I’ve never tried pho so figured I’d finally see what the hype was about. It was absolutely delicious. Piping hot, and so flavorful. It came out fairly quickly. I went abt 2:00 on a Tuesday and had no wait. I tried the mango lemonade which was really good, but opted to get my faithful sweet tea and theirs was sweetened to perfection. I can’t wait to go back and try other items on their menu. Be mindful of the parking lot tho, whoever designed those spaces clearly thinks everyone drives compact cars lol.

Disappointing. First time trying this place and they forgot ALL my sauces on a takeout order. I gave them a call and their response was…”sauces are complimentary so we’re not going to do anything for that.” No Sorry. Nothing is complimentary. It’s built into the price wether I use it or not. Look at the noodles in the picture, they need sauce, it’s not an “extra”. Response to owner reply: Did you read my review or just the star rating? I said you gave me NO sauce. 0… nada, so save your speech if you’re not going to read the review. You messed up on a take out order, own it.

I visited yesterday around 5pm, and there was absolutely no other patrons sitting in the restaurant besides myself, everyone else that came in were picking up orders. I ordered the Cilantro wings, and Pho short rib, adding filet mignon. There was maybe a 10min wait, and they brought my order to the table. Everything was piping hot, which is always a good thing! The wings were very flavorful, but not much in the taste of cilantro, so I asked for extra so that I could taste it in every bite. They were very crispy, and would have been even better, but I could tell that they weren't fresh, meaning they had that "leftover" taste, where they pre cook the wings then refry them to order. The bowl of pho was humongous! But the short rib left a lot to be desired. I usually say you can't go wrong with short rib, but this did! Again it had that "leftover taste, and it had been boiled with absolutely no seasoning. The filet mignon, however saved the dish! It was tender and flavorful. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, and I could see myself going again, just next time knowing what to order!

Food was pretty good. I ordered cilantro wings, fried calamari, build your own spring rolls with garlic shrimp, and potstickers. All was very good. The Rice bowl my wife ordered was very tasty as well and was probably the star of the meal. We'll have to go back to try the Pho. My only knock on Cilantro is that I don't like that it's not a "traditional service" style restaurant. When I think Pho and stuff I think comfort food and like to sit and have a server. Here you order at the counter. That's the only thing I didn't like.

Probably the most expensive pho and summer rolls I've ever had in my life. I was a tad sticker shocked when we checked out with out meal. That said we did get filet mignon meat and I highly enjoy that way more than the regular meat used and recommend anyone coming here to splurge on it. Skip the summer rolls, not worth it at all. I also really really need places that serve pho to please give out pure fish sauce. That's such a delicious and critical aspect to a great bowl of pho! Overall it was a decent place for pho but I have other places I enjoy more. Parking was very hard here too which made it a bit of a hassle.

Had a great first time experience at Cilantro in Plaza Midwood! We got a few different options: spicy beef pho (me), calamari, 6 korean wings, 6 teriyaki wings, beef bahn mi and a custom egg noodle bowl for mi lady. Everything was delicious. Calamari wasn't the best I've had but life goes on. I got a bit full and had the leftover pho for lunch the next day - so good. Not sure if this is a family owned spot? Staff was attentive to our requests, working hard. Their to-go business was pumping out orders Thursday night. Great local spot in CLT adding culture and great food to a growing scene. I will be back pho more.

Delicious. Ordering is done via self checkout and it's kind of a pain but the food is amazing. I had the fried rice with grilled chicken and the fried chicken pot stickers. Top notch food, delicious. The grilled chicken was amazing. Parking is a mess, busy area and limited parking at the restaurant but there's street parking and paid parking down the street. Bar seats with plugs for phone charging available, neat feature. Ice cream and tea store adjacent.

A really nice place, you kind of order yourself on a tablet, no rush, easy to navigate, clear pricing. You pay with the cashier, however. Not extremely clean tables, but food is good. Prices are good as well, and you know exactly how much you're ordering in the process and can click back to change anything while doing so. They also have toothpicks, I appreciate it!

Pho is one of my fave things to eat and I was super pleased with the vegan pho and the veggie spring rolls. Having plant-based and dairy free options makes me so happy! We were there in the evening, so we had a few tiny visitors to our patio table, but the food was so good that we will be back!

Such great food! We usually build our own rolls, the lemongrass pork is amazing! But I also recently tried the chicken bao buns and they are some of the best bao buns I’ve had!

Nice spot for a good meal. The flavors were good really clean no need to add any extra seasoning. We tried the calamari, shrimp rolls, dumplings, some wings and a rice bowl with spicy chicken. There's also a Boba tea shop right next door. I'll be returning because I want to try the pho.

If you like cilantro, this is place is great. They have self serve kiosks to order. I got a make your own bowl and the cilantro dressing was so good. Also next to bubble tea and rolled ice cream spot.

Okay I went here for the Korean chicken wings and they were completely out. Instead we order calamari the pork buns and mango lemonade with the shrimp Noodle bowl. For me they were everything was just okay nothing really stood out. The pork bun was kind of off and the shrimp bowl was flavorless. The Calamari was the best of what we had. I will probably return just to try the chicken wings and the homemade lemonade.

I ordered the Pho Dac Biet and the fried dumplings. The staff was super friendly and patient as this was my first visit. The rib in the pho actually comes on the bone and is super tender. The broth was very flavorful and honestly didn’t need any add-ins. The dumplings were good but wasn’t my favorite. Overall, I enjoyed the food here and can’t wait to return

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good.
