The food was okay but due to the AWFUL customer service this place deserve 0 STARS🙅🏽‼️I placed an To-go order for 1 lowcountry shrimp at 8:21pm and was told that it would be ready in 15mins but I didn't receive my order until 9:00pm. When I walked in I was not greeted or acknowledge by ANYONE Devin 2843 was responsible for the Togo orders when I walked in all the to go orders was sitting out on the counter getting cold while Devin was too busy grinding on another employee in the kitchen! Management need a MAJOR improvement the night shift staff members all need to be replaced and Corporate will be notified! I don't think the employees understand This is a place of business the owner of this franchise would be embarrassed ☹️😒😔

Finest American chain of restaurants. I have been to other chains and this is way above all others . They excel in quality, ambience and service. Reasonable pricing and variety of menu. Kids have free meal everyday. Their complimentary bread is mouthwatering and addictive. Shrimp and chicken are well cooked and delicious. Definitely a must try restaurant.

This will be my first and last visit. I have a specific blood disorder and I asked for a medium well steak. I was given a medium-rare to nearly rare steak. It sounds like a petty complaint except I have a form of anemia and a lowered immune system due to being sick recently. I was I shut myself so I am aware of how to cook meat properly. I came here on the advice of a co-worker and I've heard somewhat respectable thing from family members. I will never again come to O'Charley's.

Great service and the food is really good. The pain fruit punch is so good. I love the bread

Steak was okay, priced at okay so that’s good. Server was nice but the table was oddly sticky, not how you want to describe your table

We just at there for lunch and received exceptional service from our server Nala. The food was fantastic but she made the experience even better. Everyone there was super friendly and the service was quick since we were on our lunch break. We got the Go Go Crunch for desert and oh my goodness that was amazing. I ordered the BBQ sandwich and that was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for the amazing service. Keep up the good work!

Went to dinner on 2/5/2020 with friends, 6 adults total. Worse service I have ever had. 20 minutes to get our drink order. Waitress took our dinner order and disappeared! 45 minutes later, our dinner came out but we never got our soup or salad. Management aware as they brought the food out and said they would take soup off the bill. Order more drinks which never showed up but were charged for them. Pie order all wrong! Took 4 waitress to brink one glass of soda. Took 4 times to get one couples bill right. If I could give a minus review I would. Will not be back even for free pie!

The service was great! The food, not so much. Everything tasted like extra salty. The kids pizza was not good, we sent it back for something else. My Dad had chicken pot pie and did not like it either. Maybe it was an off night. But they had free pie Wednesday! I got peach, super hard. I should of stuck to cherry.

Order delivery. Wasn't expecting to be high quality because it wasn't dine in, and that's fine with me because I know when ordering delivery it a wait and a time line. Food got here on time driver was great. But I didn't have not one condiment in bag. Husband and I order simple because we know its delivery. So with that we order 2 chicken tender dinners one with fries and Mac and cheese and one with fries and a side house salad. Order of rolls. No dressing for salad. No dipping sauces for tender which was honey mustard. And ranch. No utensils for salad or Mac an cheese. So glad we was stay at great hotel, that was so understanding that they brought us up all the condiments we requested free of charge and real silverware.... and there was no butter for the rolls how can we forget the butter for the rolls.....never again will I ever...really was let down .

We stopped here on our way to New Jersey. I loved this place. The food was great and inexpensive. Kids meals were free. We had a great server who even asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked properly. Definitely would recommend.
