Absolutely
the
worst
service
I
have
ever
had
at
any
restaurant.
Though
it
may
sound
like
it,
this
is
no
exaggeration.
I
walked
into
the
Market
and
ordered
a
small
pizza
around
11:30
with
no
one
in
front
of
or
behind
me
in
line.
I
was
given
#11
and
was
told
the
pizza
would
be
brought
out
when
ready.
Naturally,
the
market
got
busier
closer
to
noon
and
more
people
ordered.
I
waited
25
minutes
and
saw
pizzas
coming
out
to
guests
that
ordered
after
me.
I
grabbed
my
number
and
caught
the
lady
walking
back
to
the
restaurant
and
asked
if
mine
would
be
coming
out
soon
to
which
she
responded
"Its
lunchtime.
We
are
busy".
She
didn't
stop
to
talk
to
me,
didn't
look
at
me,
but
continued
to
walk
to
the
back.
So
I
stood
at
the
counter
and
told
her
that
I
had
ordered
nearly
half
an
hour
before
and
she
responded
"That's
impossible".
The
two
other
cooks
behind
the
counter
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
it
was
impossible
for
me
to
have
ordered
30
minutes
prior
(even
through
they
opened
an
hour
earlier,
so
not
sure
how
it
was
impossible).
They
told
me
they
were
busy,
that
they
didn't
have
a
#11
ticket,
that
means
I
didn't
make
the
order,
and
that
it
was
impossible
for
me
to
have
ordered
when
I
said
I
did.
One
cook,
almost
yelling,
said
"It
is
impossible
that
you
ordered
that
long
ago.
I
didn't
take
your
order"
and
I
responded
that
"No,
you
didn't.
The
lady
(that
ignored
me)
took
my
order".
At
no
point
was
anything
said
to
me
to
make
me
think
I
was
going
to
receive
what
I
ordered
and
paid
for,
so
I
kept
asking
if
I
was
going
to
get
my
pizza
or
not
and
was
ignored
multiple
times
while
they
griped
about
me
to
each
other.
Finally,
the
lady
who
initially
ignored
me
(and
who
actually
took
my
order)
found
it
on
the
computer
and
passed
the
order
along
to
the
cooks.
At
last,
one
of
the
cooks
FINALLY
ACKNOWLEDGED
ME
and
barked
"mistakes
happen"
and
that
it
would
be
one
minute
for
my
pizza.
I
was
not
upset
when
I
asked
about
my
pizza.
I
understand
mistakes
happen
and
that
tickets
sometimes
are
lost.
NO
BIG
DEAL.
A
little
bit
of
simple
respect
would
go
a
long
way
for
Pure
Pizza
employees.
"I'm
sorry.
We
will
get
it
right
out"
would
go
a
long
way.
Not
once
was
there
an
apology,
or
any
sort
of
respectful
communication
whatsoever
for
that
matter.
I
work
in
Charlotte
nearly
3
months
out
of
the
year
and
Pure
Pizza
has
always
been
a
must
stop
for
me,
but
no
more.
I
am
honestly
shocked
at
how
these
employees
treat
their
customers.
I'll
spend
my
money
elsewhere
next
time.
