I came in on Monday for the 50 cent wings. Bartender was the only one working the bar so service was slow. I was ready to order and the bartender told me that I have to order in increments of 10 of the same flavor for the special (that’s wasn’t listed in the fine print on the promo) and the sauce I had to choose from were a handful of flavors and not the full list of flavors. I also got charged extra for having sauce on the wings (instead of simply ordering naked wings). The wings finally came out and they were embarrassing. Super tiny wings with more skin than meat. This is a very bad representation of TGI Fridays. They used to be the fancy sit down bar but now they are sub-par and at the same level as Applebees. I would NOT recommend their wings. Maybe another menu item will be more up to standards to todays preference of actual food with volume, not just bones and skin. 👎🏻

Atmosphere and service was good the food was okay but a lil bit burnt so it was kinda really hard to get the actual taste of the food ..

We visited this location twice in the time we were in Charlotte. It is extremely convenient being in the same space(a parking lot apart), for folks staying at the hotel. This place needs some help, in all aspects. I realize with Covid that many places lost staff. The first night we went was a disaster. It took 30 minutes to get seated, then the waitress took our drink order, after at least 15+minutes of waiting at our table. More than once, it took over 20 minutes to get the drinks to our table. One time, we never even got the drinks we ordered. The waitress disappeared after we got our food. I stopped another waitress because it had been over 30 minutes and no waitress. We were informed that the waitress was MIA!!!! This was not only a shocker but a serious breakdown in customer service. Out of convenience we visited the next night to get dessert and drinks. Guess who waited on us? The waitress that ghosted us the night before. I was blown away that one, the management even let her back in the building and two, she had the nerve to even face us. The experience was different this night but honestly it is harder to mess up dessert. I would truly use caution in coming here as the experience can be horrible or nominal.

Easy parking. Delicious burger. For as slow as it was, so was the service. Took quite awhile for a burger and salad to come to the table.

Food was good and hot but the portions where small even to me a person that does not eat very much. Drinks were good. Parking free and plentiful, wait staff was so cool and helpful, our large party was quickly accommodated. Clean environment. I have not been to Friday's in years but I will be going back soon...let's talk about the salmon...very flavorful...I didn't have to add anything to it, the smoked flavor was spot on and not to overwhelming. The broccoli was nicely flavored as well and do not leave without getting the mashed potatoes they are so good I think they made then with Jesus tears as a major ingredient.

My daughter and I came here after we waited almost 30 minutes for a place at Chili’s. We didn’t have to wait. TGIF prices went up a lot. Eating at regular restaurants now is like eating at a fancy steakhouse. But other than that the hospitality was off the chain. Our waitress was very friendly. She did her JOB!!! The food was delicious. Everything was hot. Will be back. Please download the app and you will receive a free appetizer and chips and salsa

Not having been to a TGIF in years this was a pleasure. Menu is full of options sure to find something for everyone. I visited this restaurant while visiting my son at UNCC. It's a good choice for students (when splurging off the meal plan! ) and their guests. They have a bar and tables in the bar area and also regular seating. I would recommend this place. Located about a mile off campus of UNCC.

Decided to stop by and have a few drinks as I was staying in a hotel nearby. I had the Barbados rum punch and they were strong enough. The bartender was cool. I had no complaints.

Ordered food to go. Bartender was awesome great service. But the food oh my. Wish I took a picture. Wings were some normal and some smallest I've ever seen. Got sirloin it was inedible to call it a hockey puck would be a compliment.

Bad place Food 5/10 Customer service 3/10 - ordered online and this steak wasn’t my original choice .I ordered the Signature Whiskey-Glazed & Blazed™ Flat Iron Steak . But it came out very SLOPY and low proportion!!! So I asked for the 6oz instead . - I told the to go person Mac and Mashed potatoes. Of course the order came out as broccoli and Mac 😱😱… I also told her whiskey glazed but as you can see it was plain …. What a shame . STEAK IS NOT WORTH THE 20$ YOURE BETTER OFF BUYING YOUR OWN . I have been here earlier last year and the service and food was great . Idk what has happened . Seems as if the kitchen crew can’t read or cook a medium well steak . Shame .

This place was dead for a Sunday lunch… device too too long to come to the table. Salad had old brown lettuce. The ranch tasted like it was water down. I’m just not impressed with this place anymore. I’m surprised this place is still open.

We did takeout from here twice two weeks ago on a recent visit to Charlotte, NC. We had an order of warm Pretzels with craft beer cheese dipping sauce, a Crispy Whiskey Combo of ribs, fried shrimp, French fries and a small side House salad, an order of Chicken Parmesan Pasta and a slice of Cinnabon Caramel Pecan Cheesecake. On the 2nd visit we did takeout of the Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glaze Sampler of ribs with Sesame Chicken and fries, onion rings and broccoli. Both times the food was very good. We will definitely return again and would certainly recommend a visit.

Was in North Carolina last week...decided to just get dinner from here bcz our hotel was near by..bad decision on my part. Got the chicken Alfredo vagina...nothing seemed cooked..was horrible. Will never try again!! The waiter we talked to out front was very nice though...high five to him!!

I've come here a few times during the pandemic. I understand what restaurants and other stores are going through with staffing but my last visit was pretty bad. The restaurant was empty and I guess my server had a lot of other guests. But it was hard to get her attention. My Whisky sampler was just ok. It was a little more than warm. Not sure if it was waiting on the pickup counter for a while. My friend did not enjoy her pasta and didn't even want to send it back. Just ended up throwing it out.

Went here for the first time in years yesterday. I love Fridays been doing for decades. I got the Fridays sampler for takeout and a blue moon at the bar. The bartender was nice and polite and quick and food was great. Will go again soon

Service definitely outdid the food sat at the bar and the bartender was Great! She was upbeat and kept the bar area happy. Had the bourbon burger and it was decent. Not sure if it's worth the price to be honest.

My daughter , grandson and son in law flew in from Colorado and the plane landed around 9PM, I told them we had a 1 1/2 hour car ride to our house and if they were hungry we needed to stop now or everything would be closed time we arrived at the house. I seen the sign for TGI Fridays and said we would stop and eat there. The food was great, the waitress was great.

Food was not good...we waited for appetizers for 45 mins..then condiments came about 20 mins later...but by then appetizers were cold...needless to say we sent it back... finally dinner came after waiting for another 30 mins...then food came and the sides were cold..my ribs looked like they were seated on bones...I hadn't ate not one but there were cleaned bones on my plate under the ribs I hadn't touched...this place is not a place I'd ever visit again...with management/waitress being so nonchalant.. unbelievable..but with covid I guess it makes people feel like a customer is no longer important or the is food take it or leave it don't complain bc we don't have help ..but why even open the doors if you're going to serve us garbage

Sanitation score in the high 90s and a very chill atmosphere. Great place for family vibes without spending too much

Came for drinks around 9pm and got the $5 “Friday-Rita” while my friend enjoyed a Long Island iced tea and of course two glasses of water. Service was not the best. We sat outside it was nice and warm out, lighting was perfect. The waiter made unnecessary jokes and teasing my friend for ordering light. Also, seemed to forget our order for more water and the ticket. My friend ate lightly and ordered a basket of Hand cut Fries that were seasoned with a salt and pepper mix that was pleasing to the palate. I ordered the Simply grilled Salmon with lemon-butter broccoli and Jasmine Rice. $25 not including tip. The Salmon a little dry but butter sauce with broccoli and rice made up for it. I ate every bite of it. The Margarita was average, a lot of ice and lemon, no lime. Although my first time visiting this location, not my first time dining with this franchise. Certainly will not be my last.

👍👍 It was delicious, exceptional drinks, I expected a heated space, as it was cold. I definitely recommend wearing more then 2 layers in the Winter. Despite everything, this this is arguably the better rooftops in Charlotte. Delicious delicious drinks, decent prices, casual atmosphere, amazing times....

👍👍 Skeptical. I visited this place because of a research on brunch places in downtown. Ended here because of the Google rating. Almost Worth it! The Italian sausage hash was really good. But my spouse ordered an avocado toast and it lacked flavor. Also, the coffee was legit; really good! Also ordere...
