So, I called this place, sat on the phone for 15 minutes to try and figure out why they were charging me $18 for general tap chicken/chicken fried rice and French fries. After the lady finally explained that the combo only came with normal fried rice and that she was charging me extra for the chicken fried rice, she adjusted it. Then, she had to call me back because she’s took my l card number down incorrectly. Then she calls me back to tell me THAT THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO DELIEVER MY ORDER AND THAT SHE WILL REFUND MY MONEY. This is after waiting for the food for 30 mins. This is the issue with Chinese food restaurants. They aren’t held to same customer service standards other types of restaurants have to abide by. This was my FIRST and last time ordering anything from this establishment!

Spider was found in food, offered to show and was hung up on. They refused to give managers name. Disgusting!!!!!!!

Their foods are so really good but I called to order the food; however, they have the tendency of hanging up the phone before I try to order. I don't know what's going on but they should have somebody better to answer their calls.

I've ordered delivery and the food has been getting less and less pleasing. this last time, I ordered the 1/2 fried chicken and pupu for 2. It was so disgusting I didn't even try the chicken. It was terribly butchered, I couldn't even tell what was the breast. It was so overcooked and dry. I wouldn't even give it to a pet. The pupu had a terribly old taste. I wasted 20.00 that evening. I threw away their menu and deleted their number from my contacts. Bluck!!!!The only reason there is 1 star is because it wouldn't let me post with out it.

They very unprofessional they got my order wrong over the phone. They refued to replace my order. The manager said that's what yall people do is try get something for free. So what type of manager say that to a paying customer. I will not be eating there anymore.....

I'm normally pleased with their services but there was an issue with my order the staff has given me the complete run around in getting it replaced and I will no longer be a customer as an individual or business...
