The shopping experience is always nice no matter the crowd that Trader Joe's normally attracts (just be glad that they have more cashier lanes open than your typical grocery store). There always something classic and unique or something you would never find at other grocery stores that I know will be your new favorite if you give it a try. There's you basic ingredients that are organic without the high price and something for my heat and eat fans like me (saves time at dinner or any meal, moms and dads know what I'm talking about)... A lot of the foods here are considered healthy but there's always an indulgent sweet treats you can find to complete any meal large or small.

Trader Joe's is one of those places where you have high expectations. The best part is they deliver. The customer service is always great. You can tell that the employees are happy to work there, and happy to help you. They have an exclusive selection of Trader Joe products that you're willing to drive a little further just to get. The store is clean and the produce looks great. It's super crowded on Sunday afternoons but unlike some grocery store chains, there are cashiers at every lane instead of just two. It's a great place if you prefer paper over plastic bags or you have your own shopping bags.

This is why I shop at Trader Joes! Aside from all of the fantastic food options, organic, vegan, you name it, the staff at this specific location are absolutely incredible. I had the honor of meeting Travis and Kathy tonight as they were checking me out. I recently moved to Charlotte from DC and Travis got all of this information out of me because he was kind enough to greet and build a relationship with me in such a short amount of time. Him and Kathy insisted on giving me flowers as a “Welcome to Charlotte” gift and I am forever grateful. Neither of them knew the week that I’ve had prior to this, they just saw a smiling woman who wanted groceries and was very happy to be able to interact with people who were being kind to me. I normally don’t leave reviews but this is a reminder that everyone remembers how you treat them. Thank you very much to Travis and Kathy. If I could name you both employees of the year I would. Amazing products, friendly staff. You might not find everything on your list here, but there is some great stuff: orange chicken, chocolate croissants, cheese... Only wish the shopping bags had handles.

We live a couple of minutes from this Trader Joe's, but this is the first time we visit! Great environment, and products are well arranged. The staff was excellent and friendly. We will be back more frequently.

This store has reasonable prices, delicious snacks and fruits. The employee's here are really nice and helpful. They must really love their job. It shows through their attitudes. I love that.

Trader Joe's is hidden away in the parking garage on the first floor. They had a lot of pretty cut flowers and even potted flowers out front. Bathroom was clean as well.

Love Trader Joes. Always a great selection, flowers to fruit and fantastic cheeses, friendly staff. Clean, tidy, well organized. Be aware that the parking lot gets busy in the evenings and weekends I go mid week and its fine.

I love Trader Joe’s. I’ve been shopping at this location since 2020. I love being able to find my staples (jasmine rice, brioche waffles, frozen spinach dip, fruit juices) and then discovering the seasonal items. Another, favorite part is trying out the samples. Beware shipping here is addictive; I usually don’t leave without something new to try.

The people at this Trader Joe’s are awesome! Too bad they don’t have a location closer to DAVIDSON. When we do come to Charlotte, we have to make this a pit stop. Trader Joe’s is just fun to shop. I like how they offer unique items. Oh and I just had to have the candy at checkout. My husband picked up the Josephine Cabernet Sauvignon because of moi. The pictured candy item is like m&m’s without the dyes. I devoured it. Ugh! I am so so bad when it comes to treats. I can’t walk away. Check out this Trader Joe’s when you are in the area!

I appreciate that they had the crayons with paper for my gifts to color while traveling. The footprint of the store seems small for carts and individuals at the same time. Love the selection of vegetables and fruits as always.

Good food items at good prices. Low acid coffee is the best for the price. Produce does not stay as fresh as grocery store chains. Bread is frozen when shipped. All in all a great place to buy food.

You can never go wrong stopping at a Trader Joe's, reasonable prices,, beautiful plants and flowers. Lots of fresh fruits & vegetables to choose from. Some really good cheeses. Food items you can't find at regular grocery stores. I wish they would put one in Belmont or Gastonia North Carolina. There are too few of them.

It’s a fast paced store so you will see employees stocking a lot while buying. There are long lines but the cashiers are super fast. The customer service is good! Now the quality of items and expiration dates can be an issue. This is something Managment should be looking out for. It is upsetting to buy items that are expired or just don’t taste good. Overall I would say 80% satisfied with location and timing of the checkout.

Great flowers always and fresh fruit! They didn't have many of the vegan items I get which was disappointing. Overall the store is clean and convenient

You get treated like gold at this location. The employees are genuinely happy and appreciative of the customers who shop here. One employee gave me a bouquet of flowers today because the cash register in the aisle I was waiting in went down. Fantastic service.

I love Trader Joe’s! Always good customer service, quality food and beautiful flowers/ plants. Although, I find that almost everything is inflated, their prices seem less that most supermarkets. No Hassle Return!

I was looking for these found out that they are only offered seasonally. I asked David, the manager if they had them. He was positive they were not there. He checked the delivery list and wah-lah!! The truck was there to deliver. David was helpful and went to the truck and pulled them off the truck for me. Kudos to David and is great customer service!!

Great store! Excellent foods. Excellent staff. Incredibly credit at certain times of the week. Their beer selection leaves much to be desired. Other trader Joe's have had a much broader selection, but this one focuses on wine. There's no beer that I just can't get at a regular grocery store. Other than that, a great store!

Yes, I found what I was looking for I also found and purchased this stunning sparkling wine for my guest, but... I bought it for the lovely shape bottle.

Visit this location for the first time. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The parking was horrible. I parked on P2. Thank goodness for the elevator. Still had a pretty good walk to get to Whole Food store. I went there for one item. I wanted to look around but too many people. Got my item and got in line. Thank goodness the lines wasn't too long. I wasn't expecting that. Customer service was good. No issues. Will go back after the holidays over so I don't have to struggle with the parking and won't be so many people in store and I can take time to get to know the store. I love whole foods store. My daughter uses online and have them deliver. I might have to start doing that because of the inconvenience. UGH

Great place to shop!! The atmosphere and prices are great too..TJ educates you on new products. Variety of products other stores do not have. Produce section is a MUST SHOP...Friendly Staff...Family Vibes...Just all around ♥️

My favorite grocery store!! I love all the unique products they carry and prices tend to be well below HT and even Walmart. Parking is a hassle so I learned to try to come during unpopular hours such as weekdays in the middle of the day. Saturday and Sundays are chaotic here so I would advise against going on those days. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is clean n well stocked. Easy access to select products. Store may be a bit crowded depending on what time u go but cashiers work efficiently so wait time isn't that long. I love Trader Joe's!
