Ordered to go. Paid $8 for 7 small mozzarella sticks and $8 for only a handful of fried pickles.$11 for spinach artichoke dip just for it to come in a very small styrofoam bowl. In all spent almost $30 for three very small and disappointing appetizers. I seriously cannot recommend this place for food or ever visit here again. Staff was not attentive at all. Stood waiting for them to finish their conversation before I could even tell them we placed a pickup order. We only went because it was one of the only places open at 12am and we thought we'd give it a try. What we ordered tastes average at BEST. It was ready in a decent about of time though.

Awesome, Awesome place! Very friendly staff. Karaoke on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Nice pool tables, good food and good liquor and beer.

I asked for crispy wings and I got burnt ones. The bartender told me I couldn't get a refund only a replacement but who would want one after having your food ruined already. Definitely the worst customer service ever. I am a server and if a person pays as much as I did and is unhappy... we do what we can to make them happy! I actually loved coming here and now I don't want to come back.

This place came up on Google for karaoke, and I was in the mood for a singing good time. Unfortunately the energy was stiff; my husband and I were the only people of color at the time we arrived, and the atmosphere was awkward. After being seated, a male waiter was cordial and informative, he took our food and drink order and that's pretty much all we saw of him for the rest of our time there. He brought us our drinks and napkins and he NEVER came back to check on us. A skittish female brought us our food and she was unfriendly and abrupt, almost sliding our food on the table. The nachos were stale and flavorless and the wings were just ok. Never once were we asked if wanted more drinks, and the female waitress barely wanted to speak to ask if we were ok. I did enjoy my drink, but that's it, that's all. Would never go back and quite frankly, I want my money back for the food!

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Lucky Lou’s, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed. Now, I don't mind paying a premium for a well-crafted cocktail, but nearly $16 for a mediocre drink that tastes mostly of simple syrup is shameful. It's clear that they are more interested in maximizing their profit margins than providing a reasonable value to their customers.

Please read this review because this is very important. I watched a customer who was stumbling get into his car to drive. I told the doorman who proceeded to stay it’s okay, they know the customer. Then the doorman walked back inside. I then watch the intoxicated man HIT A POLE and tell the doorman. The doorman allowed the intoxicated driver continue what he was doing and even helped him back out of the parking lot. Disgusting. They know this man and decide to continuously provide him alcohol and allow him to drive home. They do not cut him off. I watched him slam a beer in the parking lot before getting in his car. I watched him stumble. I watched his friend talk to him about how he was very intoxicated. This is horrible. This all happened on my first experience while I was just grabbing takeout.. I will be reporting this.

Went for karaoke. Got wings, drinks, new friends, and a good time! Place was nice and cozy. Clean and the staff is friendly. Wings were cooked to perfection. Only reason for 4 stars karaoke song list was not very up to date and didn't have much to choose from in r&b area. Other than that it was pretty cool.

Wonderful service and great good. Dog friendly on the two back patios, complete with dog water bowls. The Godfather sandwich is incredible. Buffalo chips are tasty! Burgers were good too. Team service is great and works well here. We felt very welcome and attended to. Beautiful location to sit outside. Wheelchair accessible from the front to the back patio.

In a nutshell, it is a tavern with a cool laid back Vibe. The staff is friendly and the food was expected. It was a large group and we had chicken fingers, meatballs and chipsnamd dip. They have a couple of pool tables for your enjoyment. They make pretty Strong cocktail here.

I used to love this bar, but now would not recommend it. They over serve "regulars" who sometimes are aggressive and accost people. It doesn't matter how sloppy someone is, if they know the owner or the bartenders then they get a free pass. Unfortunately, I've seen this happen multiple times. Find somewhere else to get a beer and food, it's not worth it.

A tried and true favorite. Kitchen is open late and food is consistently well above average for bar-fare. Pool tables, a jukebox, strong drinks and fair prices contribute to an environment where you’ll never meet a stranger. It’s family owned and operated the only bar I’ve met other locals at. A Charlotte gem!

This tour was amazing!! Ashton was the best tour guide one could ask for. We had a blast singing, sightseeing, and eating the day away! I definitely recommend this tour if you are in the Charlotte area and want some good food and karaoke fun!!

Great bar to cozy up on a rainy day and watch some games. Truly a gem filled with regulars and newcomers with attentive service and plenty of options. It takes me back to the neighborhood bars that are slowly going with the wind. No frills hangout spot and I hear the wings are solid will have to go back and try them soon.

This place is not fine dining, but I'm giving it 5 stars for the following reasons. The food was decent -- not impressed by the "kickass" nachos, tasted more like largely bland tacos broken up and turned into nachos, but the fried pickles and wings were good and I've had other food there before that was pretty good. I will get the French Dip next time. All that being said... we got in at 9PM, the place was absolutely packed for karaoke night (hadn't had enough to drink to go sing, maybe next time) and I think I heard the doorman say they had room for only two more, and there was only two in my party so that worked out great, but we immediately got a table (many tables, most were taken), immediately got service, drinks from the bar were practically instant, and the food was quick to get out. So it was a great experience and great service. Decent food. But the kitchen's also open until 2AM, which is also very nice if you're looking for late night opportunities... thanks!

Can't say enough great things about this spot..... unlike any bar/tavern/restaurant I've ever been.... mellow but still fun.... great great food..... super staff.....I know I sound like an advertisement but this place is a special place. Try the wings, the Reuben, the Carolina Burger and the Cheese Fritters.

Hidden gem of Southpark, this place holds a special spot in my heart. Come as you are vibes - everyone is always having an amazing time in here whether you’re here for lunch on a Tuesday or to unwind at midnight on the weekend, the ambiance is unmatched in this area. Also $3 red wine glass on Thursday’s is by far the best deal you’ll find anywhere in Southpark / park road area

Food was really good. I got the blackened chicken Alfredo. Pretty good. She got the chicken tenders and the breading on them was amazing. Fries are thick and seasoned just right. Food came out HOT! The parking is a little tight but other than that this is a neat spot for pool, good classic bar styled food and a safe atmosphere from what I can tell.

The only reason I gave them a 4 star, was because of the lack of beer selection. Our waitress was great and very helpful. You need to order the wings. Cant go wrong!

I came here for the karaoke event on a Saturday night and it was fun. I didn't order food so I can't say much about that but the service seems to be good. They kept coming around the table I was at. Will be back for karaoke nights

Cute place food was ok… hubby got the fish and chips and wasn’t impressed . MAC and cheese had a flavor I couldn’t place- chicken was dry. But the place itself is cute - I bet it would be better on a busy night

Took a date to this place and was terribly disappointed in the professionalism of the bar staff. My date and I were accosted by a drunk patron who obviously was friends of the bartenders. We never even spoke to this over served cretin of an individual. I myself was injured and had no desire to engage this person, we asked the bartender to have him removed but they offered no assistance because they were acquaintances. The bouncer seemed much more interested in his slumber at the door. This is no way to run a decent bar. This could have ended much worse and I bet this drunk has caused many disturbances in the past. The owner needs to investigate this situation because I’m sure it will happen again.

It's not a bad place to eat and relax but it wasn't great either. It was pretty basic. I'd go there again but more out of convenience than desire.

Once I saw this blood looking substance on my containers, I just threw everything away.
