet
and
asked
if
they
could
come
before
the
concert
ended
at
11:00.
She
stated
that
she
was
going
to
let
them
know
right
away.
When
we
returned
to
the
hotel
around
1:00
AM,
we
were
about
to
use
the
bathroom
and
noticed
that
it
still
wasn’t
working.
We
went
downstairs
to
inform
the
overnight
front
desk
attendant,
Ms.
C.
She
said
that
there
were
no
notes
from
the
previous
attendant,
but
she
could
offer
us
a
plunger
to
use.
That
sounded
kind
of
insensitive.
We
didn’t
mind
using
a
plunger,
but
that
is
a
really
big
inconvenience,
especially
in
a
room
with
4
women.
We
inquired
about
a
new
room
to
be
moved
to
and
was
informed
that
the
hotel
was
sold
out,
understandably.
We
said
okay
and
just
agreed
to
come
downstairs
if
we
needed
to
use
the
bathroom.
As
we
prepared
to
go
to
bed,
we
noticed
that
both
beds,
the
walls,
the
desks,
nightstands,
and
all
had
ants
go
galore.
They
were
all
in
the
bedding,
sheets,
and
the
mattresses.
The
other
room
had
bed
bugs
in
the
linen,
which
is
unsanitary.
We
came
back
downstairs
and
spoke
with
Ms.
C
about
the
inconvenience
of
a
room
infested
with
bugs.
I
showed
her
bug
bites
and
all
from
the
bugs.
She
called
next
door
to
the
sister
hotel
to
see
if
they
had
any
availability,
but
they
were
sold
out.
She
told
us
that
if
it
were
her,
she
wouldn’t
stay
in
the
rooms
because
of
the
bugs
(I
showed
her
video
and
photo
proof
of
the
bugs
in
real
time).
We
tried
looking
for
other
hotels
around
the
area,
but
because
of
the
concert
everything
was
sold
out.
We
decided
just
to
tough
it
out
because
of
the
time
(by
this
time
it
was
2:30
and
we
needed
to
get
some
rest
before
getting
on
the
road).
We
asked
for
new
linen.
Even
with
changing
the
linen,
the
new
linen
had
ants
in
there.
The
hotel
is
an
older,
outdated
one.
Very
small
rooms,
no
microwave
in
the
room,
and
barn
doors
for
the
bathroom
which
don’t
provide
any
privacy
whatsoever.
Overall,
the
location
of
the
hotel
was
nice,
but
the
experience
was
not
nice
at
all.
Ms.
C
and
the
midday
desk
attendant
were
nice;
however,
the
manager
didn’t
seem
understanding
and
made
us
feel
as
though
we
were
lying
about
the
situation
just
to
get
a
free
stay,
although
that
was
not
the
case.
He
didn’t
seem
to
value
our
concerns
at
all
and
simply
just
kept
saying
that
we
could
reach
out
to
Travelocity,
who
we
booked
the
rooms
through.
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel.
