Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. Though it may sound like it, this is no exaggeration. I walked into the Market and ordered a small pizza around 11:30 with no one in front of or behind me in line. I was given #11 and was told the pizza would be brought out when ready. Naturally, the market got busier closer to noon and more people ordered. I waited 25 minutes and saw pizzas coming out to guests that ordered after me. I grabbed my number and caught the lady walking back to the restaurant and asked if mine would be coming out soon to which she responded "Its lunchtime. We are busy". She didn't stop to talk to me, didn't look at me, but continued to walk to the back. So I stood at the counter and told her that I had ordered nearly half an hour before and she responded "That's impossible". The two other cooks behind the counter then proceeded to tell me that it was impossible for me to have ordered 30 minutes prior (even through they opened an hour earlier, so not sure how it was impossible). They told me they were busy, that they didn't have a #11 ticket, that means I didn't make the order, and that it was impossible for me to have ordered when I said I did. One cook, almost yelling, said "It is impossible that you ordered that long ago. I didn't take your order" and I responded that "No, you didn't. The lady (that ignored me) took my order". At no point was anything said to me to make me think I was going to receive what I ordered and paid for, so I kept asking if I was going to get my pizza or not and was ignored multiple times while they griped about me to each other. Finally, the lady who initially ignored me (and who actually took my order) found it on the computer and passed the order along to the cooks. At last, one of the cooks FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED ME and barked "mistakes happen" and that it would be one minute for my pizza. I was not upset when I asked about my pizza. I understand mistakes happen and that tickets sometimes are lost. NO BIG DEAL. A little bit of simple respect would go a long way for Pure Pizza employees. "I'm sorry. We will get it right out" would go a long way. Not once was there an apology, or any sort of respectful communication whatsoever for that matter. I work in Charlotte nearly 3 months out of the year and Pure Pizza has always been a must stop for me, but no more. I am honestly shocked at how these employees treat their customers. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

Had a tasty single serve lunch special vegan pizza. Not sure what "cheese" they used but it melted and tasted good. Talked with cashier for a bit. She was friendly and told me how they use locally sourced products. Told me about a couple other vegan options while visiting Charlotte too.

Pizza turned out decent. But, unfortunately, food isn't all there is to a restaurant. Anna was our server. She didn't have a name tag but she has an up-do with glasses. She was very impatient even before taking our order. She didn't want to correct a mistake on the receipt and then stormed off and called for 'Mike' to finish what she started. The pizza wasn't the best but I didn't feel welcomed enough as a first time guest to return.

Writing on behalf of a friend and coworker who isn't as obsessed with google reviews as myself. My dearest friend enjoyed your pizza this week but was apparently shamed by one of the staff when she asked for ranch dressing, which you apparently do not carry. She shared the response she received was something to the effect of, "it ruins the essence of our pizza". Ok. I get that you are farm to table and you take serious care into the quality of your food. Perhaps you are purists about your pizza (see what I did there?) and do not believe in ranch dressing. Good for you. Your pizza is great and doesn't need ranch, but that's just my opinion. A customer should not be chastised for their tastes or you risk losing that customer. Business 101. Furthermore, the above attitude takes farm to table and crosses the line to hipster @$$hat.

I have located my new favorite pizza spot. I order the vegan pesto pizza and it was amazing. It's such a nice quaint atmosphere. I love the fact that they have vegan options and that they have local products

I have traveled all over the country trying every pizza place I can find. This is the best pizza I have ever had. Plus they use local farm fresh ingredients. I will be returning many, many times.

Best Pizza in Charlotte. Hands down quality dough, balance of sauce and toppings, and fresh. Very satisfying! You get what you pay for. The cheese alone stands out as something you do not find on other cheap pizza places. I highly recommend you look up their values and meaning on their website...they spent a lot of time to locally source and cook to perfection. If you want a cheap style pizza, go somewhere else! This place is worth it, I promise. Cheers!

.Fun spot that gets food out pretty quick. It can be a bit pricey compared to some of its competitors, but that's almost always the case with locally sourced ingredients. Service was quick (it's order and pick up). I had the ceasar salad with chicken, which was actually pretty authentic, compared to all those places that "re-imagine" a ceasar salad! My wife had the hot Italian sandwich, which she really liked. The chefs did accidentally put onions on the sandwich, but aside from that, flawless experience.

Thank you for being a good member of the community and stepping up to the plate to feed furloughed federal employees and their families. You absolutely didn't have to do this. The gesture is much appreciated. The food is great, I love it. The Food Network should definitely know about this place. This is my new favorite restaurant in Charlotte. Love you guys!!!!!!

Your service and people are extremely unfriendly and rude. The lady taking our order was rude and condescending.. I watched her boss my friend and her stroller.. she also yelled at my children to go sit down.. The man that brought our food just dumped it on the table and when I stopped him later to ask for a to go box he rolled his eyes and rudely said to go up to the counter. I was with my friend who was attending to her newborn baby and I was watching 4 small children and if I could easily get up and go without leaving them unattended I wouldn't have asked for help. I will not come back to eat here because your staff is not friendly.. ruined my whole lunch experience. Also, your pizza is just pizza. Nothing special about it. I liked to come here because it's easy with kids but will not return again.

The overall taste is good—sauce, dough, freshness are all there. I just wish they wouldn’t have been so skimpy with my toppings. I know I only get three, but I expect for those three to cover the pizza as if I got six. I will surely try Pure again though and ask them to be heavier with my toppings.

The chicken parmesan sandwich is perfect and great presentation. Garlic knots are good. Would recommend.

👍👍 It was delicious, exceptional drinks, I expected a heated space, as it was cold. I definitely recommend wearing more then 2 layers in the Winter. Despite everything, this this is arguably the better rooftops in Charlotte. Delicious delicious drinks, decent prices, casual atmosphere, amazing times....

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
