Great find! Bartender was doing a tour presentation when we arrived but we waited patiently as it was very interesting and informative. Great atmosphere and great drinks! A must try! Steven is amazing!

Cozy cocktail bar with hand crafted, custom cocktails. No waitresses- you need to push though to the bar to get a drink. Wide selection of alcohol but a fairly limited selection on their custom drink menu. Most of the drinks were whiskey based. Would have liked a wider selection of custom drinks with other types of alcohol. Drinks were $10 to $15 each. The drinks did have were very good.

We came for Brandon but we got Keaton and Thomas and they were wonderful hosts and shared the specialty drinks. Who is Brandon? You have to visit Upstairs Cotton Room!

Went here late one night on random Wednesday night. It was SUPER BUSY, but the bartender was methodically getting to everyone. Very small and cramped, but the crowd seemed fun.

Amazing local spot to have a drink and watch some sports! They are a tottenham hotspurs backer and always have a great crowd to watch the games. Come on you spurs! Their Guinness tastes beautiful in the morning watching a spurs game.

I would give no stars if I could. This is my first and last time coming here. When I walked in with my husband, the bartender was giving a presentation. We sat down on a couch and waited. But we were never greeted or even acknowledged at all. Another couple walked in and also waited but were also never greeted and left after a few minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Despite this place being very packed, it was an excellent time! Great service and selection of beers 🍻 bar tenders were very friendly and professional! Amber was especially great!

This place is nice, atmosphere is great - small room upstairs with a rustic speak easy vibe and comfy couches, but the bartender and drinks need some work. Got 4 drinks total. Whiskey with coke, could barley tell there was whiskey in there. Went for the 2nd round and the bartender rudely told me he was busy with some type of presentation. Acted super annoyed for me ordering another 2 very simple drinks. Had to wait 15-20 mins after that to close out. Our 2nd round of drinks tasted like water. I don’t mind waiting, as this guy was clearly the only bartender. I get it. I just don’t know why you’re annoyed with bar patrons ordering drinks in a bar. 35 bucks and barley buzzed. I’d come back if I wasn’t treated like I was annoying the bartender and the drinks had more alcohol in them. (I can barley take a shot, so for me to say it’s a weak drink..) Still tipped because that’s my nature. But this bar, would not recommend unless the service and drinks improved.

Saw the campfire old fashioned and had to visit this place. It did not disappoint. Great drink menu and the guys take pride in crafting the drinks. A small, cozy atmosphere(loved the old brick and character) and a great place to visit.

Perfect cocktail bar. Good size, nice dim lighting, comfortable bar and couch seating. Great and expansive menu with solid drink combos with all your favorite spirits. Their scotch cocktail is one of the best I’ve had. Great spot to stop by or kill some time late night with friends.

First offf the place is cool and drinks good but the service is awful. It could have been so much better with the right happy outgoing person behind the bar. Adios Amigos.

Small and intimate bar. I would suggest adding more to the menu for those not sure what to order. The bartender is great to create something but when it's busy, it would be nice to just find something on the menu to get the order in queue.

I wish I could've come back. My crew and I visited the Cotton Room on our first night in Charlotte. The bartender was a true mixologist who took pride in his craft. The atmosphere was really nice and low key. The drinks were amazing. The prices were average for the area, but the quality was superb! Visit if you get a chance and want great cocktails in a low key environment.

Great bar with impressive selection, inventive cocktails and friendly bartenders. Good vibes all around.

Excellent drinks, great atmosphere

Wish I could give it more stars. I stumbled on this place when I found a roof top bar to be closed. Steven was holding down the fort. When I walked in, he wasn't shy about telling me he made the best old fashioned in charlotte. This is a big claim, right? Well, truly, it was the best old fashioned I've ever had. He's also a great conversationalist (when he's not slammed) and truly cares about his craft. I think it's increasingly rare in today's climate to find people who take this much pride in what they do. Steven - thanks for an awesome time brotha! Hope we cross paths again!

This is a great place to visit for a unique and delicious cocktail. Love their creative options for mixed drinks and the atmosphere!! Bartender was very knowledgeable.

This bar consistently has top tier drinks and service. The ingredients are fresh and all the mixologist know their stuff. The playlist is always playing good music and it is a chill awesome atmosphere. By far one of my favorite places for cocktails.

Highly recommend! The lighting is set perfectly to create a calm vibe. I recommend this bar to anyone looking for a great drink.
