Me and my Husband had a Horrible experience at this location the guy that greeted us at the door seemed out of it , our waitress was nice but had to keep being reminded to bring stuff like plates for appetizers, and straws for our drinks . Our Ice had black molecules in them gross , our mashed potatoes were cold , broccoli was burned and my steak was over done not to mention we didn’t get our second round of drinks until we had already paid and was about to leave . My husband said the mens room was not clean as well . This definitely doesn’t live up to the Brand experience excepted from TGIF . So disappointed

The place was too crowded. The women at the bar were entertaining and service was quick. Now, the steak was a little gamey. The drinks were good. Update: 1/21/2023 : ( Downgraded) At times, you can sit at the bar and can be ignored. My drink was sitting for a while under the spout while the tables drinks were being made. Not knocking them. A year ago I went in the afternoon. Now it's at 8pm. Waiting on my check to leave. 10 mins now. Time to check 27 mins of waiting. I saw a few other occupying seats only to see that were waiting on checks. Maybe try 3 bar tenders. One for the bar and two for the tables??

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This TGIF used to be so good! I’ve lived in the area for 7 years. I don’t know if they have new management but the food is served cold. I got the chicken Alfredo and the sauce literally had ice in it. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and the meat was so thin and dry. My wife wanted a frozen (alcoholic) drink and they straight up told them that the bartenders hate making frozen drinks. Like huh? It’s on your menu. Would not recommend you try this location.

Excited about the convince of this location to the Northlake Mall, placed a "to go" offer inside the mall and arrived about 5min early for my food. Walked thru the door and someone just asked "you here for pick up" I reply yes, Z he then proceeds to tell me to go to a computer. I walk to the area I assume he wanted me to wait at, walking by other associates no one else even said hello. There was a staff person sitting in the chair on the phone didn't look up to even acknowledge I was there. Just horrible costumer service really. I ordered the whiskey Combo with whiskey glazed ribs + apple butter ribs, shrimp and 2 sides....I chose onion rings and salad plus extra side of the whiskey glaze please! After opening my meal I was disappointed to see that my ribs were not glazed, shrimp were hard and overcooked, and I got 4 onion rings... in a rush to get home I didn't have time to try and get the order corrected. Not a happy customer at all. So I tried this place again and I wondered why the parking lot was empty. Avoid this place by ALL COSTS. I walked thru the door waited around for about 5 min for a hostess. I get seated and a menu was bought to me but the waiter said I'll be right back... I'm thinking OK it's another party in here...2 people... so maybe he doing something for them. He actually already brought their food to the table. I'm waiting 5 min go by I start smelling cleaning supplies.... now I'm like OK that's a good thing smells clean in here....but I then notice it's my waiter pouring mop water ont he floor preparing to clean. At this point I walk out and am currently outside editing my review 🙃 this place has THE WORST customer service...over this spot you guys need to do better...there is no reason for me to be waiting 15 for service with an empty parking lot during lunch hours.

Horrible service, food wasn't good , waited more than 10 minutes for someone to greet us, waiter took her time for everything . Place kooks dirty and my drink was watery. Won't be going back

It had been a while since we had visited a TGIF, so on Saturday, I told my husband to let go, so we did. Got their hostesses was very polite and attractive as to where we want to sit. Got a table in the bar area. I wanted a booth, but she explained they didn't have enough servers for that area okay cool understood. So we sat down and waited about 10 minutes for a server to come over all along it was the same server that had been walking past us the entire time, finally coming over to the table, he asked for our drink order placed that we watched our drinks sit in the window at the bar for another 15 minutes before he finally brings our drinks. He brings the drinks over, and we're ready to order he sits the drinks on the table and walks away before we can even get anything out. Oh, by the way, the drinks were on point to be $4

When we arrived, they didn't even say good evening. The hostess had a bad attitude, she left for 5 minutes and when she came back she told us to wait for 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty. Only a few people at the bar and two or three tables. The rest completely free. They were not friendly at all and quite obstinate. I recommend not going there.

It had been awhile since I ate at a Fridays. Food was okay , service was okay. In general, all Fridays restaurants just aren’t they same as they were a few years ago in my opinion.

Our server seemed polite but gave very underhanded service. Gave sprite when I ordered water, provided no napkins when I ordered wings and ribs. The thing that really got me though…was when I got a pickleback this person brought a rocks glass half full of pickle juice with chunks of seeds and pickle. The proportion of Jameson to pickle juice was comical. I had a laugh for a split second until I realized how insulting it is. He left the rocks glass of pickle juice and the shot glass in the table for the rest of our meal. The gnats were persistent. The “Big Ribs” were dry and thin. The wings were dry but the Foxx on the Roxx sauce was delicious. I don’t love sweet bbq but this was excellent. You can really taste the whiskey. I didn’t finish my meal because it was too dry, the fries arrived cold, and since we had no napkins (aside from what came with the silverware) it was too messy. The Bloody Mary I ordered seemed like it was made with salsa. It was entirely too chunky and tasted off. I couldn’t finish it because of the chunks of what looked like peppers from salsa. No straw provided so I used the one that that came with my water. A waste of money. The food and beverages could have been great but this industry has a problem.

The parking lot is terribly dark so it gives creepy at night. It wasn't crowded so I just sat at the bar for faster service. She was super nice. My drink was awesome and my food was hot and fresh. The entire inside could use a good cleaning, but otherwise, this was a decent experience. I wasn't blown away but definitely not disappointed.

The bartenders were great !!! The food needs some help I got the Cajun shrimp and chicken taste was good but the portion was sucky. Now back to the bartenders were the best very friendly and helpful… 10 starts to the bartenders!!!!

After visiting on Saturday, I remembered why I don’t go there unless I don’t have other options. The food is just mediocre. The tea tasted like it was made in an urn with coffee, so I replaced it. Then the broccoli was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t want to send it back because I had already had trouble with my food. The special sauce on my daughters burger was almost non existent, but she really liked it. I think if I had stuck to a burger I would have been satisfied. The service was good, I just wish the food was better.

Shay was wonderful and by far the best part of our visit. Sadly, not much else was good. This is the prime example of a restaurant lacking an effective manager. The bar was not staffed when we got there and no one came to offer us alcoholic drinks. It just felt like the place was in shambles...but I applaud Shay for her prompt service, kind vibes, and overall pleasant demeanor. I just wish they had better management.

We had our work holiday party here and the service and food was awesome. Our server was great and very attentive to our needs. The food was fresh and didn't take too long to come out. Only complaint was the music, but not a big deal.

It was my daughter's 14th birthday dinner. She had a great time with her friends and family! I know they were short of staff and I saw people walk out on them while we were there but there services was still outstanding and she was being attentive as she could for a big group and just her self. Thank you!! My daughter was happy!!!

Even with a party of 30+, the service was amazing and friendly. The food was good and our waitress Destiny still got every order right and with the assistance of her team, out in a timely fashion considering the size of our group on a Friday night.

I read a couple of bad reviews before going but I was craving whiskey glazed ribs! So we decided to go and so glad we did. You could tell they were under staffed, but our server Siana and another woman that I didn't catch her name were spectacular. Food was a little slow to come out but definitely worth the short wait. Everything was delicious
